界博览会的传统，不遗余力地倡导、传播节能环保理念，交流、实践低碳经济发展模式，引领人类未来的生活的生存模式。只有大力宣传低碳知识，让大家都有一个意识，注意生活中可以减少碳排放量的细节。我们的地球才会越来越美好。

“低碳生活(low-carbonlife)”，就是指生活作息时所耗用的能量要尽力减少，从而减低二氧化碳的排放量。“低碳生活”是个新概念，提出的却是世界可持续发展的老问题，它反映了人类因气候变化而对未来产生的担忧，全球变暖等气候问题致使人类不得不考量目前的生态环境，人类意识到生产和消费过程中出现的过量碳排放是形成气候问题的重要因素之一，因而要减少碳排放就要相应优化和约束某些消费和生产活动。“低碳生活”理念还顺应了人类“未雨绸缪”的谨慎原则。

减碳是每个人的责任。对我们来说，生活方式描绘了每个人的“碳足迹”，即

产生、使用和消费一些东西共排放了多少二氧化碳，低碳生活就是简约的生活方式，从衣、食、住、用、行都可体现低碳生活。我身边有很多低碳的榜样，我自己也有一些低碳的生活习惯，比如夏天很少使用空调，尽量双面打印文件;比如我昨晚考虑低碳生活呢，晚饭全素，注意节水，没看电视、没开电脑，9点就睡觉了。呵呵。我想，低碳方式生活，就是不过分追求物质生活，在当今浮躁的社会中，“低碳”还得能带来心灵上的宁静呢。

其实，低碳生活也是低调生活。以前，我真的是不注重环保，电器用完没有随手关闭的习惯，有时人还不知道在哪呢，电脑伴着音乐一直大开着;手机电池只要插到电源上，就好像粘贴到502上了，不用电池根本想不起电池在电源上插着呢;空调就更不用说了，总是把温度调到最低，恨不能进了家就结层霜。看了低碳生活，才发现原来这些细节上的不注意，不仅给家庭带来了看不见的开支消耗，还严重地排放了二氧化碳，虽然微量很小，但聚集起来的的危害也是不容小觑的。

原来，电器开着，就连小小的手机电池在插座上插着时都会排放出可怕的二氧化碳，只要充完电就应该将电池立刻取下。原以为，二氧化碳只有汽车尾气、煤炭燃烧这些大功能的排放，没想到生活中处处都有微弱的“碳”在侵害着我们的生活和地球。知道这些以后，那我就后开始自己的低碳乐活生活喽!养成随手关闭电源的习惯;空调尽量少用;用步行来代替交通工具;将生活中的一些能量消耗尽的可能降到最低的状态，把罪魁祸首的二氧化碳排放量降至最低限度。

大家都知道，我们现在的生活都讲究“低碳”，而我们倡导的低碳生活方式就是指节水、节电、节油、节气。可是光说不做可不行，我们要用实际行动表现出来。

但这“低碳”生活究竟要怎么“低”?“低”到哪才行呢?下面我就为大家介绍一些低碳小窍门。

(一)夏天，我们在家用空调时，不要频繁的开启，用了几个小时后，就关掉，再开电风扇。这样就能省50%的电。

(二)在冰箱内存放食物时，食物的量以占容积的80%为宜，用数个塑料盒盛

水制冰后放入冷藏室，这样能延长停机时间、减少开机时间，更节电。

(三)用微波炉加工食品时，在食品上加层无毒塑料膜或盖上盖子，这样被加工食品水分不易蒸发，食品味道好又省电。

(四)开车时尽量避免突然变速，选择合适档位，避免低档跑高速;定期更换机油，轮胎气压要适当和少开空调。

(五)我们在家用洗衣机洗衣服时，用同样长的洗涤周期，但“柔化”模式比“标准”模式叶轮换向次数多，电机启动电流是额定电流的5—7倍，所以，用“标准”模式洗衣服，更省电。

其实，我觉得“低碳”并不神秘，它就在我们身边。只要平时生活习惯稍微注意一点，每个人都可以做到“低碳”。

提倡低碳生活，是我们每个人义不容辞的责任，让我们积极行动起来，为拯救地球，为人类健康、和美生活作出努力，创造一个处处青山绿水、鸟语花香的美好家园。

古往今来，地球妈妈用甘甜的乳汁哺育了无数代子孙。原来的她被小辈们装饰得楚楚动人。可是，现在人类为了自身的利益，将她折磨得天昏地暗。人类只有一个地球;而地球正面临着严峻的环境危机。“救救地球”已成为世界各国人民烈的呼声。

我为周围环境的恶化而感到心痛，我想：作为未来__人的青少年，如果不了解人类环境的构成和环境问题的严重性，无视有关环境保护的法律法规，不去增强环境保护意识，自觉履行保护环境的义务的话，我们的生命将毁在自己的手中，老天将对我们作出严厉的惩罚。为此我下定决心要从我做起爱护环境，保护我们这个赖以生存的家园，做一个保护环境的卫士。

我积极的想参加学校在世界环境日举行的有奖征稿，想认真查阅、收集各类资料，进行社会调查，想写有关环境治理设想方面的文章，我观看环保方面的录相带，积极参预环保知识问答调查活动，认真填写每一项提问。我想参与了“红领巾植绿护绿队”的建设，在上面发布大量的环保图片和环保知识，以及关于环保的各方面的法律知识，我国在环保方面发展动向、世界各国的环境保护情况;每个月我都利用网络、报纸，查找一些最新的不同的专题和板块“环保资讯”来告诉大家;还定期制作一些宣传板来宣传环保知识和生活中的环保常识。

首先，我想问问大家：“安全是什么？”我大学学的专业就是安全工程，课本关于安全的定义为“安全是指生产系统中人员免遭不可承受危险的伤害。”那么，何为“不可承受危险”？一位30多岁的年轻人，妻子贤惠，幼子可爱，事业有成，不可谓不顺遂和满。每天进城骑摩托上班都会佩戴好头盔，十分注意交通安全。一天早上，夫妻俩因琐事拌嘴，他一气之下夺门而去，忘记了放在桌子上的头盔。半道上，一辆运送玻璃的卡车为避让行人紧急刹车，外层玻璃震碎的一角砸在了刚好从旁路过的他的头上，当场毙命。说起来像故事一样巧合，却是我真实经历的一件事。在这场事故中，小小的一块玻璃俨然是“不可承受危险”。化工企业是一个存在高温、高压、易燃、易爆、有毒等各类危害因素环境，在这样的环境中工作，可以说，其危害程度与一块突如其来的玻璃碎片无法相提并论。而我们永远无法预判，哪个细微的疏漏最终可能演变成吞噬生命的飓风。

安全管理学里有条很有名的法则——墨菲定律，通俗来说就是：一件事情有变坏的可能，不管这个可能性有多小，它一定会变坏。所以，安全的世界里从来都是一失万无，没有99。9%，只有0和100%。特别是国家把安全环保事故作为颠覆一个企业命运的今天，化工企业的生存更是“战战兢兢，如履薄冰，如临深渊”。我们的企业以及我们的员工都经不起事故，安全是每一位员工及家人最殷切的期望。所以，无论我们身处什么岗位，肩负什么生产任务，一定要做到尽职尽责。

本次安全月我们坚持“生命至上，安全发展”为主题，要求我们安全管理人员多深入生产一线，及时发现、消除隐患；制定完善安全工作的标准化制度，力争安全管理创一流；建立起从上而下处处讲安全意识、人人注重安全的氛围，让安全行为成为每个人日常生产、生活习惯，使安全责任“内化于心、固化于制、外化于行”。

大学的第一堂课，班主任告诉我们：“安全是一份行善积德的事业”，我一直牢牢记着这句话。这并不是从事安全工作的我给同仁们戴高帽子，而是因为安全工作的出发点和着眼点都是为了人的生命。有位从事建筑安全管理的学长讲过这样一个段子：某位不系安全带的员工抱怨学长管得多，系安全带束手束脚，耽误赶工期。学长很认真地告诉他：“我这么做，是为了让你有命赶工期”。员工作为安全生产实践的主体，必须不折不扣地执行安全生产的操作规程，从工作的每一分钟入手，从点滴的安全入手，不以善小而不为，才能最终实现安全百天、千天，确保生产平稳有序运转、企业持续稳定发展。

我们谁也不敢说一辈子不出事故，但是我们应该有把握做到低级的事故不出、可以防止的事故不出。公司一直坚持不懈抓安全生产、进行安全意识培训，进行安全生产大检查、设备保养检查、现场环境检查、规范操作行为检查，无不是对大家生命安全负责。

因此，在每一刻，我们都应该想想年迈的双亲需要你尽孝，贤惠的妻子需要你牵手人生，可爱的儿女需要你为他们挡风遮雨。我们没理由不关注安全，我们没理由不珍爱自己的生命，我们更没理由把他人的生命当儿戏！让我们人人都珍惜生活，爱护自我，牢固树立“安全是天，生命无价”的安全文化理念，将“让安全成为一种习惯，让习惯变的更安全”逐步成为现实。构建起“全员崇尚安全，人人关爱生命”的企业安全文化氛围，实现“零缺陷、零事故、零伤害”的安全目标，使安全生产工作走上持续发展的良性轨道。

最后，有句话与诸位共勉：“慎易以避难，敬细以远大”。珍爱生命、关注安全，不要做下一个“一失万无”的受害者。

做一个诚信员工，既是现实的话题又是长远的追求，企业发展离不开诚信，安全更离不开诚信。我们不能忘记，在煤矿企业发展的历史长河中，有多少矿难使人间悲剧一再上演，儿子失去父亲，妻子失去丈夫，白发人送黑发人，痛苦的抽涕，心酸的泪水，安全连着你我他，每一个煤矿兄弟的离去，谁不为之动容?谁不为之惋惜?痛定思痛，我们想一想，是什么原因造成的?违章!违章!违章!什么是违章?就是不诚信!矿主为了多赚黑心钱，不上安全设施，独头挖煤竟然能不安风机?该做的他都没有做，不该做的他都做了。还有我们条件较好的大矿，时不时也有矿难，说起来，还不是因为不诚信?空顶作业是严格禁止的，有人偏为了省事儿玩命，停送电要挂牌，偏有人不认牌子乱给电，单体支柱要达到初撑力，偏有人拿着注液枪当摆设……林林总总，实在是不诚信的让大家担心，让亲人担心，让社会担心啊!

