尊敬的各位领导、同志们：

大家新年好！很荣幸能够在同一战线上，为森林生态保护事业贡献自己的力量。本人加入这个队伍差不多有两年，对猫儿山保护区管护站的工作已经有所了解，所以我觉得我能够胜任管护站站长职位，如果有幸能够竞聘成功的话，我将从以下几个方面开展工作：

第一，加强巡护路线的巡逻和开辟新的路线。比如说容易发案的地区和火警易发区，对这些地区加强巡逻和监控，争取将事故和违法行为消灭在萌芽之状态。

第二，加大宣传力度。使周边社区的群众知道我们保护区所做工作的重要性，在这方面我会用以下几种方式来达到目的：1、协助管理局在周边社区的宣传工作，比如防火宣传，发放宣传资料等；2、与周边社区的团委、学校、老年协会等单位以节日联欢的形式来宣传保护区相关的法律、法规，如“五一”劳动节、“十一”国庆节、元旦等节日，我们将联合当地学校搞文艺联欢活动，这样可以达到，教育当地老百姓更重要的是教育学生们，使生态教育深入人心。

Finally, it is important for you to get along well with your co-workers, care for each other and help each other. In my opinion, success means achieving brilliant results in one’s work, that is, making outstanding contributions to the development of the country and bringing happiness to the people. So my conclusion is that even if one has made great progress in what he does, I don’t think there’s any reason for him to be conceited.
