大家好!

高三是梦想开始的地方，也是圆梦成真的地方。高中学习就像一次跑山，在高一高二经历了上下山时的起伏不定，高三便是最后的平地冲刺。我们现在应该和散漫、不负责任挥手告别了，要知道，我们十二年漫漫的准备期就是为了在高考能交出一份满意的答卷。现在，我们已经奋斗了十一年，有谁愿意功亏一篑，跌倒在这最后的冲刺中呢?我们惟有扬鞭策马，奋起直追，才对得起父母，对得起老师，更重要的，是对得起自己。

前段时间我被一些学习方法很重要的信息所影响，觉得题海战术太枯燥乏味，做多了也是无用功。我认为以我现在的基础，别人用四五遍才能掌握的知识，我完全可以只用两三遍，因此我改变了上学期稳扎稳打的学习态度，我开始放松了学习，一味地追寻一些投机取巧的学习方法。然而随着一次次考试摸底，我的分数在学校排名中一再的突破底线，成绩上的失利突显了我平时学习上忽略的问题。

面对这样的结果，我迷茫了，但是我并没有端正自己的学习态度，开始认真踏实的学习，却开始怀疑自己的能力。我其实没有想象中的那么优秀吧?我是不是学习能力有问题等想法接踵而至，我在困惑中越陷越深，很长时间没有了学习的激情和动力。老师们看在眼里，都很担心我的状态。于是，他们开始一次又一次的与我谈话。心对心、面对面的谈话让我慢慢认识到我学习态度的问题。

在老师们的指导下，我重新踏上了奋斗拼搏的学习之路，我开始认真听讲，理解老师讲的重点，课后针对性地做一套套的卷子，再总结错误，慢慢的我的学习进入了良性循环阶段，因此我才能在这次考试中取得优异的成绩。在此，我很感激我的老师们对我的付出，也感谢曾经帮助我的同学们，如果没有他们的耐心劝导和陪伴，或许现在我还在迷茫、自我否定中苦苦挣扎。

我的经历让我对学习有了一个全新的认知，那就是一切的学习方法都要建立在具备一定的题海练习的基础上，否则你的成绩就是空中楼阁，没有基础总会有倒塌的一天。学习没有捷径可走，我们必须在书本、作业、纠错本上打着持久战。或许已经有人厌倦，疲惫，准备放弃了，但是，我们不能放弃，人生还有很长的路要走，高三只是坎坷之一，我们需要的就是坚持不懈、矢志不渝的去学习，这样我们才能迎来春暖花开的一天。

埋葬了队长之后，他们便扛着箱子上路了，道路越来越难走，他们的力气也越来越小了，但他们仍然鼓起劲往前走着。终于有一天，绿色的屏障突然拉开了，他们历经千辛万苦之后终于走出了丛林，找到了队长的朋友，可是那个朋友却说：“我一无所有啊!”

于是，打开箱子一看，竟是一堆无用的木头!就这么个故事，看起来队长给了他们一箱无用的木头，其实，他却给了他们行动的目的，使他们获得了比金子还贵重的东西——生命。这个故事启示着我们学习、做任何事情必须要有明确的目的和奋斗目标。

聋哑人跳起了美丽的千手观音，盲人登上了珠穆朗玛峰，双腿下肢被截去而重新驾驶飞机返回蓝天……许多正常人都难以做到的事情，这些残疾人却把它们变成了现实，这不能不让人感到惊讶，也更被它们坚韧的毅力、永不放弃的精神所感动，他们成功的主要原因就是有着必胜的信念，朝着目标，永不放弃。

“凡事预则立，不预则废”，确定了奋斗目标，如何才能坚持不懈，如何才能永不放弃，那就必须要有行动的计划、成功的信念，这是你行动的向导，是你挖掘和运用体内潜能的催化剂。

如果你认为自己十分突出，你就真的会很优秀;如果你想象渺小，你就会落后于人;如果你想象勇敢，你就会真的无所惧怕;如果你想象辉煌，你就会变得很伟大。

因为当你行动之前进行头脑热身，构想要做之事的每一个细节，梳理心路，然后把他们深深铭记在脑海中，当你行动的时候，你就会得心应手，应付自如。

in a sense weve come to our nations capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked insufficient funds.

when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.