诚信，让我们记住这样一个名词，这是和谐社会的根基，是幸福矿山的根基，是温馨家庭的根基，诚信，让我们记住这样一个名词，这是几千年中华民族的良好传统，这是当今时代的良好风尚，这是每一个人最美好的心灵，诚信，让我们记住她，她更是安全的守护。

在这里，我想讲一个一辈子讲诚信的老工人，正是诚信使他一路走来，30多年如一日，安全全全每一天。

井下现场，有他辛勤劳作的身影，采煤二队，有他普普通通的故事。他参加工作35年来，总是记着肩上的责任，那就是安全规范一分一秒不能差，差就埋祸根，安全隐患一分一秒不能懒，懒就出事故。

他搞好安全的经验就是时时处处讲诚信：

督促工友讲诚信。是自己的事要管好，不是自己的事也更要管好。事关安全的事情，只要是看准了，他从不分份内份外，总要说上几句，管上一管。他每个月里有一多半时间是在井下，见的多了，也管的多了，被大家称为“事儿妈”。他发现点柱打的不直，顶板背的不合要求，就马上找到验收员，要求返工。验收员请示班长后，从别处抽调了2个人改点柱，重新背顶。他对安全工作严上加严，对谁都不留情面。有一次，一位平常和他关系不错的老工人和他在一起闲聊，说到前几天为赶替茬进度，把加大支柱初撑力的木鞋甩了，现在又恢复了，他当即报案而起，“在咱们井下，矿灯是眼，支柱是胆，你有什么权力不执行安全措施!”他一追到底，坚决要求区领导拿罚意见并通报全区，张榜公布，事后，对班长、验收员、老工人和小工一并进行了重罚，他才满意。

安全全靠诚信，安全靠的是不懒。他一到井下，从不见他闲着，一会看看这儿，一会摸摸那儿，仔细检查每一台溜子的运行状况。别人小憩时，他不是清理卫生，就是擦擦开关上的灰尘。有人说他有点傻，为什么不歇会儿，他总是笑着说：“多干点活儿累不着”。 他在摸爬滚打多年的工作岗位上，积累了一套自己的经验。他能从溜子运行的声音判断出设备有无故障，用改锥放到耳朵下就能听出减速机的齿轮是否完好。有一次，工作面过断层，他点动了工作面溜子后，觉得不对，负荷过大，就传话让班长安排检查，果然，在工作面中段支架发现一个轻放支架后插板掉在溜子里，清理出来，便正常开车了，避免了一起断链事故的发生。

井下的事儿需要讲诚信，不分心，家里的事儿不操心，井下的事儿多操心。他在妻子儿女的心里是一个不称职的丈夫和不合格的父亲。24岁跟妻子结婚，仅告假3天就回班了。妻子坐月子，他没有守在身边，而是托父母关照。后来，妻子和幼儿长期在娘家生活，家里的事儿他没有好好管，可是，那时大家的安全意识不高，出工伤不少，唯独他连磕手碰脚的事儿也没有出过。他说，家里的事儿多的多，你要是分心就不要上班，既然上班了，家里的事儿就不要挂在心上，只操心手边的活儿，只操心所干的工作，一步一步按标准来，按纸上的规程措施说的干，就不会出事故伤着自己。

听完这个故事，也许你觉得主人公没有什么特别的，每一个人都可以做到的，是啊，我的主人公很普通，但是，也许你能一天、一个月、一年讲诚信，但你能做到一辈子讲诚信吗?尤其在执行安全技术措施上，扪心自问，你能吗?我多么希望听到一个发自每个人心室的重音，两个字，“我能!”

我们家也慢慢的加入到了这个行列，积极响应号召，去向着低碳的生活方式靠拢。俗话说，勿以善小而不为之，勿以恶小而为之;我们尽自己所能，在生活的点点滴滴注意减耗。以前洗澡时间要花上半小时之多，那个水龙头不关的那个水半小时就哗哗的溜走了，丝毫没想到过节约。在酷热的夏天，空调总是不停的运转，温度也总是很低的，估计每天排放的二氧化碳多是个巨大的数字。但是现在我们常用洗脸或洗澡剩余水集齐来冲刷马桶;用淘米的水浇园子里的花花草草;空调的温度也不会一直是最低或，调到合适的人体适合温度;还会利用家里的一些废弃物品改造，如一些肥皂盒，礼品盒等少加剪裁就可以轻松的做成一个漂亮的储物盒，可以在里面放些针线，小剪刀等生活物品……

以前，出门是一个决定用私家车的代名词。可是现在，家中除了需要集中去超市够买生活用品外，尽量使用公共汽车，地铁，或者在小区门口可以租用自行车，大大的降低了二氧化碳的排放量。去年，我国开始大面积推个使用环保袋，逐步淘汰终结使用塑料袋;现在的生活出门携带一个环保袋是一个必不可少的细节了。相信终有一天白色的污染将是过去时的代名词，迎来的是一个美好绿色的新世界。

绿色低碳生活需要的是一种态度，是一点一滴从小事做起的毅力。如果每个家庭多这样做出这样的实际行动，我们的生活将变的多么的美好，我们的天空会变得更蓝，夜晚的星星会变的更亮。减少碳排放是我们的一直责任，而它也一定将是我们新的生活方式。

我们只拥有一个地球，我们依赖这它，共同的命运将我们紧紧联系在一起。只有从现在做起，才能让地球不在哭泣，让那些伤痕愈合，变成一种温馨，让我们不断的进步，做的更好!

们自己的工作中，一起触目惊心的安全事故，让一个鲜活的年轻生命就永远的离开

了我们…….那血淋淋的一幕，我不愿再次提起，却又无法回避,真的让我终生难忘

他是我朝夕相处的工友，从省高级技工学校毕业到工作岗位仅仅是整整一年的时间

，事故就发生在电除尘车间炉灰排放的一刹那的违规操作中。伴随着一声撕心裂肺

的惨叫他就和炉灰一起静静地、静静地走了……. 年迈的母亲听到这不幸的消息悲

痛欲绝：“孩子呀，在你离开家门的时候，妈妈总是千叮咛万嘱咐，你一定要安全

呀安全，可你千万次的回答总是妈妈、妈----啊，孩子呀我的孩子你知道吗？ 是

你离开了安全，你就永远的离开了你的妈呀！你还能叫我一声妈吗？” 失去理智

的未婚妻哭的死去活来：“房子、车子我都不要了，行吗?我只要你能天天看着我

、陪伴我！你再看我一眼,好吗？你看看我呀！看呀？！ 是什么？是什么呀？是什

么让我连这样一个简单的幸福都没有了呀！”

当我们在倾听死者亲人哭诉的时候、当我们看着白发苍苍的老人呼天喊地的时

候，当我们看到这样一些因为事故而导致残缺家庭的时候，朋友们请永远记住：“

安全就是全家福，安全就是咱们的天啊！”

我不想一一列举那一连串枯燥无味的数字，也不想声泪俱下地讲述一个个血淋

淋的安全事故，更不想声嘶力竭地再强调安全的重要，因为那会使人感到安全是一

个沉重的话题。

朋友们！安全就是生命！不重视安全，不讲求安全，就意味着对个人生命的

践踏，对他人生命的鄙薄！安全就是效益,“效益”就是企业的生命！安全是企业

看不见的效益，它是最大、更是最根本的效益。安全更是责任！我们不只是为自己

而活，也是在为他人而活，关爱自己，关爱他人，是我们每一个人的责任！不要以

为只有领导者才有责任，更不要以为只有当事人才有责任，事实上，我们每一名员

工，每一名企业的工作者都有属于自己的责任。人是企业的灵魂，那么安全”就是

灵魂的“免死牌”，安全就是幸---福！

安全是一个不老而永恒的主题。它不老，是因为它常常被我们忽视；它永恒，是因

为永远维系着新生。它不老，是因为我们常常弃之而行。它永恒，是因为总是在黑

暗中启明。它不老，是因为我们常常被它抛弃。它永恒，是因为永远染就了血的烙

今年六月是全国第xx个“安全生产月”。今年活动月的主题是“生命至上，安全发展”。今天有幸邀请到集团公司王平虎总工程师、市公司李双绪经理参加我们的启动仪式。首先我代表南河煤业全体干部职工表示热烈的欢迎，同时今天活动的开展也标志着我矿“安全生产月”活动正式拉开帷幕！

六月份不仅是针对上半年工作的一个总结，同时也是针对下半年工作的一个开始。为此要求全矿干部职工要严格按照集团公司“136”安全管理模式为主线，以落实“333”重要安全举措为抓手，深入落实科学发展观，牢固树立安全发展理念，夯实安全基础，细化安全责任，强化现场监督监管，深化隐患治理，实现“零死亡、零伤害、零事故”的安全目标。为本次活动得到预期效果，我在此提几点意见和要求：

