他走了，而留给他亲人的是无限的悲哀与伤痛。随便的一张报纸都不时会出现交通事故的报道，随便的一条马路上都曾溅染着受害者的鲜血。并不是每一个驾驶员都敢保证我们人生的安全。世界的每一天都有鲜活的生命在车祸中转瞬即逝，一个个触目惊心的数字，不时浮现在我的眼前：20__年，全国共发生道路交通事故4万余起，死亡人数98738人，而造成56万人受伤。世上成千上万的亲人就在车祸的转眼间中沉浸在悲痛之中。

It is a great honor and pleasure to be here on this beautiful Saturday morning to share with you my sentiments about life and passion for the English language.
About a year and a half ago, I took part in my very first English Speech Contest. When I stood before the microphone with all eyes starring directly at me, I could hardly speak. I stood there, embarrassed and helpless, struggling in vain for the right thing to say. My fears had paralyzed me.
While my passion for English has never changed, I lost my courage to speak in public. When my professor again encouraged me to take part in this Competition, I said “no.” I couldn’t endure yet another painful experience. He looked me straight in the eye and said something that pierced my heart. I will never forget his words. “Look,” he said, “We all have our fears, and you have yours. You could twist your ankle in a basketball game, but then be afraid to ever play again. Running away can never dispel your fears, but action will. A winner is not one who never fails，but one who never quits.”
I spent a whole day with his words twisting and turning in my mind. Then I made the bravest and wisest decision of my life: I would face my fears – and take part in the competition!
As it turned out, my dear old professor was right. Now, here I am, once again standing before a microphone. My heart is beating fast, and my mouth is dry, but most importantly, I have faced my fears -- and that makes all the difference!

似乎自古以来人们就有这样的印象：官是恶的、贪婪的，而民是善的、无辜的。这种想法，显然有点不全面。当个人被裹挟在群体之中时，他便会认为跟随众人所做之事无可非议，甚至不会意识到自己正在作恶，这是多麽可怕又可悲的事情！而“法不责众”的观念，更成了助长这种“平庸之恶”的借口。

听妈妈讲，传说在很久以前，世上风调雨顺、五谷丰登，老百姓丰衣足食、安居乐业。突然灾难降临、城内洪水泛滥，城外田地干旱，原来是王母娘娘请玉帝去赴宴，玉帝喝酒喝得酩酊大醉。宴会后玉帝回宫办事，于是把雨簿写错了，本应是城外雨五分，城内雨三分，玉帝给写反了。青龙得知原因，便偷偷地里溜到天宫，改了雨簿，这样世上又慢慢恢复了本来面目。玉帝酒醒后，也发现写错了雨簿，但本想改正，又怕重臣说自己做事不慎重，只好将错就错。后来玉帝发现自己的雨簿被改过，不由心中大怒，派丞相来到人间杀了青龙，丞相照做了。青龙被丞相杀了后，变成一只神鸟，在玉帝殿外喊冤，玉帝心中感到惭愧，便下书要黄帝向百姓传令，要纪念为民除害的青龙。每年春节，人们都要敲锣打鼓，庆祝元宵节。
元宵节的习俗是吃汤圆，让每家团团圆圆，所以今晚妈妈“权力下放”，把煮汤圆的重要任务交给我来执行。我把它看成一件十分重大的任务，我利用以前看妈妈煮汤圆的经验，先把水烧开，把汤圆小心翼翼地放进去。我焦急地等待着，等待着……白白胖胖的汤圆浮出水面，看着它们一个个膨胀，我兴高采烈地喊道：“汤圆要出锅了。”

