I think the creativity roots in imagination. Albert Einstein said that imagination is important than knowledge. Because we should creative a thing that is never appeared, we need to image. Use all the things and information around us to think and then go to achieve it. Without the imagination of the Wright brothers , human could not complete the flying dreams. Without the imagination of the Alexander Graham Bell, we could not hear the voice from a distance. If the creativity can make the human progress, imagination will be the road to success. Everyone will be successful in his or her own area. So, never look down on anyone including yourself. One of my friends is crazy about computer games, thus neglecting his study. All the teachers regarded him as a failure. But actually he is successful in the games. He has won the first prize in many E-sports games.

Another example to support my statement. I think that everyone knows Luo Yufeng who is in America now. Severals years ago, she was under the spotlight and attracted a strong criticism. It seemed that her life was utterly a failure since everyone was laughing at her. But, I think she is successful not because she’s famous but she wanted to immigrant to America and achieved.

In many cases, whether we are successful or not is judged by others, actually, we should judge it by

In the future, more electric door guards will take the place of door ladies.

The electric door guard operates under an IC card system, with students using IC cards to enter. Each resident student is issued an IC card with his/her personal information stored on it. Information like the card-holding students name, major, grade, and even time of entry will be stored on their IC card. The door has also been equipped with a digital eye to take video 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

With the new door guard already on duty, students began to discuss the pros and cons of the latest renovation to their dorm in community forums.

Some complained that having to take their IC card everywhere is inconvenient, adding that the system is not always reliable. They noted times when the system failed to recognize them and they had to call repair workers to fix it.

Others say the former door lady was more flexible and gave them a sense of home. Sometimes when a student had to stay out late, to study or for other business, the door lady would wait for them and let them in if they told her beforehand. Or when students parents came to visit, the door lady would let them in. But now, all of these conveniences seem impossible.

Still, students admit that the electric door guard is much safer, as it prevents thieves as well as unwelcome salesmen from entering their dorm. In this way, the electric door guard has its own advantages.

The schools authorities say the new system needs some time to improve and that students need time to get used to it. The school has said it will consider the inconveniences brought along with the new door guard and attempt to solve them by other means. On the whole, the new system seems to be good for students living in the dorm building.

Firstly, practical experience can help us find jobs successful. There are two kinds of people: experienced employees and college graduates, if you are a manager, which one do you prefer? Some college graduates have learned much book knowledge, but they can’t take advantage of these theories effectively. Therefore, many companies are not willing to employ graduates. This phenomenon tells us experience is more important for us to find good jobs.

Secondly, experience can give us more impressed knowledge. It’s said that one learn by doing, if you want to make advances, it’s necessary to practice. Moreover, we learn how to get along with others or how to have self-respect from experience. We feel happy and sorrow directly from experience. The precious knowledge absolutely can’t get frombooks.

Thirdly, our country’s development depends on innovation, which comes from experimentation. Comparing Chinese education system with American’s, we know that Chinese education usually pay more attention to scores students get and neglect their ability of innovation. On the contrary, American education emphasizes personal practice, that’s the reason why the progress of American technology is so rapid. The contrast reminds us of the importance of experience knowledge.