一、统一思想、高度重视，充分认识开展“安全生产月”活动的重要性

今年以来，在市委、市政府及上级公司的高度重视下，我矿紧紧围绕年初确定的目标任务，以落实各类安全生产责任为重点，以有效防范和遏制较大以上事故为目标，进一步突出重点，加强监管，强化措施，上半年安全生产保持总体稳定、持续向好的发展态势。在看到成绩的同时，也要清醒地看到当前安全生产形势依然不容乐观，各类安全事故时有发生，要进一步增强做好安全生产工作的责任感、使命感和紧迫感，实现全年安全生产稳定发展。多年的实践证明，开展“安全生产月”活动是集中宣传安全生产法律法规和方针政策，普及安全常识，提高全社会安全意识的重要举措和有效形式。通过开展形式多样的宣传教育活动，不断扩大安全生产宣传教育的覆盖面，全面增强全员安全意识。“安全生产月”活动要以十九大精神为指导，认真贯彻落实“科学发展、安全发展”理念，同安全生产“四化融合”“三位一体”体系建设相结合，深入宣传贯彻“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”方针，弘扬安全生产文化，提高安全素质，实现企业安全平稳发展。

二、精心组织、周密安排，认真开展好“安全生产月”活动。

一是强化宣传工作。开展好“安全生产月”活动需要全员积极参与，要动员全体干部职工积极投身到活动中来。从6月1日起，新闻、广播、微信平台及各科队的宣传工作都必须以安全生产的相关内容为主，充分利用各种宣传方式，营造良好的安全生产宣传教育氛围，将“安全生产月”活动推向高潮。安监科要组织在现场解答职工关于安全生产方面的问题。新闻媒体要全力做好“安全生产月”活动的宣传报道工作，形成浓厚的安全生产舆论氛围。二是强化培训工作。要通过全方位、多角度、多层次的培训，通过一系列的能力提升培训，切实提高全矿人员素质能力，努力打造学习型、团结性、创新型、实干型、守规型的干部职工队伍。要“走出去、请进来”、对标管理等活动的开展，使全体干部职工“一岗双责”意识进一步增强，工作效率进一步提高，工作热情进一步迸发，干事创业能力进一步提升。要认真学习煤矿相关的规程措施，明确什么可以做，什么不可以做。并通过对各类针对性强的安全措施的学习，了解在特定作业过程中容易引发事故而值得高度重视的环节。三是开展“反三违”活动。在井上井下开展动态“三违”检查，严查各类苗头性、频发性的安全问题，严查习惯性违章行为，严查规程措施在现场的落实，严查安全“不放心人”，对存在的安全隐患严格按照“四不放过”原则从严从快进行处理，杜绝当“老好人”、打“交情分”现象的发生。四是强化现场隐患排查。按照“严标准、全覆盖、严执行、重实效”的原则，把隐患治理作为一条主线贯穿到安全生产工作细节中，从严、从细、从实做好隐患排查工作，摸清安全隐患和薄弱环节，全面加强监督和隐患的排查治理，为矿井安全生产夯实根基。五是加强应急救援建设。全体应急救援人员要统一思想抓落实，做到学以致用，全面提升抢险救灾应急水平和队伍战斗力，提高矿井防灾救灾能力，经过培训、训练、演习、救援等活动，掌握矿山自救、互救及医疗急救技术，为矿井安全生产奠定坚实基础。六是开展警示教育活动。要求全矿干部职工要深刻吸取事故教训，牢固树立安全“高于一切、先于一切、重于一切”的理念，全面提升安全生产自我保护意识，在日常工作中时刻做到自觉遵章作业，杜绝违章行为。各科队充分利用班前会、每周四安全学习日认真组织单位全体干部职工扎实开展事故案例警示教育学习培训。要分阶段、分层次学习，切切实实把事故案例警示教育学习作为提升职工安全操作意识的主阵地。

三、加强领导，落实责任，确保“安全生产月”活动取得实效

一是各科队要把开展好“安全生产月”活动作为当前的一项重要工作来抓，摆上重要议事日程，整体部署，有序推进。要成立“安全生产月”活动领导小组，指定分管领导具体负责，要结合实际情况，制定切实可行的活动方案。各科队的一把手要带头参加各项宣传活动，以自身的表率作用影响和带动广大党员干部参与到活动中来，把“安全生产月”活动引向深入。相关科队要各司其职，各负其责，相互支持，密切配合，共同完成好各项任务。通过“安全生产月”活动推动安全生产责任的落实，提高职工和群众的安全意识，全面提高企业的安全生产管理水平。二是加强质量标准化考核工作。首先制定质量标准化具体规划和措施，组织相关科队按照新施行的煤矿安全生产标准化办法和标准，开展安全生产标准化建设工作，同时要抓好安全质量标准化建设的动态监管，对动态检查、考核中发现的问题和隐患，要列出清单，督促相关科队制定整改方案，限期整改到位，为确保质量标准化达标奠定坚实的基础。

同志们：安全责任重于泰山，安全生产警钟长鸣。借安全生产月的东风们全体干部职工一定要提高对安全生产工作重要性的认识，真抓实干，勤政敬业，把“安全责任重在落实”做得更好、更扎实。我们要按照集团、市公司关于开展第十七个全国安全生产月活动的文件精神，组织管理人员认真学习，研究工作、制订实施方案，要动员全体干部职工落实活动，为增强全员安全意识做坚实的基础，更要为后半年打好安全生产仗做充足的准备。

With the it revolution taking place, traditional boundaries of human society fall away. our culture, politics, society and commerce are being sloshed into a large melting pot of humanity. in this interlinked world, there are no outsiders, for a disturbance in one place is likely to impact other parts of the globe. we have begun to realize that a world divided cannot endure.

China is now actively integrating into the world. our recent entry to the wto is a good example. for decades, we have taken pride in being self-reliant, but now we realize the importance of participating in and contributing to a broader economic order. from the precarious role in the world arena to our present wto membership, we have come a long way.

But what does the way ahead look like? in some parts of the world people are demonstrating against globalization. are they justified then, in criticizing the globalizing world? instead of narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor, they say, globalization enables developed nations to swallow the developing nations wealth in debts and interest. globalization, they argue, should be about an earnest interest in every other nations economic health.

We are reminded by karl marx that capital goes beyond national borders and eludes control from any other entity. this has become a reality. multinational corporations are seeking the lowest cost, the largest market, and the most favorable policy. they are often powerful lobbyists in government decision-making, ruthless expansionists in the global market place and a devastating presence to local businesses.

For china, still more challenges exist. how are we going to ensure a smooth transition from the planned economy to a market-based one? how to construct a legal system that is sound enough and broad enough to respond to the needs of a dynamic society? how to maintain our cultural identity in an increasingly homogeneous world? and how to define greatness in our rise as a peace-loving nation? globalization entails questions that concern us all.

Like many young people my age in china, i want to see my country get prosperous and enjoying respect in the international community. but it seems to me that mere patriotism is not just enough. it is vitally important that we young people do more serious thinking and broaden our mind to bigger issues. and, there might never be easy answers to those issues such as globalization, but to take them on and give them honest thinking is the first step to be prepared for both opportunities and challenges coming our way. and this is also one of the thoughts that came to me while preparing this speech. thank you.

One day before the final exam, she came up to me and said, Could you please explain this to me? I want very much to do better this time. I started explaining, and finished in a hurry. Words like individuality and creativity are getting more emphasis and more people are rewarded for their hard work and efforts. Such is the era in which this generation ,grows and matures.

Such is the era in which this generation will take over the nation from our fathers and learn to run it. Yet in the meantime, many problems still exist.

We learn that crimes take place in broad daylight with crowds of people looking on and not assisting. We hear that there are still about 1 million children in this country who cant even afford to go to elementary schools while enormous sums of money are being squandered away on dinner parties and luxury cars.

We buy shoddy medicines, or merely worthless junk in the name of medicines, that aggravate, rather than alleviate our diseases since money, many people believe, is the most important thing in the world that must be made, even at the expense of morality and responsibility.

Such an era, therefore, determines that we are a generation with a keener sense of competition and efficiency and a greater readiness to think critically and act creatively.

Such an era, furthermore, demands, that we are a generation with a clear perception of our historical responsibility and an aggressive will to take action and solve the problems. History has long been preparing these qualities in this generation and it is now calling us forward to give testimony to our patriotism and heroism towards this nation and all humanity.

Standing here now, I think of the past 15 years of my life as an ordinary student. Probably Ill be an ordinary man for the rest of my life. But this doesnt discourage me any, for I know that with my sense of responsibility and devoted efforts to always strive, for the best, its going to be a meaningful and worthwhile life that I will be living.

Im studying in a city famous for its walls. All visitors to my city are amazed by the imposing sight of the city walls, silhouetted by the setting sun with gold and shining lines. I grew up at the foot of the city walls, and Ive loved them since my childhood. For a long time, walls were one of the most natural things in the world.

My perception, however, changed after a hiking trip to the Eastern Suburbs, a scenic area of my city. My classmates and I were walking with some international students. As we walked out of the city, we found ourselves flanked by taller and taller trees, which formed a huge canopy above our heads. Suddenly an international student asked me, Where is the entrance to the Eastern Suburbs?

A year ago, when I was working on a term paper, I needed a book on business law and found a copy in the law school library. However, the librarian turned down my request with a cold shoulder, saying, You cant borrow this book, you are not a student here. In the end, I had to spend 200 yuan buying a copy; meanwhile, the copy in law school was gathering dust on the shelf.

At the beginning of this semester, I heard that my university has started not only to unify its libraries but also link them up with libraries of other universities, so my experience will not be repeated. Barriers will be replaced by bridges. Through an inter-library loan system, we will have access to books from any library. With globalization, with China integrated into the world, I believe many of these intangible walls will be knocked down.

I know globalization is a controversial issue, and it is hard to say whether it is good or bad. But one thing is for sure: it draws our attention to Chinas tangible and intangible walls and forces us to examine their roles in the modern world.

