大家还记不记得意见箱里的第一封建议是什么吗?我觉得导致这个建议最终流产的因素很多，可能是因为那段时间我们的表现确实不太好，也可能是市场不够景气，或者这个建议只是大家的一种期望，大家也并没有当真。而现在，这个期望居然真的来了，说真的，很让人高兴，毕竟很多人已经忘记了这个事。既然来了，我们就好好开心一下，当然，我们可以用鼓掌方式来庆祝一下。还是那句话：只要我们做的够好，一切皆有可能。如果有谁不信的话，可以来试试。
而我觉得自己就是这么一个例子：我很喜欢和老员工一起聊工作，因为总能在老员工的身上获得一些见识，特别是萍姐，我很喜欢听她讲那些与地理旅游有关的事，所以常常问她一些与地理旅游有关的问题，并且搞笑的是我的问题大多看起来都是那种很让我这个人显得极度无知，或者说是可笑的问题，并且听了过后我又常常忘记，可能还是要多亲自走走那些地方才能真正记住。因为在算是很有资历的一名员工，所以那段时间总爱和她聊一些关于工作，关于生活上的事。我还清晰的记得，我和她聊过关于个人发展的事情。后来王婷也和萍姐也聊到了这个话题。相信很多人和我，还有一样，在人生中都要面临这样的问题，毕竟我们大多都是90后，可能更看重个人的发展。
很高兴，如今我做到了，这并不能算成功，可能用进步一词更为合适。要知道，在一个并不那么感兴趣的行业中，却能找到自己喜欢做的事，这真的应该值得庆幸。我对我现在的岗位很满意，因为这正是我一直想做的事。有人可能想知道我是怎样获得这一步阶梯的，是不是用了某种“卑鄙手段”，当然，在这卑鄙手段四个上面要加上引号。而我想说的是：在认真做好自己工作的同时，也要学会思考和创新。其实我们和公司一样，包括那些世界500强，如果没有思考和创新，那就一定没有进步。
如果老板给了我们一个岗位，而我们只是把这个岗位该做的做好，该管的管好，那自己可能会长时间的在原地踏步或者进步空间很小，我们必须要有创新或者展现出自己比别人优秀的某种能力，这样才能加快我们自己的步伐。虽然机遇很重要，但如果我们没有能力去抓住这个机遇，或者说没有准备好去住住这个机遇，那我们还是将在原地踏步。所以我的工作理念是：在做好工作的同时，也要学会思考与创新。当然，这只是自己的一些观点。企业员工励志演讲稿

在相当长的一段时间当中，对于我来说更多的是学习，不管我是否能做好这个岗位，但我努力过了，即使没做好，留下了什么遗憾，也总比没去做过而感到后悔要好的多。在以前我一直都很羡慕，因为他有忠实的顾客，在那个时候我就下定决心，我也要拥有这样的忠实顾客，而如今，我想我已经做到了。就像一样，他能自学设计，不管这是工作需要，还是他本来就很喜欢，这对于他来说都是很有意义的事，很多时候我们都认为思维逻辑有问题，但我并没有这样认为过，反而他是我在最欣赏的人，在我看来他是一个思想极为丰富的人。说这些并不是希望大家学习他什么，而是希望大家都能用心去和每一个同事相处，用心去感受每一个同事。那句话说的真的很好：记住一个人的好，往往比记住一个人的坏要好的多。
有人问我的工作职能究竟是什么?而我的回答是：因为公司有这样的战略需要，所以由我来承担一些相应的事务，我的定位主要是在部门与部门之间或者同事与同事之间作为一种沟通的桥梁(虽然这个定位有些含糊，但却是所面临的一大问题，我妈前几天给我讲了一个事，他说：在工作中，不是你对别人好，别人就会领情，不要在工作中太过善良，在那次谈话中，我还反驳了我妈，我说：你可不可以不要那么势利，不是每个人都会这样，只要我觉得我是用真心在对他好，那他一定能感受到，后来我发现我错了，每个人都是一个独立的个体，有独立的思想，毕竟有些人会太过敏感，这样下来就会把你对他的好当做一种批评，甚至嘲笑。在上次的培训课上，老师说的很对，每个人都是自私的，最不能否定的东西就是自己。在，我从来没有害过谁，即使被别人误解，我也只是一笑而过，毕竟很多事不是我一个人所能做完的，自己的路还是需要靠自己来走)，然后再负责一些公司的整体事务(包括协助各部门的培训工作，组织活动，写一些公司文件和处理一些琐碎的事等等)，在这期间我需要去发现公司每个部门存在的一些问题，然后一个一个解决掉，并且想办法加大各部门的执行力度，不管这种力度给大家带了什么不便之处，但回头看来，公司总体是在往好的方面发展。企业员工励志演讲稿

