感谢大家给我这个机会，我们可以彼此认识了解。我叫孟新，“新”是新旧的“新”。今天我站在这里，和大家相逢在这五月花海，认识新的师长、结识新的伙伴，开始新的生活，开启人生繁华似锦的新天地，我特别兴奋。

刚走出我家到学校的路上，有一垧油菜花种在路边，油菜花刚刚开败，正在结出坚实的、榨油的籽粒，前几个星期，我赶考实验中学，油菜花正盛开，在荒芜的大地上，它喷薄而出，将金黄洒遍原野，它活泼跳越着、现出妩媚和妖娆，仿佛一块绮丽的七彩石头落在池水中，在天地之间泛起涟漪。

同学们，今天站在这里，我又看到了满地金灿灿的油菜花，这就是46个升腾梦想的心灵，我又闻到了油菜花扑鼻的香味，这就是 46个青年才俊身上散发的虎虎生气。

荆棘鸟

传说中有一种平凡的小鸟，它没有亮丽的羽毛，也没有圆润、甜美的歌喉，但是，它很想唱歌。有一天，黄莺边唱着优美动听歌边告诉它：“你生来就不是唱歌的鸟，除非你找到世界上最尖最利的荆棘刺，用它来刺破你的喉咙，穿透你的心时，你就会唱歌了。” 为了找到那根最尖最利致命的荆棘刺，荆棘鸟一直在黑暗的森林深处飞呀飞，历尽磨难，终于如愿以偿。果然，当它让树上最尖锐的一根荆棘插进自己柔弱的胸口，伴随着鲜血奄奄地流出的时刻，它唱出了生命里唯一的歌，一次使云雀和黄莺都黯然失色的最凄美的歌。它望着鲜艳欲滴的花朵，带着幸福的微笑死去了。

这又是一个凤凰涅磐。

这又是一只千年火鸟。

这是地球自有生命起就久久不散的魂灵——不放弃，不畏惧!为了实现心中的理想，勇往直前，不怕牺牲，直到生命最后一刻，发出永生的歌唱!

其实，我知道荆棘鸟的传说，还是缘于台湾女作家三毛。她把自己比做一只荆棘鸟，并且讲述了这个震撼人心的典故。起初，对于这种全身刻满咒语似的鸟，我实在无法理解它的举动，更无法理解那宿命般的哲思。直到我走近三毛传奇的人生履历，才彻悟这种宿命的死鸟。当年，三毛放弃台北优裕的物质生活，孑身流浪到遥远的撒哈拉大沙漠，避开纷繁的人群，用独特的思想诠释一片原始的土地。这个著名的女作家在最后经历人生浮华黯淡、生离死别、哭笑愁思之后终于去了……关于她的死，世人褒贬不一，有人说这是流浪人的劣根性加文人的奇思怪想。然而，我要说：三毛就是一只荆棘鸟，她终于找到了荆棘树，唤醒了上帝，尽管只有一次，但那是她的归宿，那是她的幸福。因为荆棘鸟的死亡，是神圣的死亡，是生命之花一生一次的彻底绽放。

“荆棘鸟”的故事告诉我们，世界上最美好的东西只能用最深痛的巨创来换龋一个人要实现自己的远大理想，随时得准备把棘刺扎进胸膛。对于前进着的人来说，前方总有无穷的诱-惑力，而那追求路途中的痛苦与挣扎往往会将生命的光泽变得璀璨，那用血色换来的歌声常常能把生命里最有价值的东西变做永恒。想那拉尔夫登上教皇的宝座的时刻，当他看到多年的追求终于成为现实的时候，该是老泪纵横的，因为他用一生坎坷的代价完成了一次动人的“歌唱”，然后死在荆棘编成的桂冠之上。拉尔夫是让我感动的，他为了心中遥遥的目标，曾经承受过世间常人难以忍受的孤独与痛苦。有收获必有付出，但是有付出不一定会有收获，上帝在给予我们一些东西的同时也会拿走我们的一些东西，没有谁能做到完美，更没有谁能拥有一切。追求者能做的只是为自己理想中的金黄宝殿不断积攒砖石，直到生命枯竭，而那每一块砖石都是承载了追求者血迹与痛苦的。当宝殿发出灿烂夺目的光彩为世人瞩目的时候，当黑暗中的人们惊望他所筑的万丈霞光的时候，他已如唱歌的荆棘鸟，唱完了生命里的最后一个音符。

