I couldn't control my tears on the day when we left. The precious experience with the poor kids made me aware of the responsibility on the shoulders of us, future teachers.

我是本学期担任四（1）班英语教学的韦老师，很多家长也许是第一次见到我，大家彼此间可能比较陌生。首先，我想谈谈两周后我对本班学生英语状况的印象。这个班的学生对英语学习有浓厚的兴趣。在过去的两周里，我们可以从课堂上的反应中看到。
每次在课堂上使用多**课件，学生学习新知识的积极性很高。这说明4（1）班的学生在英语学习上有一定的优势。但是，本班学生整体动作很慢，不容各位家长忽视，两周多的学习下来，只有×××、×××等5位同学，基本上课堂上能很顺畅地完成我布置的练习。
其他同学都是定定心心，一笔一划地书写，在第一个礼拜，黑板上的词组抄写，我就发现，有很多同学在抄写词组的时候，喜欢看一个字母写一个字母，这样以来，10个英文词组都要抄写5分钟左右。慢动作在一定程度上反映了某一知识点的不熟练。