And how about the ancient walls in my city and other cities? Should we tear them down? Just the opposite. My city, like Beijing and other cities, is actually making a great effort to preserve the walls. These walls attract not only historians and archeologists but also many schoolchildren trying to study our history and cultural heritage. Walls have turned into bridges to our past and to the rest of the world. If the ancient builders of these walls were still alive today, they would be proud to see such great change in the role of their walls. They are now bridges that link East and West, South and North, and all countries of the world. Our cultural heritage will survive globalization.

不失时机地，那个光着屁股的可爱小天使丘比特拍着翅膀翩翩飞来，搭弓射箭，唰唰，不偏不倚，正中心窝。扑通一声，小个子不由自主地坠入爱河。

金盾的美正如她的文化，她的内涵，她的秀外慧中的气质，不由得你不陶醉，不由得你不痴迷，不由得你不爱恋，这就是传说中的一见钟情吧。

正如秃驴范伟的那句三字经典台词“缘份啦”，小个子从此跟金盾结下了不解之缘。

有人说，倘若这小个子剃着平头，脑门上只留着一小撮毛，唱上那首“哥哥面前一条弯弯的河，妹妹对面唱着一支甜甜的歌;哥哥心中荡起层层的波，妹妹何时让我渡过你呀……”，那不就是浓缩的精华——潘长江吗?又有人说，这小男人爱笑，一笑又要露出美丽无比的暴牙，那不就是开心鬼撞鬼里的那个开心鬼吗?

兜了半天圈子，说的这个帅哥敢情就是本人，大家不要见笑，郑重申明：这里“帅”是蟋蟀的蟀。

来金盾的第一学期，我听到有学生私下里提及我时称为“那个教电脑的矮老师”，后来这个称呼又渐渐演变成“那个管机房管上网的网管”，再后来，有些学生就直呼我“阿贵——”或“黄——”，或干脆“贵哥——”了，说句实话，我都觉得亲切，也挺受用。当然，我更喜欢大多数学生对我的称呼：黄老师。古人云：“一年之计，莫如树谷;十年之计，莫如树林;终身之计，莫如树人”，塑造灵魂这一神圣的使命让我常常激动不已，我庆幸命运赐给了我这个职业，庆幸金盾给我提供了实现价值的舞台。金盾让我由衷地认同：教师是阳光底下最光辉的职业。

两年了，我在教室及机房里与你们一起学习进步，窗外巍巍青山见证我们的友谊;在操场上，舞台上，竞技场上始终跳跃你们激情洋溢、活力四射的身影，你们让金盾充满生机，也让我感觉自己始终年轻。为防睡觉，插播广告：“今年二十，明年十八;要想皮肤好，早晚有大宝;要想早成材，请到金盾来!”

大家好!我是初中部的张永红。今天我演讲的题目是——《感受“朝阳人”的幸福》。

20__年来朝阳应聘之前，我曾经到省会长沙应聘过。那次考试由长沙市教育局主办，还交了考试费100元。我一位同学在长沙雅礼教书，考场外，我意外地碰到了他，他告诉我，这次考试，主要是为了解决已经在长沙教书的部分老师的编制的，外地的教师参考基本都是陪考，十有八、九要被打掉——那一次应聘参考，让我感受到更深切的是愚弄和欺骗——既然主要是为了解决在职教师编制的，应聘的成员大体已经“内定”好，还要打着面向社会招聘的幌子干嘛?

来朝阳应聘是没有交什么考试费的：笔试一关，刷掉一半;试讲一关，又砍掉一半;最后是面试，只剩下两个，我侥幸在其中。

这一次应聘的经历，让我品尝到了成功的光荣与喜悦——没有愚弄和欺骗，没有人情关照和排挤，只有单纯的公开、公正和公平地竞争——如果说这也算是一种幸福，我想这绝不是属于我个人的幸福，而是我们学校留给每一位成功的应聘者的第一种幸福——试想，在座的老师有哪几位不是凭着骄人的成绩和充足的自信走进来的呢?

什么是幸福?因为“幸”运，才会有“福”：因为幸运，我们才有福相聚朝阳;因为幸运，我们才有福组成一个强大的师资团队，凭着全市三流的生源素质打造出一流的辉煌战绩!

第二、超越障碍，创造奇迹——这是朝阳留给我们每一位工作者的第二种幸福。

20__年的时候，学校小学、初中、高中学生的总人数，只有597人。如今已经发展到了20__多人——对于我们学校而言，这是一种事业的发展和壮大;对于我们教职员工来说，这里面何尝不包含超越障碍的艰难，创造奇迹的荣耀?!

20__年，这是我们曹总经济上最为艰难的一年，也是我校教育事业发展遭遇最为困难的一年。从4月到8月，我校所有老师都领不到工资。天气越来越热，学校却经常被停水、停电;空调照例不开，成了样板摆设;学生打了篮球、踢了足球，进行了各种剧烈运动之后，晚自习时间面临着多种困扰;学生翻围墙外出上网、享受空调，老师坐着摩托车夜晚到处寻人的现象时有发生;而最大的困难却是从根本上动摇了高中部教师队伍的稳定性。

然而，就是在这一年，我校高考创造了奇迹：高三100位应届毕业生，有39位考取重点本科，其中一人录取清华大学;30位考取二本;还有30位上了三本，仅有1人在三本之外。这个上线比率遥遥领先于益阳市一中和箴言中学。作为学校的一员，尽管我们没有教高三，但是面对这样的奇迹，我们“额手称庆”，我们“与有荣焉”。

就是在这一年，我校高中部老师，27个走了22个，其中不少还是学校主要领导干部。学校还办不办，老师们何去何从，学生还招不招?——学校面临重大抉择。

就是在这样的情况下，我们初中和小学部老师在当时的部主任的组织安排下，在暑假期间，分成十多个招生小组，分赴各县乡主动出击，到处开拓招生点，散发资料，也创造了一个奇迹——一个招生的奇迹：除高三、初三毕业离校和流失的学生之外，当年我校学生总人数由原来的597人上升到了848人!

曾经有人笑我：“你们学校高中部老师都走光了，你们还在这里招什么生?”但我们就是招到了学生!

我相信，作为奇迹的每一位创造者，回忆起那一段峥嵘岁月，胸中涌起的更多的一定是一种幸福——创造奇迹的幸福!

20__年与长郡联合办学以后，我校在提升学校品牌、优化生源质量、提高教育教学水平上迈上了一个新的台阶。作为一个教育工作者，我有幸接受了初21班班主任和语文教学工作任务。20__年中考，我们初19——22班这一届创造了我校中考成绩的一次巨大飞跃。而我们初21班的同学也表现不俗：全班总人数36人，有32人上了省级示范性高中录取线，其中益阳市一中上线16人;箴言上线再加8人;还有8人也上了安化一中、二中、益阳市六中、南县一中等省级示范性高中录取线;这个成绩用我们学校领导的话来讲是“辉煌的”。当庆功的礼花在夜空中炸响，当红色的灯笼在校门前高挂，我明白：这样的成绩决不仅仅是我们一个班所有老师的功劳，而是整个年级、整个学校团队共同努力的结果;而作为一个老师，最大的幸福莫过于让我们感受到：学校的发展壮大里，有我们默默付出的辛劳;成功的奖牌上，有我们辛勤的汗水在静静地闪耀!

不必说我们的工资待遇比公办学校高出了多少，也不必说我们的荣誉证书比原来又多了几本，更不必说我们的职称评定比原来又轻易地高了一级，只要是生活在朝阳这一片充满希望的热土上，我们的幸福就注定会熔铸在——奋斗的热泉中，付出的汗水里，闪耀的勋章上。

在一堂医学课上，老师问同学：“大家想一想，用酒精消毒的时候，什么样的浓度为最好？”学生齐声回答：“当然是越高越好啦！”老师笑着说：“错了，太高浓度的酒精，会使细菌的外壁在极短的时间内迅速凝固，形成一道天然的屏障，后续的酒精就再也杀不进去了，而细菌在壁垒的后面却依然存活着。所以，最有效的浓度，就是将酒精的浓度调的柔和一些，润物细无声地渗透进去，这样的效果才是最好的。”

这虽然只是一则小故事，却第一次让我真切的感受到：柔和，有时候比风暴更有力量。

仔细想想，酒精和细菌的关系，多么像我们老师和学生之间的关系啊！当我们在教育学生的时候，如果采用一种简单、粗暴的方式，或许会在短时间内对学生的心理形成一种震慑。但是，学生情感的大门，也会在瞬间封闭起来。这样的教育，又怎么会具有持久的力量呢？

所以，要问我的教育理想是什么，我会毫不犹豫地回答：“用一颗爱心去解读学生的心，用一种柔和的力量去滋润学生的心”。

当然，这早已不是什么新潮的观点。从夏丐尊的“没有爱就没有教育”，到苏霍姆林斯基的“我把整个心灵献给孩子”。古今中外教育家们的教育思想虽各有不同，但有一点是相通的，那就是：爱的教育。

做为体育教师往往给学生留下的印象是严厉、凶悍、可怕，甚至说到体育老师还有一点点胆怯。我这个体育教师也不例外。然而，新生入学几天后，有一个学生跟我说：“老师，你让我改变了对体育老师的看法”。我说：“为什么呢？”他说；“以前一直认为体育老师都不怎么好，对老师没什么好印象，直到认识了你，我改变了这个想法。”我说：“我怎么好了？能改变你的想法”。他说：“你和蔼，不爱生气，有亲和力，同学们都很喜欢你，有什么心里话和问题都愿意和你说”。聊完后，我们的谈话一直在我头脑里来回游荡，给我留下了许多思考，没想到自己的行为，会对学生产生如此的力量，也许这就是我前面所说的柔和吧，正是因为这种柔和，打开了学生情感的大门。

