新年伊始，我们召开学年度第一次教职工大会，主要任务是学习部署孟局长在教育系统xxxx年干部大会上的讲话精神，回顾总结xxxx年工作，根据局里精神安排部署xxxx年工作任务，动员全校教职工提振精神、凝聚力量，以饱满的热情投入到新学期工作中去，为改变苏中、发展苏中、强大苏中而努力工作。下面我讲三点意见：
一、认真学习贯彻执行孟局长的讲话精神
刚才王校长领着我们学习了孟局长在教育系统xxxx年干部大会上的讲话精神，我们一定要认真领会，按照孟局长的五个突出、五个同步和七个坚持、七个全面的要求，把我校建设成老百姓放心的学校。
二、xxxx年工作简要回顾
xxxx年8月，带着局党委的信任和重托，我来到了咱们学校，迈出了实现我的人生价值和教育理想的第一步。半年来，我深切地感受到了，把大布苏中学建设好、发展好，把学生教育好是每位苏中人共同的理想追求，改变苏中和发展苏中，已经成为苏中人的共识，这给了我很大的信心和动力。在大家的共同努力下，已经圆满地完成了局党委交给我们的各项工作任务。在此，我对所有关心我、支持我的同志表示衷心的感谢，对在本职岗位上勤奋工作、默默奉献的同志表示衷心的感谢。现在，我就对半年来的工作进行简单总结：
（一）、立说立行，提高工作执行力。执行力是干好工作的坚实保障，“说的多，做的少；制度多，落实少；布置多，检查少”是执行力不足的根源。为了提高工作执行力，我首先对自己“约法三章”：一是要实行民主。凡事要果断但不能专断，学校的工作都要通过班子会研究后再作决定，集思广益，充分发挥集体的智慧。二是遵守校规。要求教师做到的，自己首先做到，要求教师遵守的，自己带头遵守。三是处事公正。一定要把广大教师的利益放在首位，秉公处理，不徇私情，努力为大家多着想、多办事、办实事、办好事。我是这样想的，也是这样做的，加之领导班子和广大教师的共同努力，使各项工作都得到了较好的落实。半年来，所有领导都能说了就干，定了就算，要么就不布置，布置就一定有检查，检查出问题就要立即整改。半年来，我们制定完善了学校管理相关配套制度，把权力关进制度的笼子里，使学校管理有法可依、有章可循，学校的各项工作和师生精神面貌焕然一新，群众满意度和社会公信力迅速提升。
（二）、整顿教育教学秩序，提高社会效应。现在，大多数学生都是独生子女，难以管理，校园中常常出现老师不敢管，课堂乱哄哄，常规教学任务完成都有难度。家长意见越来越大，离家长的期待越来越远。为了破解这一难题，我们半年来做了下列工作：
（1）实施了“严打”一个月。成立了由副校长赵德富主管，由副校长王华主抓室内，由副书记兰永国主抓室外的领导小组，班主任具体负责管理的“严打”工作，并成为我们苏中的常态化管理工作。目前，学生的养成教育得到了很大的改善，社会反响也逐渐好转。
（2）实施了任课教师要对学生家庭作业全批全改，提倡写评语，至少周五写一次，以表扬鼓励为主，还要有学法指导、作业完成情况、最近在校的表现等等。通过大家的辛勤工作和无私地付出，出现了家长每周都期待看老师批语情景，不但拉近了家长和教师的感情，而且还使家长主动管理孩子在家学习，主动支持老师工作，有效提高了教学质量。
（3）实行校长和业务副校长推门听课，听后就检查业务和指导教学的制度，实现了业务领导和教师业务能力提升的“双赢”。
（4）不失时机地召开了家长会。召开家长会时正是苏中的各项工作都步入一个新的阶段的时候，是家长们对我校工作初步认可并期盼有更大的成绩的时候，是我们全体教职工收获一定的工作成绩的时候。为了开好此次家长会，班主任都能够精心准备会议内容，加强家校间的沟通，把学校全方位管理介绍给家长，指导家长有效管理教育孩子，倾听家长的心声，使原定的三个小时家长会，四个小时家长还不愿意离开，实属难得，这是有史以来第一次。
半年来，全体师生都能以饱满的热情投入到工作和学习之中。在地震上班期间，全校教师都能够以保护学生安全为己任，出满勤，站好岗。放假期间，都能按学校要求坚守，无条件地上岗加班，体现出了高尚的道德情操，让我倍感欣慰。现在，苏中的班子团结、师生和谐、教风朴实、学风扎实，得到了家长的认可度和社会满意度持续提高。有以上成绩，是在座的各位团结奋斗、辛勤付出的结果，我代表我个人，向全体教职工、向领导班子表示深深的谢意，大家辛苦了！
三、xxxx年工作安排
