暖风吹起碎花般的童年，十二年光阴似水流转。十二年的风雨洗礼是无私的父母一起陪伴着我们成长，他们是多么伟大啊！

人，亦在无声中笑看人间的月圆花瘦，把持心灵的阴晴冷暖，掂量生命的跌宕浮沉，送走时光的斗转星移。同时，沉淀下了无声的真情，值得珍惜。

我们忽略周围的所有，像是空气一样，寻常得不能再寻常。

其中有一个故事是这样的：

书法家王羲之当年在绍兴兰亭这个地方“临池学书”，把池水都染成了黑色，于是成为震铄古今的一代宗师。一次，他儿子王献之问他写字的秘诀，他指着家里十八口大水缸说：“盖学字之秘诀，皆在这十八口缸里。你把这十八口缸里的水都写完，自然就知道了。”也不知是不是绍兴那个地方从不下雨，反正故事里说，王献之真的把十八口缸里的水都写完了，因而他也成了一代书法大家。

那时候我刚上小学，在南京市郑和公园里的少年宫学书法，没有大缸，不过正好公园里有一个大池塘。于是，我每次上完课都去公园，撅着_趴在池塘边上洗毛笔，过几天就用完一瓶墨汁，指望把池子染黑。直到有一天被公园管理人员制止，他从背后一把揪住我的领子：“小孩，不要命啦!以后到自来水龙头那儿洗去!”想到以后再也不能在池子里洗毛笔，当时我为长时间的努力即将前功尽弃而感到极为悲怆。不用说我书法自然也没有练成。

后来我大了一点，到了“厌死狗”的年纪，经常和院子里的小孩发生肢体冲突，苦于是独子，常被别的小孩喊来大哥助拳而挨揍。遂发誓一定要练成一门神功。去少林寺学艺没有路费，要练铁砂掌在家里没找到适合的装沙的大铁锅。

不过有一本小人书给了我很大的启发。书中英雄少年自小是个孤儿，忍气吞声给虐待他的地主放牛。每天把一只小牛犊抱上山吃草，牛吃草的时候，他就拿山顶的一棵小树练脚，牛吃完草再抱下山。后来牛长到八百斤，他的力气也长到八百斤;小树渐渐地长成环抱大树，他的脚力也奇大无比，一身本领。

当时，让我苦恼的是，大学的家属院里，的家养哺乳动物就是猫，我天天抱，估计也长不到八百斤。不过小树倒是找到了几棵，于是我选了一棵茶杯口粗的小树天天去踢几脚，可惜不到一年我就发现这棵小树和其他几棵相比，枝叶稀疏而且枯黄。最后神功计划也只有半途而废了。

还有一个德国大叔过去一直是我的偶像，我小时候读书，至少听到十个不同的人告诉我，他之所以能写出《资本论》这样不朽的作品，主要在于他总是长年累月坐在大英图书馆的某个固定座位上，以致脚下水门汀地板上都磨出了两个明显的脚印。

后来到西安上大学，在最豪情万丈而且相信自古英雄出少年的岁月里，我效法先贤，几乎天天去图书馆阅览室靠窗的位置读书、自习。

我在这所学校待了八年，马克思在我那个年龄已经是《新莱茵报》主编了，可怜我什么都不是，paper倒是发过几篇，不过什么像样的论文也没写出来。好在总算后知后觉地得出两个无奈的结论：一、我可以告诉建筑工程界，西安交大的图书馆水泥地面质量真的非常好;二、我敢向史学界公布我的重大研究发现——马克思同志读书的时候一定有跺脚的习惯。

各位老师，同学们：

大家好!我演讲的题目是《励志成功，始于信念》。我先给大家讲个故事。

在非洲的一片茂密丛林中，走着四个皮包骨头的男子，他们扛着一只沉重的箱子，在密林里踉踉跄跄地向前走。他们跟随队长进入丛林探险，课时，队长却在任务即将完成时患疾病二不幸长眠于丛林中了。

临终前队长把亲手制作的箱子托付给他们，并十分诚恳地说：如果你们能把这个箱子送到我的朋友手里，你们将得到比金子还宝贵的东西。

埋葬了队长之后，他们便扛着箱子上路了，道路越来越难走，他们的力气也越来越小了，但他们仍然鼓起劲往前走着。终于有一天，绿色的屏障突然拉开了，他们历经千辛万苦之后终于走出了丛林，找到了队长的朋友，可是那个朋友却说：我一无所有啊!

于是，打开箱子一看，竟是一堆无用的木头!就这么个故事，看起来队长给了他们一箱无用的木头，其实，他却给了他们行动的目的，使他们获得了比金子还贵重的东西——生命。这个故事启示着我们学习，做任何事情必须要有明确的目的和奋斗目标。

聋哑人跳起了美丽的千手观音，盲人登上了珠穆朗玛峰，双腿下肢被截去而重新驾驶飞机返回蓝天……许多正常人都难以做到的事情，这些残疾人却把它们变成了现实，这不能不让人感到惊讶，也更被它们坚韧的毅力，永不放弃的精神所感动，他们成功的主要原因就是有着必胜的信念，朝着目标，永不放弃。

