大家好!我是设计院的何自宁。承蒙大家厚爱，获得xx年度十佳员工称号，集团公司给予我这份殊荣，我感到万分荣幸和自豪，我深知这是组织对我的信任，是对我这几年为燃气事业付出的肯定。在这里，首先向各位尊敬的领导和同事表示衷心的感谢。
来到燃气集团这个大家庭已经有5个年头了，在这几年里，我目睹了公司在这几年中的巨大变化，我从内心深处为公司快速的发展而感到骄傲。而我自己，也跟随着公司的发展而逐渐成长，在这几年工作当中，我曾经欢乐过，也曾经苦恼过，但是看着身边的同事，他们勤勤恳恳、兢兢业业的工作态度，让我烦躁的心又安静下来，虚心向他们学习、请教，同时认认真真的做好本职工作。
记得刚来的时候，我被安排到工程公司作为一名施工员，由于刚接触工程管理，对施工技术及工程管理不熟悉，总是有点力不从心，在领导和同事的指导和帮助下，刻苦学习燃气知识，每天泡在工地向前辈同事请教，向工人师傅请教，努力提高工程管理水平，在公司安排下先后圆满完成了园区商住路、文萃路、祁村路等中压管道的施工任务及市区多个工商小区的施工任务。在xx年常驻昆山独立负责工程公司昆山项目的运作，圆满完成萧林路、阳光世纪花园四期、金色港湾三期等多个市政管道及工商小区的施工并且顺利通过昆山燃气办的竣工验收。在工程公司的两年时间里，不管是技术上，还是管理上，我都有了长足的进步。在此，我向支持我的领导和同事表示衷心的感谢!
由于工作的调动，在xx年进入设计院工作，新的岗位新的工作内容，作为公司一名普通的设计人员，我时刻关注着公司的发展。xx年，为配合公司南环储配站迁建，东方大道7公里多的dn400中压管道需要先行设计铺设，院里面安排我负责牵头设计，由于东方大道是现状道路改造，管线经过的地形比较复杂，包括桥梁、高速公路、河道、砖瓦厂、加油站、寺庙、还有南环桥批发市场，我多次现场勘察，拟定管线走向方案及敷设方案，加班加点做好方案，与公司有关部门充分沟通，优化设计方案，按时完成设计任务。目前工程实施阶段，我与甲方、施工单位及监理保持密切的协调沟通，虚心听取甲方、施工单位及监理提出的合理建议，作出相应的变更，确保工程顺利的进行，如期完成。
xx年，是园区中压管网改造建设的高峰期，时间紧，任务重，在院里的安排下承接了园区湖西cbd区包括苏绣路、苏惠路、星海街等10条道路近10公里的中压管道改造设计任务。方案设计阶段，我冒着酷暑，骑着电瓶车奔跑在一线现场踏勘管位、拟定穿越出入土点，对各个中压支管的位置、改造涉及的小区停气范围、临时供气管道的设置位置进行了地毯式的摸底排查，为保证改造工期不受耽搁，常常是白天在工地看现场，晚上在办公室加班赶图直至深夜，在业主要求的期限前提交了设计方案;为了确保安全，同时降低施工难度，多次现场比较方案，充分考虑施工区域对交通的影响、新老管道的连接方式与位置、控制阀门的安装位置、新老管道碰接时的停气范围;特别是苏绣路的管道，支管多，碰接点多，需要多次停气碰接，影响范围较大，现场踏勘比较方案的时间放得最多，以至于当时骑着公司的电瓶车在苏绣路上踏勘时人家还以为燃气集团的巡线工作怎么做到园区来了。经过多次的沟通优化，改造设计方案顺利通过了港华公司的内部评审及园区规划局的评审，目前已经完成70%的改造施工及通气运营，千家万户的厨房间跳动着的蓝色火焰，温暖着每一个家庭，同时也温暖着我，更加坚定了我不断前进的脚步。
虽然被评为十佳员工，但我深知，我做得不够的地方还很多，尤其是进入设计这个行业不久，有很多的东西，还需要我去学习。我会在延续自己踏实肯干的优点同时，加快脚步，虚心向前辈们学习各种工作技巧，做好每一项工作。这个荣誉会鞭策我不断进步，做的更好。我深信：一分耕耘，一分收获，从点点滴滴的工作中，我会细心积累经验，使工作技能不断的提高，为以后的工作奠定坚实的基矗。
优秀员工三分钟发言稿篇二首先，我代表酒店总经理室向酒店全体员工致意亲切的慰问，你们辛苦了!下面，我就酒店创建三星级旅游饭店发表几点意见：
一、存在的主要问题：
1、管理人员的综合素质不高，突出表现：一是事业心、敬业心和责任感差，工作标准低，只求过得去，不求过的硬，大事做不来，小事天天颂;工作随便，能推则推，能拖则拖，极个别管理人员对上级安排的工作三催不办，实在不行就应付了事。
二是工作不深入、不扎实，愿意做表面文章，以身作责差，工作靠不上去，遇到问题绕道走，所辖部门、班组工作效率低，存在问题多，只练唱功，不练做功。
三是自由主义严重，会上不说，会后乱说，不负责任地议论领导、议论同事，阳奉阴违、耍两面派，只研究人不研究事。
四是纪律观念淡薄，迟到早退，外出不请假、不报告，自由散漫。
五是学习松懈，对行业知识不研究、不学习，工作经验、专业知识缺乏，对所分管的工作一问三不知，自以为事，处理问题缺乏政策依据。
六是群众基础差，不关心、不依靠员工，为人处事不公正，爱摆架子，正如员工所说的官不大、僚不斜。
2、服务意识差。
上至管理人员，下至员工，标准不一、思想不一，没有真正形成一个以服务为核心，用心做了的服务运作机制，甚至有些人员的本位主义严重，大大阻碍了服务水平的提高。
一是不能够做到对宾客礼貌、热情、亲切、友好。
酒店前台员工对待宾客视而不见，无问候语或微笑，对客服务效率较低，服务意识淡薄，语言生硬，表情呆板，态度一般，在服务过程中不能做到表情自然、亲切，热情适度;二是言行举止不雅，缺乏职业素质。
酒店多数员工站、坐、行姿不符合岗位规范与要求，缺少职业风范，伏桌椅、倚墙壁、扎堆聊天，穿行于宾客之间，甚至挡道的现象较普遍。
3、团队协作精神趋于表面化，一线与二线缺乏沟通。
一是缺乏主动性，养成依赖别人、怕承担责任的习惯;二是推诿，不愿多做一点点;三是个人主义冒头，不愿为别人当绿叶、不愿配合别人。
4、缺乏主人翁意识。
对酒店缺乏责任感、缺乏爱心，没有店兴我荣，店衰我耻的思想，见坏人坏事不制止，不举报。
5、全员节约意识仍太弱。
员工未养成节水、节电、节气良好习惯，管理上有很多漏洞，使酒店财物流失和浪费，向节约要效益的意识不强。
6、安全意识薄弱。
处理紧急事情应变能力差，个别部门屡出问题，从根本上讲还是人的问题，还是管理问题。
7、业务技能不熟，专业培训不够