做为教师的我们更应该抓住这种柔和，将爱化为力量，带领学生打开知识的大门，用我们的真心和智慧的语言去引导他们，也许一个微小的细节就是打开学生心灵的钥匙。一个细微的关怀就能打开学生情感的大门。

素质教育，首先是充满感情的教育，离开了情感，一切教育都无从谈起。

当一个老师经常想：这么有朝气活力的学生，我怎么能不千方百计把他教育好呢？

当一个学生经常想：这么让人感动的老师，我怎么能不好好听从他的教育呢？

那么，我们的教育，就已经露出了成功的曙光。

首先，要学习一些调节心态的技巧，加强对自身的修养，在工作中实践中了

解自我，更好地控制自我的情绪。严以律己、自身作则，这样才能更加有效的管理好自己的情绪。遇到困难，反对急躁消极的情绪，保持冷静心，平常心，心平气和、实事求是地看待问题，对所要做的事情要深思熟虑，提前做好预测和计划工作，找出完成工作的最佳方案和具体办法。克制自己的情绪是一种美德，要能抵挡因命运的冲击而产生的情绪波动，不可沦为激情的奴隶。在教育过程，克制自己的愤怒是积极心态的最重要的一点，因为愤怒时人们会变得毫无宽恕能力，甚至不可理喻，失去理智，对于学生和自己都将产生不可估计的后果。目前教师违反师德的现象，绝大多数是由于愤怒而来，因为学生太不像话，教师忍无可忍。所以积极心态的培养，必将极大促进优良师德的形成。

大家好!我是来自一部二一班的赵瑞雪，我演讲的题目是孝敬父母，感恩社会。从上小学开始，我也代表班级代表学校参加了不少演讲比赛，那时候的稿子都是翻阅资料加上自己的文学功底加工而来的，但是今天我只想跟大家说说心里话，讲讲自己的故事。

平日里跟朋友谈起孝敬，也能旁征博引，从传统美德到现代文明，从为父母洗脚到赡养老人滔滔不绝，倘若真的剥掉它们华丽的外表，摆到桌面上来谈，才发现在父母如潮水般的大爱前，自己的孝道是如此的苍白无力。我想我已失去了高谈阔论的资本。

我生活在一个可以用“贫穷”来定义的家庭，印象最深刻的还是爸爸的药瓶子，满满的一柜子。我的妈妈是世界上最伟大的女人，她用羸弱的双肩挑起了家庭的重担，我第一次看见妈妈哭是xx年中考以后，我没有考上重点高中，哭闹着要去北京打工。送我上车时妈妈哭了，她说自己对不起我。在萧瑟的秋风中我看到了妈妈头上夹杂的白发，我的每一步成长都是建立在妈妈白发和皱纹堆积的基础上的。前年我打算给妈妈买一件羽绒服，款式挑定了，售货员问我要什么颜色。是啊，要什么颜色呢?那时侯才发现自己这个女儿做的是多么失败，我竟然不知道也从来没想过去了解妈妈喜欢什么。电话打过去了，妈妈说你看着买就行了，在我的坚持下妈妈犹豫了半天，最后说她也说不上来了。挂掉电话我的眼泪就下来了。这么多年来妈妈一直都尽量满足我们的要求，在繁忙的生活中它早已忘记了自己的喜好忽略了这一点的又何止妈妈一个人呢?

每次回家前，我总告诉自己要多替父母干点活，每次爸妈生日前都下定决心要攒钱买点他们喜欢的东西，可是手里的活总惊不起妈妈的疼爱的劝阻，攒下的钱也总是能找到所谓的堂而谎之的理由，我才发现自己一直标榜的坚毅竟是这么的不堪一击。

我永远不会忘记xx年的7月，那是个阴雨绵绵的7月，那是我人生中黑色的7月。在外地打工的我和姐姐在过马路的时候，被追尾而来的一辆夏利车撞了出去，现在想来满脑子还是刹车声，尖叫声，甚至是骨头碎裂的声音，姐姐站起来的第一句话是“我妹妹呢?我妹妹还那么小!”然后我又看见血从她的身上流下来，朋友通知了我家里，第二天一大早妈妈便赶到了，她两眼通红，但当着我姐俩的面她始终没让眼泪流下来，事故解决起来并不是很容易，肇事方一直在拖，我不怪他们，毕竟我们是举目无亲的外地人，毕竟一个人的手术费就需要好几千块钱，我按几天变的异常暴躁，经常无缘无故的发脾气，每每此时妈妈给我削一个苹果看着我扔到地上，然后默默的捡起来出去。几天后，他们提出先给一个人动手术，考虑到我们病情的轻重，姐姐被推进去了，妈妈一直护送姐姐到手术室看见那扇门被冰冷的关上，然后又匆匆的赶回病房，来照顾她这个躺在床上的还等着动手术的女儿，我实在不愿意说话闭着眼睛装睡，妈妈一边给我掖被角，一边哭了。我那时才发现妈妈已经憔悴的不成样子了。

对于那场事故留给我的当然有害怕疼痛，但更多的是感恩，我感激姐姐，如果不是她推我那一下，我不知道今天是否还可以站在这;我感激我的妈妈，她用博大的胸怀去容忍照看一个暴躁的孩子;我感激好心的路人，他们拦下了肇事车报了警;我感激所有给过我帮助的朋友们。

感恩是一种处世哲学，也是一个人的生活态度，在这里请允许我摘抄一段去年感恩节时我写的日记：现在夜阑人静，让我坐在灯下开始我的感恩之旅吧!我感恩父母，因他们赋予我生命，让我有机会享受世界的美好;我感恩兄弟姐妹，因为他们让我知道什么叫手足之情，什么叫血浓于水;我感恩老师，因为他们启迪了我的心灵，让我能够选择一条知识人生的道路;我感恩我所有爱我的人，和我爱的人，因为他们让我懂得了爱，给了我生活的力量;我也感恩挫折和敌人，因为他们向我展示了生活的另一面，让我学会了坚强;我更感恩社会，因为社会是个大家庭我们每个人都在社会中经历风雨，增长才智。

迈入“十三五”开局之年，对于新常态下，面临经济增长和转型升级双重压力的青海来说，与全国同步全面建成小康社会，尤其需要一次思想的砥砺！

保生态就是保发展：

青海最大的价值在生态，最大的潜力在生态，最大的责任也在生态。正因如此，保护生态环境、建设生态文明，也同样是海西州发展的“关键词”、“主题曲”。大家都知道，最近几年，内地地区雾霾非常严重，而青海却是全国仅少的几个还能看见蓝天、白云的省会。习近平总书记在参加十二届全国人大四次会议青海代表团审议时强调，在生态环境保护建设上，一定要树立大局观、长远观、整体观，坚持保护优先、坚持节约资源和保护生态，像保护眼睛一样保护生态环境，像对待生命一样对待生态环境。在“十三五”开局之年，我们应当深入贯彻落实习近平总书记的重要讲话精神，更加重视生态建设统筹问题。只有保证了海西州的生态环境，才能保障发展。搞团结就是搞建设：

海西州是一个多民族聚居区。在长期频繁的交往、交流、交融中，各民族间已相互依存，逐渐形成了你中有我、我中有你的多元一体格局。可以说，在海西，做好民族团结工作，关乎全局、关乎长远、关乎根本。作为当代青年的我们，必须以实际行动维护民族团结，应充分发挥民族地区特殊优势和潜力、尊重名族差异、包容文化多样性，进一步激发社会正能量。只有搞好民族团结才能将海西建设的更加辉煌。

The Thanksgiving tradition of compassion and humility dates back to the earliest days of our society. And through the years, our deepest gratitude has often been inspired by the most difficult times. Almost four centuries ago, the pilgrims set aside time to thank God after suffering through a bitter winter. George Washington held Thanksgiving during a trying stay at Valley Forge. And President Lincoln revived the Thanksgiving tradition in the midst of a civil war.

The past year has brought many challenges to our nation, and Americans have met every one with energy, optimism and faith. After lifting our economy from a recession, manufacturers and entrepreneurs are creating s again. Volunteers from across the country came together to help hurricane victims rebuild. And when the children of Beslan, Russia suffered a brutal terrorist attack, the world saw Americas generous heart in an outpouring of compassion and relief.

The greatest challenges of our time have come to the men and women who protect our nation. Were fortunate to have dedicated firefighters and police officers to keep our streets safe. Were grateful for the homeland security and intelligence personnel who spend long hours on faithful watch. And we give thanks to the men and women of our military who are serving with courage and skill, and making our entire nation proud.

These people are reclusive and had their emotions hidden within them. I once went to Australia and I saw two pictures, Once was drawn by a normal child, the other was drawn by a child with social inhibitions. The picture drawn by the normal child was simple and plain. The other was lifelike, full of details and imagination. What this shows is that these are ideas, emotions and feelings that are locked internally in these children.

My ideal is to be the key, spreading the beauty of the spoken words to these children. These children have been neglected, but I feel that I can and should help these children to find themselves and be able to express themselves.

I realize that this is a difficult task, and there are many obstacles on the way. But I believe in my ideals and I will stick to themeven in the face of adversity. We should never have a premature abortion of idealslet the child, let our ideals, stand the challenge. For a life without ideals is not living.

第一次亲密接触这舞台，首先作一个自我介绍，俺叫，俺叫不紧张，不好意思，腿有点发软，喉咙有点发紧，脑瓜子有点发晕。亲爱的同学们，请伸出你们娇嫩的小手用掌声给俺一点鼓励和支持吧。

今天在这里，我是想向大家讲讲我的恋爱史，NONO，说错话了，是想跟大家聊聊我和金盾近两年的缘份。

20__年，那是一个春天，一个袖珍型的男人坐一辆墨绿色的面包车来到了一处世外桃源般的学校——金盾。

哇噻!好美呀!小男人环顾四周，蓝天，白云，青山，绿水，鸟鸣，虫唱，如此美景，如此佳境，将他那双滴溜溜的老鼠眼深深吸引住了。他情不自禁地想：倘若能在此人间仙境工作学习，该是怎样的幸福!