凡事预则立，不预则废，确定了奋斗目标，如何才能坚持不懈，如何才能永不放弃，那就必须要有行动的计划，成功的信念，这是你行动的向导，是你挖掘和运用体内潜能的催化剂。

如果你认为自己十分突出，你就真的会很优秀;如果你想象渺小，你就会落后于人;如果你想象勇敢，你就会真的无所惧怕;如果你想象辉煌，你就会变得很伟大。

因为当你行动之前进行头脑热身，构想要做之事的每一个细节，梳理心路，然后把他们深深铭记在脑海中，当你行动的时候，你就会得心应手，应付自如。

同学们，励志要有明确的目标，目标的实现要有成功的信念，从现在开始，让他们在你的想象中成为现实——去感受它们，经历它们，相信它们。相信，不久的将来你就会看到它们最终变成现实。

失败也很可贵，因为你可以把失败当成创造的良机。

谁都有可能遭遇挫折，很多人面对挫折，就会失去人生的自信，再也不愿意去努力，甚至断言自己是一个失败者，自己和成功无缘。

其实，并没有失败，只是暂时没有成功而已。如果敢于倒空失败，那么成功同样属于自己。

《凤凰卫视》着名的战地记者闾丘露薇曾经在复旦大学做过一场报告，这场报告吸引了近千名学子，他们当中大多数即将走出校门。

令人意外的是，在这场报告会上，闾丘露薇并没有谈太多自己的成名经历，也没有讲那些战地采访的故事，而是一再向大学生们强调两个字归零!

有一天，她看到一家会计师事务所需要一名英文翻译，于是发了简历去应聘。

对方一看她是大学的毕业生，很快就通知她去面试。

闾丘露薇对这次面试非常自信，因为读大学时，她的英文水平在系里就是拔尖的。

笔试时，对方要求闾丘露薇翻译一份会计报表。虽然可以查字典，但是对着那些专业名词，她根本不知道从哪里入手。

等她把翻译好的报表交到考官手上时，考官只看了几眼，就皱起了眉头。

结果可想而知，闾丘露薇没有得到那份工作。

那次失败的面试给闾丘露薇打击很大，她开始怀疑自己的能力。直到半年后，她考进了一家国际会计师事务所。这家公司花了大量时间对新员工进行培训，几个月下来，闾丘露薇的财经专业英文水平突飞猛进。这时，她才重新找回了自信。

后来她进入新闻行业，刚开始时她很自信，觉得自己站在镜头前挺清秀可人。

可突然一天，她的一个上司对她说：我觉得你不适合做电视，你的雀斑，电视上看得一清二楚。

这句话仿佛给初入新闻行业的闾丘露薇当头浇了一盆冷水，她的心情沮丧到了极点，面对镜头开始变得不自信，怎么也找不到自如的感觉。

这时，一位同事说了一句让她受益终生的话：你一定要记得，在镜头前面，不要老想着自己漂不漂亮，你需要想的是，你要告诉观众什么，这才是最重要的。

这句话让她恍然大悟，在镜头面前，她不再想着自己的外表，而是专注于如何通过自己的内心向观众传达最有价值的信息。慢慢地，她找到了自己的风格，多次深入战地采访，并成为第一位进入阿富汗战地采访的华人女记者。

这两次经历，让闾丘露薇感到，在职场中，越是难受、挫败的时刻，越需要归零。

在面试失败、被上司否定的时候，如果闾丘露薇就此认定自己不行，不敢再去尝试，那么就不可能有今天这位出色的战地记者。

人生就是一个不断尝试和修整的过程，也是一个不断寻找自己成功点的过程，这其中难免会有一些曲折。但是，你一定要明确这样的信念：

在一个真正追求成功者的字典中，并没有失败两个字。只有你勇敢地追求，不断地提升，你同样会拥有梦寐以求的成功!

我骄傲，因为我是农民的儿子!家境的贫寒塑造了一个刚强的我;山村的闭塞，惊醒了我，唯有知识才能扫除愚昧，读书读书，读出书来才是出路，二十多年的风雨历程，造就了那份执着的信念：活在当下，做字当头，除了奋斗，我别无选择!

几多欢笑几多忧愁，几多风雨几多春秋。不为包子馒头，只图活着争口气!农家娃特有的豪爽、质朴，以及生生不息的强大精神力量，时刻鼓舞着我，鞭策着我。除了奋斗，我别无选择!

青春是一道绚丽的风景，一串跳动的音符。青春是躁动的，青涩的，青春更是热情的，生动的。青春的我们，是时代的精英，是事业的精兵，是宏伟蓝图的绘制者，也是国土事业的普通一兵。平凡的岗位，给了我们挑战的机遇，国土事业给了我们展示自我的空间。艾青说过：为什么我的眼里常含泪水，因为我对这土地爱得深沉。是的，我们也爱这土地，是脚下的沃土孕育了我们蓬勃的生命，年轻的我们，无怨无悔地选择了将青春奉献给这片深情的大地。

我们，用青春守护着这赖以生存的家园。耕地保护、土地规划、地籍测绘、国土资源调查、遥感动态监测，一个个美妙而生动的词汇，就这样溶入我们的生命，我们的青春，与国土事业紧紧相连。深入实际，是我们良好的开篇;调查研究，是我们工作的起点。爱岗敬业，是我们理智的抉择;勤奋忘我，是我们的工作准则。