客房服务员在开启客房门时，不先叩门或提示，直接用门卡开启，客房辅设效果一般，物品不定位。
客房服务员将撤下的换洗物品直接放置在布草车一次性用品上，污染了车上一次性用品。
餐厅服务员上菜不报菜名，不能及时撤换骨碟，添加茶水、餐巾纸等。
8、中层力量薄弱，管理力度不够
酒店有些中层管理人员不懂得酒店基本的管理知识，缺乏应有的管理水平和能力，对旅游饭店的认识不够，自身行为已经被员工的不良行为同化，与员工一起扎堆聊天，不仅没有尽到管理者的责任，而且损坏了酒店的形象。
9、制度落实不够，人员擅离岗位
酒店大堂副理虚设，脱岗现象严重。
酒店迎宾及行李员设置不清。
多数时间均未见到大堂副理、行李员上岗。
10、设施设备维护保养极差
酒店客房、餐厅、娱乐三大核心部位，设施设备维护保养意识不到位，与相应的星级标准有一定的距离，需制定设施设备维护计划，确保各项设施设备维护到位。
以上问题，都需要我们在以后的工作中高度重视、认真研究、彻底解决。
新的《旅游饭店星级划分与评定》即将出台实施，新标准对软件服务提出了更高、更细、更严的要求，各部门应引起高度重视，认真查找自身不足，制定整改措施，提高管理和服务水平，创建酒店特色，提升酒店形象。
为此，就酒店创建三星级旅游饭店做出以下规划：
1、加强中层管理人员的培养，提高管理人员的综合素质。
中层管理人员是饭店的重要骨干，涉及到酒店的各个部门，中层管理人员的综合素质，直接关系到酒店的管理水平和服务质量，管理人员要做到知识化、专业化。
因此，饭店一方面要加强对在职中层管理人员的培训和管理，采劝走出去，请进来的办法，开拓视野，与时俱进，接受新的管理思维和方式，摒弃旧的、疆化的、落后的管理思想和方式。
另一方面要加强对后备骨干力量和人才的培养，保证酒店新鲜血液的循环;再一方面要引进竞争机制，实行竞争上岗，能者上、庸者下，打破传统的管理模式和用人机制。
2、酒店在实际工作中，把创星工作和日常工作放在同等重要的位置上，使之形成互补，互相促进，也提高了服务质量，为东方罗马创建三星级旅游饭店起到了促进的作用。
20XX年4月至6月，酒店为实现创建三星级旅游饭店这一目标，将开展树立酒店形象东方罗马是?家优质服务活动，规范服务用语，做到统一着装持证上岗。
3、突出重点、狠抓落实
酒店在创建三星级旅游饭店过程中，要始终坚持物质文明、精神文明建设，争取取得良好的经济效益和社会效益，同安排、同布置、同检查、同落实，坚持两手都要抓，两手都要硬的方针，加大精神文明建设的投入酒店将建立党支部、团支部、工会席。
酒店围绕创星目标，我们在硬件设施上将进一步完善，对酒店各部门不规范的地方进行督导整改，同时围绕创星目标，认真开展软件服务工程的建设工作：
(1)、按照国家标准《旅游饭店星级划分评定》(gb/t14308)的规定，加强学习，不断提高，组织各级人员进行自查、整改，符合国家三星级标准。
对全体员工进行《星级服务标准》、服务意识、礼节礼貌强化培训，组织全体员工开展业务技能大赛。
另外，还组织员工加强学习规章制度、法纪法规、企业规定、发展规划等，从而进一步规范服务行为，提高服务水平，实行每月考核一次，评选出业务技能优秀的人员进行表彰和奖励，并针对《星级服务标准》存在的问题及时进行整改，同时对考核不合格的进行强化培训。
(2)、酒店确定每周星期六为星评质检日，对所查出的问题进行通报，并严格要求各部门对照整改。
(3)、健全酒店各项管理制度，严格按照规定上框上墙。
(4)、在创建三星级旅游饭店期间，将邀请市、县旅游局对我店进行检查，并对市、县旅游局提出整改的问题及时进行整改。
对创建三星级旅游饭店工作的认识今年，我店把创建工作纳入单位的议事日程，紧紧围绕规范管理、塑造品牌、强力营销、争创效益的工作指导方针，以市场需求为中心，树立三种意识(即全员销售意识、全方位成本意识、全过程质量意识)，运行实行三化(即程序化、规范化、表格化)管理。
把创建工作当成对酒店员工的一次全面培训、当成对设施设备的一次全面维护保养、当成对酒店产品的一次营销，努力把酒店建成客人温暖的家。
4、健全组织机构，实行分工负责，确保创建各项工作得以顺利开展。
酒店成立创建领导小组，酒店常务副总经理吴金源任组长、各部门经理为组员，并将现有的中层干部分为几个小组，分别负责学习教育、综合协调、服务质量、清洁卫生、维护保养等工作。
对创建的各项工作公开进程，创办黑板报、和专刊，定期公布通报创建情况。
建立奖惩制度。
时间实行倒计时，使创建工作有计划、有步骤、有目标的进行。

Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and wasfascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He wasafraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure. In the late1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave.
On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one ofthe teeth from the dragon’s mouth. He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, butthe feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all throughhis life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as hebecame older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, hevisited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. Hereceived a warm welcome.
