说实话，我现在挺紧张。但是我又觉得我们现在这样坐在一起，就好像一家人一样，我也不用太过紧张。

上学期我一直在班里担任宣传委员这个工作，并且每个星期在学校发掘新闻点，按时做一些宣传工作，在元旦联欢的时候积极组织班里的工作。我相信努力不会白费，一个人工作这么长时间总会得到一些经验，并且这些工作经验都将会成为我今后宝贵的财富。令我欣慰的是我的努力没有白费，在这次班级公开竞选中我依然担任此工作。

就好像我在初试时拿着苹果让大家猜哪个更甜，大家意见不同。那是因为苹果是不会站出来说话的，所以我们不知道哪个更甜，只有亲口品尝才能辨别。很多同学也是如此，他们也许很有才华，很有能力，也很有内涵，却没有展示自己才华的勇气，结果让机会一次次的擦身而过。我不想错过任何机会，所以今天我很努力地站在这里!

我是外联部干事___。我性格开朗，喜欢交朋友，工作时能认真负责，顾全全局。我现在要竞聘得职位时外联部副部长。

在进入社团联将近二个学期里，我认识了外联部得主要工作有交流，购物，引导接待，后勤。交流时是与外部兄弟院校交流，本校各社团间得交流沟通，还有本社团各部门之间得交流。购物是举办活动时购买活动所需得物品。接待引导则是在活动时接待引导邀请得嘉宾进行入坐。后勤则是管理社团联仓库中物品，以及平时各社团来进行借用的管理。还有准备就是举办活动所需的物品。

在进入社团联间，我参加了校运会的工作，社团之星的海选，初赛，与生态，医专等学校的交流活动。在这些工作中，有的工作我能很好的配合其他人将工作做好，有的我能独立完成。在与外校的.交流中与他们热情交流，相互学习工作经验，结下深厚友谊，彼此相互联系。在此工作中我认识到社团中纪律非常重要，如果一个社团没有纪律，那么这个社团也就维持不了多久了。还有社团内部一定要团结，内部团结了工作时才能团团结协作，相互配合，这样工作才能圆满完成。还有是工作中要注意细节，因为往往许多工作就是因小失大，使工作失败。

从工作中也认为我能胜任外联部副部长的职务。如果我能顺利当选此职务，我会尽力地配合好部长做好部门工作，并做好自己的工作。还有就是在对外交流中更加地加强与外校的交流再者是在下届招新时要尽量把好关，招收真正有积极性，有毅力，的新成员。还有是对新成员的培养，首先是创造机会让新成员相互认识了解。在招新后尽量多的将新成员聚集在进行交流，如进行部门的篮球，排球，乒乓球等，让新成员能在交流中相互认识相互了解。二是培养他们的胆量，工作处事与应。首先在招新后尽快地让新成员认识本部门的工做。还有将工作分细划，将工作按组分给各组成员完成。再有是给各小组成员分任务，让他们去了解本校各社团办公室，及尽量认识各协会的会长，理事，和收集他们的联系方式，以此来锻炼他们的交际能力。再者是尽量抽空对新成员进行一些培训，例如ppt，策划书，新闻稿等以此来提高成员的能力。最后是多组织本部门与其他各部门多交流，让各部门成员之间能认识了解，毕竟社团联是一个大家庭，大家就应该相互团结，亲去一家人。

我只是想说：你在被别人认为长大的话语中认为自己长大了。首先，看你七尺男儿顶天立地，钟鸣般的声音穿堂过境，大方有力的动作豪放具有成熟气息。你在成长，这些变化是天经地义勿庸置疑的。只是你童心依旧，不想关心也就没有关心你的变化。于是你还像一般，去追逐打闹，去抢机子上网，去整日无所事事，去穿着超肥短裤超大背心去运动场上驰骋，你只是依照你以前的生活方式去生活今天的生活，你认为没有什么不对的。

你为你的游戏升级而自豪，为你的球技进步而高兴，为你的玩乐而欢快。你不注意你已不同往昔，许多都不一样了，不是吗?你也不像以前那样单纯，在做以前做的事时已不再有以前的激情，你有一丝滞泄，不知从何而来，你开始思索。直到，有人说你已长大，接着再夸奖你一番，你不好意思地腼腆一笑，还很青涩。当许多人如此说你时，你质疑：我真的已长大?你的手不经意间碰到你的下巴，几根硬硬的胡须落户在此，你一照镜子，唇上不知什么时候有青黑的一道，你五官端正，浓眉大眼，鼻子高挺，嘴唇削薄，下巴变得瘦了，有棱有角煞是英俊。

当你意识到你已长大，你不再像以前拖着高大的个子去抢机子，不再打闹。你开始稳重，是在别人的评论和自己自觉与不自觉的思想与行动中。你开始承担责任，是在老师和家长的教导中。你开始关注分数，为你的前途，外界的压力也一点一点大了。你学会干一些以前不想干的事情，为了你的交际和名声。于是你变了，也慢慢地习惯这种变化，喜欢上了以前不喜欢但别人很喜欢的东西，你觉得其实这也不错。一切就这么下去吧。你偶尔望着湛蓝的天空想。

Later, the Buddhist rite developed into a grand festival among common people and its influence expanded from the Central Plains to the whole of China.

Till today, the lantern festival is still held each year around the country. Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are hung in the streets, attracting countless visitors. Children will hold self-made or bought lanterns to stroll with on the streets, extremely excited. Guessing lantern riddlesis an essential part of the Festival.

Lantern owners write riddles on a piece of paper and post them on the lanterns. If visitors have solutions to the riddles, they can pull the paper out and go to the lantern owners to check their answer. If they are right, they will get a little gift. The activity emerged during peoples enjoyment of lanterns in the Song Dynasty (960-1279). As riddle guessing is interesting and full of wisdom, it has become popular among all social strata.

People will eat yuanxiao, or rice dumplings, on this day, so it is also called the Yuanxiao Festival.Yuanxiao also has another name, tangyuan. It is small dumpling balls made of glutinous rice flour with rose petals, sesame, bean paste, jujube paste, walnut meat, dried fruit, sugar and edible oil as filling. Tangyuan can be boiled, fried or steamed. It tastes sweet and delicious. What’s more, tangyuan in Chinese has a similar pronunciation with tuanyuan”, meaning reunion. In the daytime of the Festival, performances such as a dragon lantern dance, a lion dance, a land boat dance, a yangge dance, walking on stilts and beating drums while dancing will be staged. On the night, except for magnificent lanterns, fireworks form a beautiful scene. Most families spare some fireworks from the Spring Festival and let them off in the Lantern Festival. Some local governments will even organize a fireworks party.