不失时机地，那个光着屁股的可爱小天使丘比特拍着翅膀翩翩飞来，搭弓射箭，唰唰，不偏不倚，正中心窝。扑通一声，小个子不由自主地坠入爱河。

金盾的美正如她的文化，她的内涵，她的秀外慧中的气质，不由得你不陶醉，不由得你不痴迷，不由得你不爱恋，这就是传说中的一见钟情吧。

正如秃驴范伟的那句三字经典台词“缘份啦”，小个子从此跟金盾结下了不解之缘。

有人说，倘若这小个子剃着平头，脑门上只留着一小撮毛，唱上那首“哥哥面前一条弯弯的河，妹妹对面唱着一支甜甜的歌;哥哥心中荡起层层的波，妹妹何时让我渡过你呀……”，那不就是浓缩的精华——潘长江吗?又有人说，这小男人爱笑，一笑又要露出美丽无比的暴牙，那不就是开心鬼撞鬼里的那个开心鬼吗?

兜了半天圈子，说的这个帅哥敢情就是本人，大家不要见笑，郑重申明：这里“帅”是蟋蟀的蟀。

来金盾的第一学期，我听到有学生私下里提及我时称为“那个教电脑的矮老师”，后来这个称呼又渐渐演变成“那个管机房管上网的网管”，再后来，有些学生就直呼我“阿贵——”或“黄——”，或干脆“贵哥——”了，说句实话，我都觉得亲切，也挺受用。当然，我更喜欢大多数学生对我的称呼：黄老师。古人云：“一年之计，莫如树谷;十年之计，莫如树林;终身之计，莫如树人”，塑造灵魂这一神圣的使命让我常常激动不已，我庆幸命运赐给了我这个职业，庆幸金盾给我提供了实现价值的舞台。金盾让我由衷地认同：教师是阳光底下最光辉的职业。

两年了，我在教室及机房里与你们一起学习进步，窗外巍巍青山见证我们的友谊;在操场上，舞台上，竞技场上始终跳跃你们激情洋溢、活力四射的身影，你们让金盾充满生机，也让我感觉自己始终年轻。为防睡觉，插播广告：“今年二十，明年十八;要想皮肤好，早晚有大宝;要想早成材，请到金盾来!”

大家上午好！

我演讲的题目是“用爱心去解读学生的心”

先给大家讲一个小故事：

在一堂医学课上，老师问同学：“大家想一想，用酒精消毒的时候，什么样的浓度为最好？”学生齐声回答：“当然是越高越好啦！”老师笑着说：“错了，太高浓度的酒精，会使细菌的外壁在极短的时间内迅速凝固，形成一道天然的屏障，后续的酒精就再也杀不进去了，而细菌在壁垒的后面却依然存活着。所以，最有效的浓度，就是将酒精的浓度调的柔和一些，润物细无声地渗透进去，这样的效果才是最好的。”

这虽然只是一则小故事，却第一次让我真切的感受到：柔和，有时候比风暴更有力量。

仔细想想，酒精和细菌的关系，多么像我们老师和学生之间的关系啊！当我们在教育学生的时候，如果采用一种简单、粗暴的方式，或许会在短时间内对学生的心理形成一种震慑。但是，学生情感的大门，也会在瞬间封闭起来。这样的教育，又怎么会具有持久的力量呢？

所以，要问我的教育理想是什么，我会毫不犹豫地回答：“用一颗爱心去解读学生的心，用一种柔和的力量去滋润学生的心”。

当然，这早已不是什么新潮的观点。从夏丐尊的“没有爱就没有教育”，到苏霍姆林斯基的“我把整个心灵献给孩子”。古今中外教育家们的教育思想虽各有不同，但有一点是相通的，那就是：爱的教育。

做为体育教师往往给学生留下的印象是严厉、凶悍、可怕，甚至说到体育老师还有一点点胆怯。我这个体育教师也不例外。然而，新生入学几天后，有一个学生跟我说：“老师，你让我改变了对体育老师的看法”。我说：“为什么呢？”他说；“以前一直认为体育老师都不怎么好，对老师没什么好印象，直到认识了你，我改变了这个想法。”我说：“我怎么好了？能改变你的想法”。他说：“你和蔼，不爱生气，有亲和力，同学们都很喜欢你，有什么心里话和问题都愿意和你说”。聊完后，我们的谈话一直在我头脑里来回游荡，给我留下了许多思考，没想到自己的行为，会对学生产生如此的力量，也许这就是我前面所说的柔和吧，正是因为这种柔和，打开了学生情感的大门。

做为教师的我们更应该抓住这种柔和，将爱化为力量，带领学生打开知识的大门，用我们的真心和智慧的语言去引导他们，也许一个微小的细节就是打开学生心灵的钥匙。一个细微的关怀就能打开学生情感的大门。

素质教育，首先是充满感情的教育，离开了情感，一切教育都无从谈起。

大家好!我是初中部的张永红。今天我演讲的题目是——《感受“朝阳人”的幸福》。

20__年来朝阳应聘之前，我曾经到省会长沙应聘过。那次考试由长沙市教育局主办，还交了考试费100元。我一位同学在长沙雅礼教书，考场外，我意外地碰到了他，他告诉我，这次考试，主要是为了解决已经在长沙教书的部分老师的编制的，外地的教师参考基本都是陪考，十有八、九要被打掉——那一次应聘参考，让我感受到更深切的是愚弄和欺骗——既然主要是为了解决在职教师编制的，应聘的成员大体已经“内定”好，还要打着面向社会招聘的幌子干嘛?

来朝阳应聘是没有交什么考试费的：笔试一关，刷掉一半;试讲一关，又砍掉一半;最后是面试，只剩下两个，我侥幸在其中。

这一次应聘的经历，让我品尝到了成功的光荣与喜悦——没有愚弄和欺骗，没有人情关照和排挤，只有单纯的公开、公正和公平地竞争——如果说这也算是一种幸福，我想这绝不是属于我个人的幸福，而是我们学校留给每一位成功的应聘者的第一种幸福——试想，在座的老师有哪几位不是凭着骄人的成绩和充足的自信走进来的呢?

什么是幸福?因为“幸”运，才会有“福”：因为幸运，我们才有福相聚朝阳;因为幸运，我们才有福组成一个强大的师资团队，凭着全市三流的生源素质打造出一流的辉煌战绩!

第二、超越障碍，创造奇迹——这是朝阳留给我们每一位工作者的第二种幸福。

20__年的时候，学校小学、初中、高中学生的总人数，只有597人。如今已经发展到了20__多人——对于我们学校而言，这是一种事业的发展和壮大;对于我们教职员工来说，这里面何尝不包含超越障碍的艰难，创造奇迹的荣耀?!

20__年，这是我们曹总经济上最为艰难的一年，也是我校教育事业发展遭遇最为困难的一年。从4月到8月，我校所有老师都领不到工资。天气越来越热，学校却经常被停水、停电;空调照例不开，成了样板摆设;学生打了篮球、踢了足球，进行了各种剧烈运动之后，晚自习时间面临着多种困扰;学生翻围墙外出上网、享受空调，老师坐着摩托车夜晚到处寻人的现象时有发生;而最大的困难却是从根本上动摇了高中部教师队伍的稳定性。

然而，就是在这一年，我校高考创造了奇迹：高三100位应届毕业生，有39位考取重点本科，其中一人录取清华大学;30位考取二本;还有30位上了三本，仅有1人在三本之外。这个上线比率遥遥领先于益阳市一中和箴言中学。作为学校的一员，尽管我们没有教高三，但是面对这样的奇迹，我们“额手称庆”，我们“与有荣焉”。

就是在这一年，我校高中部老师，27个走了22个，其中不少还是学校主要领导干部。学校还办不办，老师们何去何从，学生还招不招?——学校面临重大抉择。

就是在这样的情况下，我们初中和小学部老师在当时的部主任的组织安排下，在暑假期间，分成十多个招生小组，分赴各县乡主动出击，到处开拓招生点，散发资料，也创造了一个奇迹——一个招生的奇迹：除高三、初三毕业离校和流失的学生之外，当年我校学生总人数由原来的597人上升到了848人!

曾经有人笑我：“你们学校高中部老师都走光了，你们还在这里招什么生?”但我们就是招到了学生!

我相信，作为奇迹的每一位创造者，回忆起那一段峥嵘岁月，胸中涌起的更多的一定是一种幸福——创造奇迹的幸福!

20__年与长郡联合办学以后，我校在提升学校品牌、优化生源质量、提高教育教学水平上迈上了一个新的台阶。作为一个教育工作者，我有幸接受了初21班班主任和语文教学工作任务。20__年中考，我们初19——22班这一届创造了我校中考成绩的一次巨大飞跃。而我们初21班的同学也表现不俗：全班总人数36人，有32人上了省级示范性高中录取线，其中益阳市一中上线16人;箴言上线再加8人;还有8人也上了安化一中、二中、益阳市六中、南县一中等省级示范性高中录取线;这个成绩用我们学校领导的话来讲是“辉煌的”。当庆功的礼花在夜空中炸响，当红色的灯笼在校门前高挂，我明白：这样的成绩决不仅仅是我们一个班所有老师的功劳，而是整个年级、整个学校团队共同努力的结果;而作为一个老师，最大的幸福莫过于让我们感受到：学校的发展壮大里，有我们默默付出的辛劳;成功的奖牌上，有我们辛勤的汗水在静静地闪耀!