说到文明礼仪，我想到了一个故事。有一次，列宁同志下楼，在楼梯狭窄的过道上，正碰见一个女工端着一盆水上楼。那女工一看是列宁，就要退回去给让路。列宁阻止她说：“不必这样，你端着东西已走了半截，而我现在空手，请你先过去吧!”他把“请”字说得很响亮，很亲切。然后自己紧靠着墙，让女工上了楼，他才下楼。在这里我不想过多地举伟人的例子，因为这很容易令大家产生一种错觉：认为文明礼仪只是伟人、名人才具备，那么我们将无需为自己或多或少的不文明言行而愧疚;或者认为即使践行了文明的要求，也并不因之成为伟人、名人。我们不但要有讲道德的大人物，我们更需要一群有道德的民众。

Let’s just imagine that there was an old lady. What she sees was her neighbors’ being mean again while not how kind they were when they took care of her sick body. What she saw was her dog’s annoying barking while not how much loyalty it had shown.What she saw was always so depressing that it finally turned her into an unpleasant person. Think about how our life would be if we stand in her shoe.
Why don’t we focus our attention on how much we’ve already got in stead? You know it’s really simple to do as there’s a tremendous amount of examples. Like the popular Jetpack Joy Ride on your Iphone， you can enjoy it whenever you like， whereas in some poor area people don’t even know such thing as Iphone.
Actually we should be thankful about the richness we’ve got， thankful that with each sunrise taking place we don’t need to starve to call it a day， thankful that the people we love are still in health， that we still got much to hold on. As a saying on website，” The world is tough， but I’m tougher.” What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
Every day is a gift from life， all we need is to accept it， cherish the lessons life has taught us， so as to achieve our goal with high spirit. In this way， someday when we leave the world， we leave no regrets.

说到文明礼仪，我想到了一个故事。有一次，列宁同志下楼，在楼梯狭窄的过道上，正碰见一个女工端着一盆水上楼。那女工一看是列宁，就要退回去给让路。列宁阻止她说：“不必这样，你端着东西已走了半截，而我现在空手，请你先过去吧!”他把“请”字说得很响亮，很亲切。然后自己紧靠着墙，让女工上了楼，他才下楼。在这里我不想过多地举伟人的例子，因为这很容易令大家产生一种错觉：认为文明礼仪只是伟人、名人才具备，那么我们将无需为自己或多或少的不文明言行而愧疚;或者认为即使践行了文明的要求，也并不因之成为伟人、名人。我们不但要有讲道德的大人物，我们更需要一群有道德的民众。
一个社会的公共文明水平，可以折射出一个国家的文明程度，一个人如果不遵守公共文明，小的会影响自身形象，大的会影响国家声誉。在清朝的时候，大臣李鸿章出使俄国，在一个公开场合，恶习发作，随地吐了一口痰，被外国记者大加渲染、嘲弄，丢尽了中国人的脸。这就是一个不遵守公共文明的历史教训。
我们从小接受文明礼仪的教育，很多同学都可以滔滔不绝地大谈文明礼仪。可是看见校园中随处丢弃的饮料瓶、食品包装袋，听着某些同学口中吐出的脏话，怎能不教人痛心疾首呢!明代大学者王守仁说“知是行的主意，行是知的功夫;知是行之始，行是知之成;知和行是一个本体、一个功夫。知而不行，只是未知。”我们接受文明礼仪的教育，自己却吝于履行、甚至反其道而行之，这跟从来没有接受社会教育有什么区别!