xxxx年，学校总的工作指导思想是：以孟局长的“七个坚持、七个全面”精神为指针，以创建“自主发展，按需培养”的品牌学校为根本，以“美丽校园是我家”系列活动为重点，着力打造名师队伍，加强学生养成教育的培养，促进校园文化建设，使苏中教育在谋突破、求创新中实现新跨越。按照这个思路，今年重点要抓好四个方面的工作：
（一）突出办学理念，创建特色、品牌学校
鲜明的办学特色是学校的标志和生命力的源泉，为此打造优质学校必须提升学校内涵，突出特色发展。本着“人无我有，人有我新，人新我精”的原则，我们必须以新课改提出的“以学生发展为本，让学生积极有效参与，建立民主和谐的课堂氛围”；新课标要求的教会学生能“自主、合作、探究学习”，教师是学生学习的“组织者，引导者，合作者”；素质教育要求的以最终实现培养所有学生的创新精神和实践能力，使之全面发展，成为新时代需要的优秀人才为理念。培养学生自主学习，自主管理，自主交流，自主创新，按照学生的需求进行教育教学，也就是学生需要什么我们就培养什么，最后创建具有我校特色的“自主发展，按需培养”的品牌学校。
实质上，也是我们教师自身发展的需要，更是社会教育，学校发展，学生学习的需要。既然我们上课的时候，能体会到传统的教学已经阻碍了学生的学习，使课堂不能深深地吸引学生，教学效果不良。那么，课堂改革势在必行。我们先走一步，积累丰富经验，为今后顺利的开展工作奠定基石。“艺不压身”，本领强了，加之努力工作，我们每个人都会有很好的发展。
（二）突出文化建设，创建温馨、和谐环境
本学期全校师生要践行弟子规，提高师生的内在素质和修养，培养学生尊敬师长，孝敬父母，热爱劳动，努力学习的优良品质；全体教师要时时处处以身作则，用言行举止、个人风格、素质境界影响学生的思想和行为；通过歌咏演比赛，校园绿化、美化、净化评比，班级布置评比，凝聚“学校精神”，激励学生努力进取，形成良好的班风，增强学生主人翁责任感。使师生具有幸福、乐观、向上的精气神儿。
作为社会上最具有正能量的群体，我们一定要在生活工作中的点点滴滴培养提高自身的素质。“亲其师，信其道”，学生信仰我们的“道”，我们的“道”必须正确的。引导学生形成正确的人生观，世界观，培养这样的学生，才能是一个优秀的人才。
（三）突出课堂教育教学改革，打造名师队伍，促进学生全面发展。
为了留住学生，我们要改变对学生管理策略，用情感感化学生，教育学生；我们要进行课堂教育教学改革，必须走素质教育的发展道路。我们要批判地学习先进的管理经验和成功的教学模式，无论是洋思、杜郎口，还是东庐、后六中学等等的教学模式，都有其优势和弊端，我们决不能全部拿来主义，也不能一棒子打死，一定要结合自身实际扬长避短。我们也必须清醒的认识到，这些模式都是素质教育的具体体现式，但未必适合我校实际，如果我们确立了某种模式，就会束缚我们的手脚，使我们不敢迈步，导致课堂教育教学改革进展缓慢。不要模式，只要我们能按照“自主发展，按需培养”的原则，能够以学生发展为本，让学生积极有效参与，建立民主和谐的课堂，按照学生不同的需求采取不同的策略，使学生爱学习，爱交流，爱探究，我们本着教师培养的是学生获取知识，吸收知识，应用知识的能力，激发学生学习知识的兴趣，培养学生积极思维，善于总结、自主、合作、探究学习的品质，不放过任何一个学生需求的能力盲区，全方位全过程提高，要用能力去赢得高分，要在未来建设祖国的工作中赢得高分，这样的教师就是名师，这样的学生就能成为新时代需要的优秀人才，这也正是我们苏中走素质教育发展道路的信念！
（四）开展“美丽校园是我家”系列活动，创建师生展示平台。
本学期，学校要组织开展“美丽校园是我家”系列活动，成立三个领导小组，第一组由赵校长任组长，主管学校的绿化、美化、净化工作和评比；第二组由王校长任组长，主管学校的课堂教育教学改革工作和打造名师队伍；第三组由兰书记任组长，主管学校的安全、纪律检查和评比。从现在开始到三月一日是各小组活动酝酿、倡议、制定方案，征求意见阶段；三月一日到六月二十五日是活动实施阶段，各领导小组要按照各自的实施方案进行组织实施、评比，并把评比结果统计好；六月二十五日到七月一日是结果运用阶段，各领导小组根据评比结果评出校级优秀年级组、教师、学生、班级，并给予奖励。
苏中的今天，已经初步走上了发展正轨，靠的是全体苏中人的拼搏。在以后的工作中，我一定以身作则、恪尽职守、兢兢业业，不断提高自己的道德修养和管理水平，为苏中的发展贡献自己的全部力量。未来的发展困难更多，任务更加艰巨，但我们有团结的队伍，实干的作风，敬业的精神，一定能够实现苏中良好发展的愿景。