不必说我们的工资待遇比公办学校高出了多少，也不必说我们的荣誉证书比原来又多了几本，更不必说我们的职称评定比原来又轻易地高了一级，只要是生活在朝阳这一片充满希望的热土上，我们的幸福就注定会熔铸在——奋斗的热泉中，付出的汗水里，闪耀的勋章上。

相信在座老师都有这样的体验：当你把教学内容，裹上求真务实和科学的辣酱，在头脑中反复揉搓，采过学生喜欢的方式，将其精心烹饪成一道色香味俱全的知识大餐，端到学生面前。而你的学生是那样的惊喜，吃得那样津津有味，吃完就眼巴巴得期待下一餐的到来。这种情景，怎么不令做老师的感到无比幸福.!谁说老师就不需要回报，学生期待的眼神、认真的态度和稳步地成长不就是对老师最好的回报吗!

而这一切，我想都是由一种 爱所创造的。这种“爱” 源于高尚的师德，包含着很高的智慧，意味着无私的奉献!这就是教师对学生的爱!这种爱，不局限于个别的对象，而是面向全体;不出自个人的恩怨，而是出自社会的需要。这种爱 稳固、深厚，还伴随着巨大的责任，因此能超越一切，汇聚成一股无可阻挡的力量，将学生牢牢地吸引在老师周围。

这种爱，具体说来，就是想学生之所想，急学生之所急。积极开动脑筋，换位思考。当你常常站在学生的角度进行反推，这个问题，我见过吗吗?感兴趣吗?知道解决吗?需要提示吗等等，你就是在爱学生，就是在培养师生感情了。

我还经常想，老师就像一个导演。我们有现成的剧本，有诸多充满潜力的演员。虽然他们性格、能力不尽相同，但个个都是主角。这些演员是否能在导演的调动下，最大限度地感受到剧本的魅力;是否在你的指挥下找到自己的位置，充满激-情地投入进去，就得看导演的功力了。这种功力，就在于你能否能和学生建立良好的感情，从而赢得他们的尊敬和喜爱。

而我们做老师最大的幸福不正在这里莫!

当然，罗马不是一天建成的，老师和学生良好的的感情更不是随便就培养得出的。甚至在很多时候，我感觉自己已经尽力了，却还未得到学生的感情和理解，不免有些沮丧。但转念一想，我仍要感谢我的学生，感谢他们用最真诚的反应让我发现自己的问题，感谢他们教会我怎样换位思考，然后用更好地方式来表达思想，传递情感。

面对学生，我们只能以心换心，以爱换爱，以感情换感情. 因为，教育就是一项爱的事业!没有爱就没有教育!

我们作为教育工作者，更要重视保持积极的态度，有人说：积极的人，就象太阳，照到哪里哪里亮，消极的人，象月亮，初一十五不一样。这句话用于形容我们是最恰当不过的了，以前作为一个被教育者，在学习中即使心态消极了，放弃了，最终可能导致的结果也只是一门考试的失败，但是现在，作为一名教育者，教师积极的心态会影响着学生心理的发展，形成健康的心理，这种传导过程对与学生是非常重要的收获，也是作为一名教师所需要具备的。有了积极的心态是并不能保证事事成功、凡事心想事成，但是相反的心理态度则必败无疑，实行消极心态的人必不能成功，从来没有过抱消极态度的人能取得持续的成功。那么如何保持积极上进的心态呢?

首先，要学习一些调节心态的技巧，加强对自身的修养，在工作中实践中了

解自我，更好地控制自我的情绪。严以律己、自身作则，这样才能更加有效的管理好自己的情绪。遇到困难，反对急躁消极的情绪，保持冷静心，平常心，心平气和、实事求是地看待问题，对所要做的事情要深思熟虑，提前做好预测和计划工作，找出完成工作的最佳方案和具体办法。克制自己的情绪是一种美德，要能抵挡因命运的冲击而产生的情绪波动，不可沦为激情的奴隶。在教育过程，克制自己的愤怒是积极心态的最重要的一点，因为愤怒时人们会变得毫无宽恕能力，甚至不可理喻，失去理智，对于学生和自己都将产生不可估计的后果。目前教师违反师德的现象，绝大多数是由于愤怒而来，因为学生太不像话，教师忍无可忍。所以积极心态的培养，必将极大促进优良师德的形成。

“低碳生活(low-carbonlife)”，就是指生活作息时所耗用的能量要尽力减少，从而减低二氧化碳的排放量。“低碳生活”是个新概念，提出的却是世界可持续发展的老问题，它反映了人类因气候变化而对未来产生的担忧，全球变暖等气候问题致使人类不得不考量目前的生态环境，人类意识到生产和消费过程中出现的过量碳排放是形成气候问题的重要因素之一，因而要减少碳排放就要相应优化和约束某些消费和生产活动。“低碳生活”理念还顺应了人类“未雨绸缪”的谨慎原则。

产生、使用和消费一些东西共排放了多少二氧化碳，低碳生活就是简约的生活方式，从衣、食、住、用、行都可体现低碳生活。我身边有很多低碳的榜样，我自己也有一些低碳的生活习惯，比如夏天很少使用空调，尽量双面打印文件;比如我昨晚考虑低碳生活呢，晚饭全素，注意节水，没看电视、没开电脑，9点就睡觉了。呵呵。我想，低碳方式生活，就是不过分追求物质生活，在当今浮躁的社会中，“低碳”还得能带来心灵上的宁静呢。

其实，低碳生活也是低调生活。以前，我真的是不注重环保，电器用完没有随手关闭的习惯，有时人还不知道在哪呢，电脑伴着音乐一直大开着;手机电池只要插到电源上，就好像粘贴到502上了，不用电池根本想不起电池在电源上插着呢;空调就更不用说了，总是把温度调到最低，恨不能进了家就结层霜。看了低碳生活，才发现原来这些细节上的不注意，不仅给家庭带来了看不见的开支消耗，还严重地排放了二氧化碳，虽然微量很小，但聚集起来的的危害也是不容小觑的。

原来，电器开着，就连小小的手机电池在插座上插着时都会排放出可怕的二氧化碳，只要充完电就应该将电池立刻取下。原以为，二氧化碳只有汽车尾气、煤炭燃烧这些大功能的排放，没想到生活中处处都有微弱的“碳”在侵害着我们的生活和地球。知道这些以后，那我就后开始自己的低碳乐活生活喽!养成随手关闭电源的习惯;空调尽量少用;用步行来代替交通工具;将生活中的一些能量消耗尽的可能降到最低的状态，把罪魁祸首的二氧化碳排放量降至最低限度。

大家都知道，我们现在的生活都讲究“低碳”，而我们倡导的低碳生活方式就是指节水、节电、节油、节气。可是光说不做可不行，我们要用实际行动表现出来。

但这“低碳”生活究竟要怎么“低”?“低”到哪才行呢?下面我就为大家介绍一些低碳小窍门。

(一)夏天，我们在家用空调时，不要频繁的开启，用了几个小时后，就关掉，再开电风扇。这样就能省50%的电。

(二)在冰箱内存放食物时，食物的量以占容积的80%为宜，用数个塑料盒盛

水制冰后放入冷藏室，这样能延长停机时间、减少开机时间，更节电。

(三)用微波炉加工食品时，在食品上加层无毒塑料膜或盖上盖子，这样被加工食品水分不易蒸发，食品味道好又省电。

(四)开车时尽量避免突然变速，选择合适档位，避免低档跑高速;定期更换机油，轮胎气压要适当和少开空调。

(五)我们在家用洗衣机洗衣服时，用同样长的洗涤周期，但“柔化”模式比“标准”模式叶轮换向次数多，电机启动电流是额定电流的5—7倍，所以，用“标准”模式洗衣服，更省电。

其实，我觉得“低碳”并不神秘，它就在我们身边。只要平时生活习惯稍微注意一点，每个人都可以做到“低碳”。

提倡低碳生活，是我们每个人义不容辞的责任，让我们积极行动起来，为拯救地球，为人类健康、和美生活作出努力，创造一个处处青山绿水、鸟语花香的美好家园。

古往今来，地球妈妈用甘甜的乳汁哺育了无数代子孙。原来的她被小辈们装饰得楚楚动人。可是，现在人类为了自身的利益，将她折磨得天昏地暗。人类只有一个地球;而地球正面临着严峻的环境危机。“救救地球”已成为世界各国人民烈的呼声。

我为周围环境的恶化而感到心痛，我想：作为未来__人的青少年，如果不了解人类环境的构成和环境问题的严重性，无视有关环境保护的法律法规，不去增强环境保护意识，自觉履行保护环境的义务的话，我们的生命将毁在自己的手中，老天将对我们作出严厉的惩罚。为此我下定决心要从我做起爱护环境，保护我们这个赖以生存的家园，做一个保护环境的卫士。

我积极的想参加学校在世界环境日举行的有奖征稿，想认真查阅、收集各类资料，进行社会调查，想写有关环境治理设想方面的文章，我观看环保方面的录相带，积极参预环保知识问答调查活动，认真填写每一项提问。我想参与了“红领巾植绿护绿队”的建设，在上面发布大量的环保图片和环保知识，以及关于环保的各方面的法律知识，我国在环保方面发展动向、世界各国的环境保护情况;每个月我都利用网络、报纸，查找一些最新的不同的专题和板块“环保资讯”来告诉大家;还定期制作一些宣传板来宣传环保知识和生活中的环保常识。

提高了大家的环保意识;号召同学们从不同的方面来关爱自己的家园，从身边的小事做起，为周围的环境奉献自己的一份力量!我积极动员身边的人一起来依法保护和建设人类共有的同样也是仅有的家园，为促进经济和社会的可持续发展，为人类的文明做出贡献。我还和同学们共同发起“小用塑料袋不使用泡沫饭盒和一次性筷子，让我们远离白色污染”的倡议。一起到校园外捡垃圾，让爷爷奶奶放下方便袋，拿起菜篮子，让我们共同走向美好的绿色的明天，走向辉煌、灿烂的未来!