我的演讲从一个小故事开始——在一个深深的鼠洞里，一个老鼠家族正在召开会议，会议的中心是怎样在觅食的时候及时发现那只喜欢搞突袭的黑猫。不一会儿，一只小老鼠想出一个好办法——在黑猫的脖子上挂一只铃铛。话一说完，大家齐声说好，但接下来却都沉默了，因为没有哪一只老鼠敢去挂这只铃铛。
这个故事不禁让我浮现出一个念头：与行动相比，有时候，幻想或想象其实是一件再舒服但是的事——它没有风险，无需胆量，不受约束。你想尝试冬泳，便能够尽情地想象着数九寒天在冰冷刺骨的河水中游弋的豪迈;你想尝试弹琴，便能够尽情想象自己在高高的舞台上悠然地表演;你想学习一门外语，于是跑到书店买了一大堆复习资料，还把决心下了又下：每一天至少要保证一小时的学习时间。在你的头脑中，一切都是那样完美、切实可行，但是，当热情渐渐冷却后，你却没有勇气跳人冰水中;你却不能忍受日复一日练琴的单调和枯燥;你却不能放下每一天的休闲时间埋头苦学。全部完美的幻想和想象都变成了一纸空文。
几年前，一位颇有名气的画家想画一幅以某历史事件为主题的画，这个历史事件在其他画作中鲜有表现，场景又极生动，形象，画出来必须很富感染力。这位画家翻阅了超多历史书籍，对事件的各种细节已了然于胸，加上他画技高超，若完成这幅画肯定能为他赢得巨大的声誉。一年以后，有人无意间提到那幅画，谁知画家根本就没动笔!他犹豫着想找理由解释，最后最后说还是太忙了，有许多事情要做，根本没时间画这幅画。
生活中，有许多这样的人，他们对人生有着种种设想与规划，有着十分完美的理想与愿望，可就是不用实际行动来实现它，这样一来，即使构想出再有价值的东西，也是胎死腹中，令人惋惜。
老鼠没有行动，是因为恐惧，我们没有行动，是因为什么呢不要找任何借口来回答这个问题，任何借口都是苍白无力的。

有这样一个真实的小故事：一个人看到蝴蝶幼虫在茧中拼命挣扎太过辛苦，出于好心，就用剪刀将茧剪开，让幼虫轻易地从里面爬出来。但是，这只幼蝶根本飞不起来而且很快就死掉了。原来，幼蝶在茧中挣扎是生命中不可缺少的一部分，是为了让身体更强壮、翅膀更有力。如果不经历必要的破茧过程，他就无法适应茧外的环境。其实这正是在告诉我们，一个人不经历必要的磨难，没有压力，他的人生就不会完整，因为他没有能力抵挡以后的风风雨雨；回顾历史，我们追寻先人留下的印迹——朝堂之上，孟子警觉世人：“生于忧患，死于安乐。”巨鹿之战，项羽破釜沉舟，逼迫将士以一敌百，“百二秦关终属楚；”韩信背水一战，而利用压力逼迫自己，成就了壮美的诗篇。
在我们现实的生活中，我们经常会受到来自四面八方的压力，父母的压力，学科的压力，部门的压力等等。所以当我们接收到这些压力后，应该将其看成是一种动力，一种激励和促使我们更加努力更加发奋的动力。压力会让我们不敢停下前进的脚步，压力使我们时时奋进，使我们实现一个目标时不敢懈怠，使我们获得成就时能够再接再厉。不要再去害怕压力，因为“压力就是动力”。

I received a devastating blow to my self-confidence in the first interview of my college years. I applied to be a host in our Student Acting Troupe and felt confident that I would be accepted. But one of the panel members told me: You seem inadequate and you are a little vertically-challenged. My life has never been the same since. I used bigger heels to complement my height and psychological maneuvers and tricks to hide my lack of confidence. But no matter how hard I tried to look the part, there was still something missing.
As president of English Club, I organized the rehearsal of Snow White for an English party. Unfortunately, we could not find an actor to be the last dwarf. It had to be someone who was humorous by nature and fluent in English. Suddenly, all eyes turned to me, and I knew I would have to be the dwarf. To my great surprise and delight, once on stage, I was totally absorbed in the performance and my humorous nature was put to full use. As the dwarf, I was a big hit.

