开学已有半个学期，其中考试之后，把各位家长请来，但我觉得这是很有必要的。首先我向大家介绍一下我们班级的基本情况：我们班共有学生77人，其中女生38人，男生39人。这学期我们六(2)班这我们整个拂晓中心小学是最大的一个班，这个集体壮大了，人数增多必然会导致班级难管理，所以借此机会很想把孩子们的优点和存在的问题和各位家长交流一下。

我接这个班已经半学期了，我发现我们班的孩子都比较聪明、活泼，不像其它的班级学生比较老实。每一个孩子都是家里的宝贝，当我面临这77个宝贝时，我怎么办，在刚刚接这个班时，我感觉无从下手，这时我们班的数学老师李老师在这期间给了我很大的帮助，他是一个非常有经验非常敬业的一位老教师。给我讲了这个班的历史以及怎样教育这个班的孩子，给我说了这个班的方方面面，使我受益匪浅。

1.说说期中检测。

当家长看到分数的时候，有喜有忧，喜的是孩子考到了好成绩，忧的是孩子的成绩不理想，其实这正是有关专家早就预料到的，新课程改使孩子的两极分化越来越明显。当你看到孩子的成绩时，不知你有没有想过你为孩子在学习上付出了多少心血，当然，现在的社会并不是一味地看分数，他们更关注的是孩子的能力，注重孩子的全面发展，教师的目标也是一样的。不过，从这张试卷上也可以看出一些问题。很多孩子分析能力判断能力还有待加强。

另外有的家长也可能看到了我布置的作业一向不是很多，每天的作业只要回家稍微加一点班就做好了，我不一未地让学生做不完的作业，我要求学生要在上课注意听讲，只要上课注意听，课后稍微复习一下，就可以起到事半功倍的效果，我要求学生先把书上的学会，然后再做其它的题，我发现我班的学生有的买了一些资料书，不会就翻书，做着题抄着书。还有遇到不会的问题就问，自己不知道思考，我常给学生问题经过你的思考、查资料实在解决不了，我再给你说，如果是自己通过思考查资料解决的问题 非常深，以前学生都没有字典，我让每一个学生都买一个字典。我关键想让学生养成一个好的学习习惯，一个好的学习习惯对于将来的初中高中以至于一生都有很大的帮助，好的习惯不是一朝一夕形成的，心理学研究表明，一项年看似简单的行动，如果你能坚持重复21天以上，就会形成习惯，如果坚持重复90天以上，就会形成稳定的习惯，如果能坚持重复365天以上，你想改变都很困难，所以养成一个好的学习习惯的重要性。

2.关心孩子的学习。

有的家长总说孩子在家不肯读书，我知道，现在很多都是独生子女，都非常的溺爱孩子，事事都顺着他，使他养成以自我为中心，这样就养成了孩子的自私心。我想，你肯定不希望这样，所以我想告诉你们一句话，教育孩子也是要有手段，有方法的，要有一定的奖罚制度，培养孩子积极的、健康的成长。

这就是说，达不到某个标准的时候，一定要有所限制，要惩罚，这个惩罚一定要剥夺他最喜欢的事情，这个时候不能心疼孩子，这没关系。但是他达到这个标准之后，你就得奖励他最喜欢的事情。孩子通过这样的调整，慢慢地就习惯了。习惯培养的奥秘，可以总结出一句话：培养好习惯用加法，改正坏习惯用减法。

4.家长对孩子拿回家的单元检测卷不要只看分数，有时卷子难一点，可能大家都考得不好，要认真检查，帮助找问题，帮助孩子弄懂，督促孩子订正好。

每个孩子都有一个家，家庭是孩子成长的第一所学校，父母是孩子的第一任老师。家庭环境的好坏，直接影响孩子能否健康成长。好并不是指富裕的家庭环境，而是指家风好。

说到家风好，我想到了我的一个老师，自从他的孩子上一年级开始，他就给他的孩子创造一个好的学习环境，只要他的孩子快放学了，他就把一切不利于孩子学习的活不干，比如家长在看电视，就在孩子快回来的时候把电视关掉，自己拿起一本书来看，不论自己是喜欢的还是不喜欢的，就是做做样子，让孩子感受到一种学习的氛围。

另外还有一个这样的例子，我们那儿有一个，父母非常喜欢打麻将，孩子在小学的时候成绩还是非常的好，到了初中，搬到镇上上学，他的父母也调到了镇中心小学上班，我们住学校里边一家人住三间房就是以前的老教室，他们每天都打麻将，孩子回家不是看电视，就是玩根本就学不心里去，两口子只顾着打麻将，夹八万，就是几十，哪顾得了孩子的学习，到了初三，成绩倒数几名。这个人就是我以前的邻居。

心理学家讲：1)如果孩子生活在批评中，便学会谴责;2)如果孩子生活在敌视中，便学会好斗;3)如果孩子生活在鼓励中，便学会自信;4)如果孩子生活在受欢迎的环境中，便学会喜欢别人;5)如果孩子生活在友谊中，会觉得生活在一个多么美好的世界。