我偶然在上网时看到了一份报告说：“环境问题是由于人类不合理地开发和利用自然源所造成的。触目惊心的环境问题主要有大气污染、水质污染、噪声污染、固体废物污染、过度开发利用自然资源这五大类。”一个个铁一样的事实告诉我们，它们像恶魔般无情地吞噬着人类的生命。它威胁着生态平衡，危害着人体健康，破坏着大地环境，制约着经济和社会的可持续发展，它让人类陷入了困境。为此我作出宣告口号：“只要我们——人类有时刻不忘保护环境的意识，有依法治理环境的意识，地球村将成为美好的乐园”。未来的天空一定是碧蓝碧蓝的，水是清澈见底的，绿树成荫鲜花遍地，人类可以尽情享受大自然赋予我们的幸福和欢乐。

“真正检验我们对环境的贡献不是言辞，而是行动。”虽然我现在做得只不过是一些微小的事，但是我坚信要是我们人人都有保护环境的责任心，从自己做起，从小事做起，携手保护我们的家园，自然会给人类应有的回报。在温暖的摇篮——草原上小憩;在慈祥的笑脸——天空下成长，在爱的源泉——河流中沐浴

绿，一种生命固有的本色。森林是绿的，草地是绿的，大地也是绿的。世界万物多散发出“绿”的光芒，我们人类的生活离不开绿色，低碳的生活也由此开始。

自从世博会以来，绿色的出门，低碳的生活成为了一个热门的话题，城市到处可见宣传着关于低碳生活的方方面面;再加上广州亚运会的成功举办，它让全亚洲，全世界看到了一个天更蓝，水更清的城市。让这座城市的人们感觉到低碳环保的生活方式带来的好处。

我们家也慢慢的加入到了这个行列，积极响应号召，去向着低碳的生活方式靠拢。俗话说，勿以善小而不为之，勿以恶小而为之;我们尽自己所能，在生活的点点滴滴注意减耗。以前洗澡时间要花上半小时之多，那个水龙头不关的那个水半小时就哗哗的溜走了，丝毫没想到过节约。在酷热的夏天，空调总是不停的运转，温度也总是很低的，估计每天排放的二氧化碳多是个巨大的数字。但是现在我们常用洗脸或洗澡剩余水集齐来冲刷马桶;用淘米的水浇园子里的花花草草;空调的温度也不会一直是最低或，调到合适的人体适合温度;还会利用家里的一些废弃物品改造，如一些肥皂盒，礼品盒等少加剪裁就可以轻松的做成一个漂亮的储物盒，可以在里面放些针线，小剪刀等生活物品……

以前，出门是一个决定用私家车的代名词。可是现在，家中除了需要集中去超市够买生活用品外，尽量使用公共汽车，地铁，或者在小区门口可以租用自行车，大大的降低了二氧化碳的排放量。去年，我国开始大面积推个使用环保袋，逐步淘汰终结使用塑料袋;现在的生活出门携带一个环保袋是一个必不可少的细节了。相信终有一天白色的污染将是过去时的代名词，迎来的是一个美好绿色的新世界。

绿色低碳生活需要的是一种态度，是一点一滴从小事做起的毅力。如果每个家庭多这样做出这样的实际行动，我们的生活将变的多么的美好，我们的天空会变得更蓝，夜晚的星星会变的更亮。减少碳排放是我们的一直责任，而它也一定将是我们新的生活方式。

我们只拥有一个地球，我们依赖这它，共同的命运将我们紧紧联系在一起。只有从现在做起，才能让地球不在哭泣，让那些伤痕愈合，变成一种温馨，让我们不断的进步，做的更好!

早上好!今天我国旗下演讲的题目是：《让我们与安全有约，与幸福有约》生命，一个庄重而深沉的词汇，谈起它，令人肃然起敬。就在我说这句话的时候，不知道有多少生命降临到这个世界上，又不知道有多少生命永远地离开了。生命诚可贵!我们称颂生命，因为生命是宝贵的，它属于我们每个人仅有一次;我们热爱生命，因为生命是美好的，它令我们的人生焕发出迷人光彩。同时，生命也是脆弱的，它需要我们时刻警戒，拥有安全才拥有生命!

大家是否还记得有一首歌《祝你平安》中这样唱道：“祝你平安，祝你平安，让那快乐围绕在你身边;祝你平安，祝你平安，你永远都幸福是我最大的.心愿!”我们每个人都渴望幸福，那么幸福究竟是什么呢?幸福是父母无时无刻的牵挂，是依偎在妈妈温暖怀抱的温馨，是与同学分享成功的喜悦，是放学回家后合家团聚的欢乐……安全是幸福的生命线，平平安安就是人生最大的幸福!

但是校园中，还存在一些我们不曾注意的安全隐患。当你在寝室里私用插线板，安然自得地用着暖宝宝、电吹风等大功率电器时，是否注意到身边的柜子、床上的衣物、甚至衣架书本都是易燃物品?当下课铃响，心急火燎地飞奔食堂的你两步一跨，飞身下楼，是否设想过下一脚如果踩空了，后果会如何?……等等。

同学们，为了我们和家人的幸福，我们要把安全意识从“要我安全”转为“我要安全，”“我应安全”“我懂安全”，实现一个质的飞跃。无论在校内、校外，都要时刻注意安全：过马路时遵守交通规则，红灯停绿灯行;上下楼梯互相避让，不要拥挤、推搡;不在校园里围追打闹、攀越栅栏;不从楼梯扶手上往下滑……人最宝贵的是生命，而生命对于我们每个人都只有一次，让我们与安全有约，只有这样，我们才能幸福终生。

大家好，很荣幸参加今天的安康杯演讲比赛，我是来自机关法律事务部的黄阳。我今天演讲的题目是：别忘了，你的生活也需要安全。

安全，是一个年年讲，月月讲，天天讲，常讲常新，永不过时的话题，但就是这样一个到了人类最高社会形态共产主义社会也存在的话题，却也最容易被大家忽视。形象的说，安全问题就像空气一样，时刻在我们身边，关乎生命但又时常被我们遗忘。

今天很多同事都谈到了安全生产，安全工作。众所周知，建筑业属于高危行业，我们作为以建筑为主业的单位，自然应时刻绷紧安全的这根弦。但是，同事们，当你们开始新一天的工作时，除了进工地戴上安全帽，上脚手架系上安全带之外是否还记得日常生活的安全？

当你匆匆忙忙的走出宿舍赶往工地时，你可曾想到，那忘记关上的房门也许将迎来某些不速之客！

当你驾驶心爱的汽车奔驰在上班路上时，你可曾想到，你忘记扣好的那条安全带可能随时会让你头破血流！

当你悠然自得的在易燃场所吞云吐雾时，你可曾想到，你随手丢掉未熄灭还带有火星的烟蒂也许就是一场火灾的起点！

站在我个人的专业角度去看，如果因为一个烟头而引发了工作中的一场大火，那是你将触犯重大责任事故罪，如果造成了3人死亡的

话，那么最多也就让你在监狱里服刑3年。可是生活中丢个烟头而引发的火灾，却有另一个罪名，失火罪，死亡3人的话那就不得了，最多可以让你度过7年的牢狱生活，生产安全固然应该继续重视，生活安全却也绝对不容忽视！

有人说，这些生活安全都是常识嘛，我当然都知道了。

没错，这些都是常识，可问题就是，这些常识现在有没有印在你的脑海中，并已经成为你个人的习惯呢？为了增强员工安全意识和日常求生技能，在我来到局沪不到一年的日子里，机关相关部门先后举办了全国职工职业安全卫生知识大赛，消防知识宣讲，火灾逃生演练，行车安全宣讲等一系列活动。如今，我下班在关电脑的同时会习惯性地关掉插座电源，去电影院等公共场所时，要先看安全通道在哪里，至于酒驾嘛，那么多前车之鉴的新闻历历在目，我可是真的不敢啊。

还有朋友说，好，那我们重视生活安全，但是关电源看安全通道这些也未免太杞人忧天了吧？这一点啊，我个人认为胆子还是小点好，胆子小并不意味着不敢抓，不敢干，恰恰反映了一种对生命的敬畏，反映了一种对工作、对家庭认真负责的态度。有了这种对企业、对生命高度负责的?小心?谨慎，就会把?安全?两字刻在心上，牢记在心头，才会在工作中时时处处把安全生产放在第一位，在每一个生产环节，每一道施工工序，每一个关键部位都细心检查，谨慎确认，精心操作。

安全与谨慎并存，事故与麻痹相连，加强安全生产，别忘了，你的生活也要安全。

最后，作为一名法律工作者，希望大家主动学习安全法律，将要我安全的心态转变为我要安全，积极主动了解《安全生产法》、《消防法》以及《职业病防治规划》等法律法规，这些法律的每一条每一字都是用血的教训凝成的，她们将帮助我们让灾难永不重演！

幼儿园是小朋友的家，教师就是小朋友的妈妈。在幼儿园里，这么多的宝宝在一齐，小朋友们必须要注意保护自我，爱护同伴。早晨来园途中、离园必须要牵好爸爸妈妈的手，慢慢走、慢慢上楼梯，不奔跑。在教室里面、睡觉、上厕所的时候也要注意眼睛看着慢慢走。户外活动的时候不追逐打闹，要用正确的方法玩玩具!必须要注意在幼儿园的安全，每一天开开心心来上学，平平安安回家去。

另外小朋友们也应当注意食品安全，购买袋装食品要看清楚生产日期、保质期、生产厂家及地址，不购买三无食品;不在校门外和街头流动摊点购买零食，防止误食不卫生食品、过期变质食品，造成食物中毒。
