二、评分标准
1、演讲内容（40分）
主题明确，中心突出，结构严谨，层次清晰，内容正确，衔接实用，选材典型，严谨抄袭。
2、演讲有声语言(30分)
语音标准，声音洪亮，语速适宜，声调升降，变化丰富。
3、演讲态势技能(20分)