Given a choice, I would rather be ugly than live in such a world. Id rather be a genuine dwarf accompanying a Snow White than be a Snow White among nothing but Snow Whites. I would rather be myself. “人不是为失败而生的,一个人可以被毁灭,但不可以给打败”.孤独的老渔夫圣地亚哥刚毅的性格、精湛的钓鱼术等勾勒出他已不仅仅是条硬汉,也从他身上看到了各种不同的、让人深思的境界：自信、勇敢、乐观、单纯、孤寂及睿智.老渔夫的这种精神很值得我们去学习,去挖掘.文中孩子是从五岁起跟老人上船学习捕鱼的,孩子的个性特征从另一个侧面反映了老人的性格,表现出那种不畏艰难的,勇于战胜困难的性格;孩子虽然很小,只有几岁,但并不显很孩子气;从老人那里学到的不仅是捕鱼的本领,还有自尊自强的精神,并学会懂得生活的艰辛与男人的责任.稚嫩的肩膀早已习惯了清早就得出门打鱼的生活的磨砺,纵然是“走路还打瞌睡”,仍然说“这算什么,男子汉就得这样.”铿锵有力,落地有声的言语充分的展示了硬汉子精神.这种精神是很值得我们去学习的,也很让我感动.
给我感触最深的是文中老渔夫的那种精神,马诺林小孩的那种懂事,在生活中,在学习中,还是在以后的工作中,当我们遇到前所未有的苦难与挫折的时候,我们应该想想那个在大海上孤独地与强敌战斗的“硬汉”老渔夫,文中小孩的那种懂事与自尊自强,像他那样经的起生活的磨砺.这样,我们就会发现其实有很多困难并没有想象中的那么不可战胜.如果我们去学习这种精神,并拥有这种“硬汉”的精神,激发我们的最大潜能,就可以战胜我们认为这是不可能战胜的困难.

Though I cant travel around the world, for the lack of money and the age, I can see around the world through these books. I get to know different cultures and see the diversity of the world. As the development of the world, there is more and more entertainment for people to kill time. Reading used to be an important amusement. But now there are less and less people fond of reading. But there are still a large number of people stand on the side of reading. For me, I think reading is very important. The reasons are as following.
First of all, reading can broaden our vision. The main way we learn the things happen long time ago is according to the book. People will try their best to write the things in their stage in their way. When we read books, we have the opportunity to learn everything. The content in the books contains the knowledge all over the world and every aspect. We can read the knowledge about biography, science, technology, culture, economic and so on from the book. It is hard not to broaden vision from reading.
Secondly, reading can cultivate our taste. I am sure that reading some elegant sentence or the beautiful things described in the book will make us feel relax and comfortable. And we all know that the more knowledge a person has, the better-behaved he will be. I think this is the charming of reading. If there are more people like reading, the world will become more civilized.
The importance mentioned above just a part of reading. It has so many advantages that I can’t list all in a short time. It is irreplaceable in human beings’ life.
随着世界的发展，越来越多娱乐供人们消磨时光。阅读在过去常常就是一种重要的娱乐。但现在却越来越少人喜欢阅读了。但仍然还有很多人是喜欢看书的。对我来说，我认为阅读是很重要的。理由如下。
首先，阅读可以开阔我们的视野。我们了解很久以前发生的事情的主要方式是通过阅读。人们用他们自己的方式尽自己最大的努力写关于他们那个年代的事情。我们看书的时候，我们才有机会了解到一切。书中的内容包含知识的方方面面。通过书籍我们可以了解到关于传记，科学，技术，文化，经济等方面的知识。从阅读中，我们的视野很难不被拓宽。
其次，阅读可以陶冶我们的情操。我相信阅读一些优美的句子或者书中描述的美丽东西会使我们感到放松和舒适。我们都知道一个人拥有的知识越多，那个人就会表现得越好。我觉得这就是阅读的魅力。如果有更多的人喜欢阅读，这个世界会变得更加文明。
上面所提到的重要性只是其中一部分。阅读有很多的优点，在短时间内我都不能一一列举我不能列举。它在人类的生活中是不可替代的。

If we have a book ,we will not be felling of being longly
When Im free or in trouble, I always take out a book and read quietly. In no time, Ive put my heart into it so that Ill forget all the troubles. Its in this way that Ive formed the habit of reading in any time.
Little boys as I was, I was interest in picture books and storybooks. I was struck by them. No sooner had I entered the middle school than I began to read novel, plays, essays and so on. I found I could get much from them. Little by little I took great interest in literature and last term I won the first prize in the composition contest among middle-school students in Zhe Jiang.
Reading “The Emperors New Clothes”, I had to let out a burst of laughter over his fool. The Little Match Girl couldnt keep me from crying for her misery. Robinson Crusoe took me into a strange world full of danger. And I was also deeply impressed by Helen Kellers patience and perseverance… Besides these, books also tell me other thing -how to be a man and how to tell the difference between right and wrong. In a word, good books can make me know what I didnt before. So I think of a good book as my best friend.
Ill never forget this famous saying,Good books are best friends who never turn their backs upon us.
