在不知不觉中，我们已经到了新学期的第x周，正是春风和煦、万木吐绿、百花盛开、欣欣向荣的美好季节，更是同学们长知识、长身体的最佳时节。想来同学们一定会在这个美好的时节，珍惜每一寸光阴，听好每一堂课，做好每一道习题，吸收消化好每一点知识，不负这大好春光。然而，这美好的季节也是各种安全事故易发的季节，更是多种传染病易传播的季节。今天利用国旗下讲话的机会，再和同学们谈谈安全和健康问题。
在一个家庭中，一人的安全更是牵动了全家人幸福。生命只有在安全中才能永葆活力，幸福只有在安全中才能永具魅力。在安全的问题上，来不得半点麻痹和侥幸，我们必须防范在先、警惕在前，营造人人讲安全，时时讲安全，事事讲安全的氛围。只有这样，才能为我们的生命筑起安全的长城。
安全方面：一是请大家要时刻注意交通安全问题，今天特别强调几点：严禁乘坐无证、报废、不合格的车辆；学校不允许学生骑电瓶车上学；出入校门要步行；骑自行车不赛车，不抢机动车道；通过路口或者横过马路时要减速慢行，自觉遵守交通法规；课间操、放学下楼梯、升旗集会时不要拥挤、防止踩踏事故的发生，上下楼梯靠右走，不快走，不追逐。二是消防安全问题，时下火灾隐患很大，老师同学们都要关注消防安全，自觉做到：不带火柴、打火机等火种以及烟花、爆竹等易燃易爆物品进入校园，以免发生意外。自觉爱护校园内的各种消防措施，如灭火器等。在教室里，不得擅自使用电器设备。放学之后，请随手关掉各种电器。
二、预防传染病方面：时下是流感等传染病高发季节，要时刻注意防寒保暖，室内要注意根据情况通风透气，远离传染病毒，有传染性疾病一定要自动隔离，及时医治好。做好个人卫生，勤洗手、勤通风，防止公共场合的交叉传染。同学在咳嗽和打喷嚏的时候请用纸巾捂住口鼻，并及时洗手；如出现感冒症状不要隐瞒，应及时向班主任报告并医院就诊；同时，天气变化较大，同学们要注意添减衣物，不要为了所谓风度而挨冻受冷。重视饮食安全。不买街头摊点的食品，不购买三无食品。参加体育锻炼、课外活动时，活动量要适度，活动后如果出汗多，应把汗水及时擦干，防止感冒；课间尽量打开门窗通风，防止带有病毒、细菌的飞沫在空中漂浮传播，引起了流行性感冒。教室垃圾及时倾倒，防止有害病毒、细菌滋生，影响同学们身体健康。

今天，我讲话的题目是：与法同行，健康成长。
当今社会，正是由于有法律的存在，我们的权利才能得到应有的保障。今天，“学法、用法、守法、护法”已逐步成为大多数公民的自觉行为，作为当代社会中思想活跃、朝气蓬勃的青少年，你们法律素质的高低，在一定程度上决定了未来社会的稳定程度。《未成年人保护法》、《预防未成年人犯罪法》的先后颁布实施，充分体现了党和国家对青少年合法权益的关注，我们学校一向重视对同学们的法制宣传教育，营造了安全、和谐的校园环境，但我们也清醒地看到：少数同学年少气盛，法制观念淡薄，做事缺乏理性思考，有时不计后果;也有的同学在处理同学关系中讲义气，不能分清是非曲直，甚至酿成校园暴力;有的同学正经受着“网络诱惑”，陷入其中不能自拔，荒废学业。这些行为不仅违反了校规校纪、损害了学校的形象，而且不利于自身良好品质的形成，甚至有可能因此而走上违法犯罪的道路，应引起我们的高度重视。
借此机会，我向大家提出几点建议：首先，要树立正确的道德观、人生观，不断提高自身的思想道德素质。只有道德高尚的人才能对社会有所贡献，有远大理想的人才能勤奋刻苦、奋勇拼搏，体现自身价值。其次，要提高法制观念，认真学习各种法律法规，做到知法、守法。遵守纪律是遵守法律的最基础的环节。我们要从学习《中小学生守则》、《中学生日常行为规范》入手，养成良好的守纪习惯，用校纪校规约束自己的行为，做到严格遵守。此外还要认真学习相关的法律法规如《未成年人保护法》、《预防未成年人犯罪法》、《交通法》等等。要清楚地知道我们应该履行的法律义务和责任，自己所拥有的权利，自己应明确地知道，什么可以做，什么不可以做，要学会对自己行为的控制，增强法制意识，增强辨别是非和自我保护能力。第三，要从小事做起。古人云：“勿以恶小而为之。”任何丑恶的、不良的行为和习惯，不管它是多么的微不足道，我们都应小题大做，绝不让它蔓延。“学校是我家，爱护靠大家”，我们要有宽广的胸怀，不因小事激化同学矛盾，搞好团结，爱护公物，保持校园环境的优美整洁。在学校做个好学生，在社会做个好公民。
另外，作为未成年人，我们要增强自我防范意识。建议同学们如果在遭到违法犯罪行为侵害的时候，切切要记住两点：第一、同学们要以免受违法犯罪行为侵害为自己的首要任务，不提倡你们去同违法犯罪分子面对面搏斗，比较明智的做法是遇事不慌，然后设法摆脱或向四周的大人呼救，或拔打“110”报警。第二、如果同学们发现自己正在或已经受到非法侵害的，就应该采取正确的途径解决。如及时向学校、家长或者其他监护人报告，由家长、老师或学校出面制止不法侵害，也可以向公安机关或者政府主管部门报告。