芸芸众生，虽然有平庸与聪慧之分，有贫穷与富足之别，但是每个人有一点是相同的——都在为生活奔波穿梭，为吃食、穿衣、纵情享受消耗着短暂的人生，一步步地走近坟墓……然而，我们不是为了生而生，物质的土壤是能滋润生命的果儿，但它最终会腐烂。倘若剖开这枚烂果，你从中找不到果种，那将意味着什么呢?而当你溶入大地之后，顽强的种子重新萌发，那又将意味着什么呢?那意味着永生，意味着不死，意味着生命之树常绿。荆棘鸟的可贵就在于它的执着，在于它的勇敢，在于它的永不放弃。它唤醒上帝俯见人世的苦难，它的腐尸就是大地的一部分，它将永生不灭!它是最幸福的!

从荆棘鸟的歌声里我看到了一种灿烂，一种激荡在坎坷与痛苦大海上的不死的追求，一种面对苦难时依旧前进的执著。我不知道，尘世间有多少这样的荆棘鸟正飞在寻觅荆棘的路途上，又有多少只荆棘鸟正在唱那最美丽的歌。我只知道，在奋斗的旅程上，我就是一只荆棘鸟，不管是阳光还是阴狸，无论是雨露还是霜雪，哪怕是前面充满坎坷和陷阱，我都不会放弃“一衰烟雨任平生”的豁达，为了追求自己的梦想，为了找到幸福人生的真谛，我宁愿有一天把棘刺扎进自己的胸膛。

经过了过去两年多的拼搏和努力，我们成功的接过了学长学姐手中的接力棒，这是一份责任与传承，看着他们金榜题名后的喜悦，大家的心中是否有很深的触动呢?知道他们踏进了自己理想中的校园，大家是否也很向往呢?对我来说他们让我重新燃起了斗志，我们距离自己心目中的目标已经越来越近了，曾经的付出与努力也即将迎来开花结果，所以在这样关键的时刻，我也向同学们提出几点建议：

1、做好个人的学习计划，我们都知道一份适合自己的计划，会让学习事半功倍，有了清晰的规划，我们才能够时刻明确自己当前所处在的位置，进而能够方便自己做出及时的调整，看似一份简单的计划，最后或许会给我们带来意想不到的收获。

2、掌握自己的学习方法，我们已经是高三的学生了，对于每一学科的学习都有着自己独特的方式，但是难免会有遇到问题的时候，那么在这关键的时刻，我们在向老师和同学请教之后，更重要的是用自己的方式去理解记忆，只有转换成自己所掌握的，才是真正的理解。

Good morning everyone, its my pleasure to be here and talk about dreams and ambitions with you. When I was a primary school student I wrote in my composition that I want to be a scientist when I grow up. At that age I didnt know what is a scientist, nor did I know what is dream. I wrote it because its a standard answer for a composition test. And I know if I wrote that I want to be a peasant I would be criticized and laughed at, no matter what reason I gave it. But now in university, one of my classmates changed my idea. At the career planning class when asked about our dreams, one of my classmates stood up and said, I want to be a peasant because I grow up in a peasant family and I love it. No laughter, no criticism, he was the only who winned a clapping.

It sets me thinking, which should be a mans dream? a scientist, or a peasant? Its not a simple question and my answer is both. This is exactly my understanding of this topic. Dreams are something we really want and are willing to try every effort to achieve, no matter how great or how small, no matter how others think, it depends on you.

Life is long, and we are just on the starting point. Finally well understand life is not just about making a living. Therere something much more important than money and material enjoyment, that is spiritual wealth, that is dream. Its the process of your pursuit of dream, the process when you are trying, when you are seeking, when you are struggling, when you failed and restarted again and again with your determination, hardwork, and perseverance that make you, build you, and help you to lead a worthy and significative life, whether youll achieve your dream or not, the result is not that important.