When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported onhis visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I thinkto err is human. As president of English Club, I organized the rehearsal of Snow White for an English party. Unfortunately, we could not find an actor to be the last dwarf. It had to be someone who was humorous by nature and fluent in English. Suddenly, all eyes turned to me, and I knew I would have to be the dwarf. To my great surprise and delight, once on stage, I was totally absorbed in the performance and my humorous nature was put to full use. As the dwarf, I was a big hit.
Yes, each of us is only one among millions of others, but each of us is an individual and each of us is unique. Cultivating our individuality will transform our lives, making of them a kaleidoscope of new colors and textures.
A world deprived of diversity would be a bland and boring place. The real tragedy is not being short or shy or ugly, but having your identity lost in a world in which everyone is a clone of a model cool boy or a flawless charming girl.
Given a choice, I would rather be ugly than live in such a world. Id rather be a genuine dwarf accompanying a Snow White than be a Snow White among nothing but Snow Whites. I would rather be myself. I would contribute my individual and unique colors to create a more diverse universe. Please, be yourself.

no matter what the choice is， enjoy the process。 in the process， your potential will be inspired and new discoveries，improvement and progress will e to you。 these are the most beautiful sceneries and only on the way can you see it。these make your life colorful。

But if you work for a small company, profits are more likely to be shared at the end of the year. This means that the harder you work, the more potential there is to make a large amount of money. It is also especially gratifying when you can see how your hard work helped to build or save the company, a feeling of accomplishment that is difficult to attain when working in a large company.Finally, working together in a small company creates a sense of special closeness between colleagues. You have to both trust and depend on each other for everything. This closeness is not only between people within the company but can also extend to your clients and suppliers, all of whom you can get to know on a first name basis. Business deals become less impersonal and more pleasurable when you work with people you trust and like. This trust is both deeper and easier to build when you work for a smaller company.
