However, the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions. Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. Life is long, and we are just on the starting point. Finally well understand life is not just about making a living. You have to both trust and depend on each other for everything. This closeness is not only between people within the company but can also extend to your clients and suppliers, all of whom you can get to know on a first name basis. Business deals become less impersonal and more pleasurable when you work with people you trust and like. This trust is both deeper and easier to build when you work for a smaller company.

Someone said we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. How to spend the youth? It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask what do you understand by the word youth? Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. You train fleas by potting them in a jar with a top on it。 Fleas jump， so they will jump up and hit the top over and over and over again。 As you watch them jump and hit the top， you will notice something interesting。 The fleas continue to jump， but they are no longer jumping high enough to hit the top。 Then， and it’s a matter of record， you can take the top off and though the fleas continue to jump， they won’t jump out of the jar。 I repeat， they won’t jump out because they can’t。 The reason is simple。 They have conditioned themselves to jump just so high。 Once they have conditioned themselves to jump just so high， that’s all they can do。

Many times， people do the same thing。 They restrict themselves and never reach their potential。 Just like the fleas， they fail to jump higher， thinking they are doing all they can do。
很多时候人们也是一样。他们自我限制自我，从来不去开发自我的潜力。就像跳蚤一样，它们没有能够跳的更高，还以为自我把自我的潜力发挥到了极限。