小草因为其出土前的奋力一搏，而感受到了春天的爱抚；雄鹰因为其飞翔前的奋力一搏，而感受到了天际的广阔；鲤鱼因为其越跃过龙门前的奋力一搏，而看到了龙门那面的美丽景色……自然界如此，人生亦如此，我们只有拼搏，才可以使自己的生命之路变得更加辉煌
就像那句话说的：“做功不同，人生将绘出不同高度的抛物线。”人生短暂，为了使我们的抛物线变得更高，那么，我们就要付出艰苦的拼搏。从古至今，经过拼搏成伟绩的人不胜枚举，我们从他们的背后，看到的是拼搏，是奋斗，是汗水。是啊，”不经一番彻骨寒，怎得梅花扑鼻香”？
音乐家贝多芬，很小的时候就饱受疾病的折磨，二十六岁时，还不幸失去了听觉，可是这位伟大的作曲家，并没有因为这种种困难而气馁，而是发出了“要扼住命运的喉咙”的吼叫，凭借着他拼搏的精神，努力的向上攀登，最后，终于登上了他人生抛物线的点。
法国作家巴尔扎克，虽然生活条件不好，可是却立下了：“彼以剑峰创其始者，我以笔锋竟其业。”的远大志向。为了达到这个目的，他努力奋斗，最终写成了《人间喜剧》等作品，站在了自己用拼搏艰辛一点一点绘出的美丽抛物线的点。
徐霞客顽强，不怕危险，一生在外游览40多年，写成了著作《徐霞客游记》，为后人留下了宝贵的地理资源；李时珍，司马迁等等，这些伟人们的成功，背后隐藏的，难道不是拼搏，不是努力，不是奋斗吗？古往今来，这样的事例举不胜举，也许就发生在我们身边。
在求知的过程中，我们多多少少会遇到一些“拦路虎”；有的人会采取消极悲观的态度，立刻打退堂鼓，而有的人则会勇于向上，与“拦路虎”做斗争。最终，那些临阵退缩的人，将会一败涂地，且一事无成；而那些勇于向上，勇于拼搏的人因此走上了成功之道，获得了成功的喜悦……

曾经有一句话：一个人16岁没有理想，一个人60岁还有理想，都是可怕的事情。后半句未必对，60岁的人为什么不可以拥有理想？但前半句一定正确，缺少理想的烛照，生命一定暗淡无光。对许多人而言，理想是青少年时代的办生物。随着年龄的增长，阅历的增加，理想慢慢风化了，剥蚀了，或者被实际的、实在的、实惠的欲望所替代。当现实的闷棍不由分说地打来，最乖巧的应对或许就是放弃吧——放弃曾经的追索，放弃曾经的执着。
在灰暗的天空下沮丧的低头，说“我认输了”，或者说，我答应用手中的钻石“交换你递过来的玻璃。”在我看来，理想好比一件可以用来御寒的衣服。人生拥有了这件衣服，就不至于在凄风苦雨中瑟瑟发抖。如果说成长是一辈子的事，那么，理想也应该相伴人生每一天。理想活着，痛苦就有了慷慨的分担者。好的理想像爱情，温暖寒苦的人生；像信仰，烛照暗淡的青春。

校园内不追跑打闹。楼道及教室不进行各种体育活动，右行礼让，上下楼时不跑、不推、不逗、不闹、不拥挤，防止事故的发生。
2.注意体育课及课间的运动安全 。体育课听从老师管理，按照老师要求，认真做好准备活动。
3.注意饮食安全。不吃三无食品(无生产厂家、无生产日期、无保质期)，不买无照商贩食品，预防食物中毒。
4.注意交通安全。上下学时学校门口人多车多，过路时要特别小心，眼观六路，耳听八方，防止意外事故的发生。

You see, Thomas Edison is optimistic; if not, the light of hope in his heart could not illuminate the whole world. Alfred Nobel is optimistic; if not, the explosives and the prestigious Nobel Prize would not have come into being. And Lance Armstrong is also optimistic; if not, the devil of cancer would have devoured his life and the world would not see a 5-time winner of the Tour De France.
A rose may be beautiful, or maybe not; that depends on your attitude only, and so does success, so does life. Hindrances and difficulties do exist, but if you are optimistic, then they are only episodes on your long way to the throne of success; they are more bridges than obstacles! Now I prefer to end my speech with the great British poet Shelley’s lines: “If winter comes, can spring be far behind?” Thank you!

在小精灵们走了后，人们立刻就开始了砍伐树木的行动。
过了一天、两天、三天……
经过人们不休不止的工作，树木很快就被砍伐光了。接着，人们就利用这些树木，盖成了一座座房子，在里面住了下来。
可是，几天过后，人们发现他们做错了。自从没了小精灵们，人们的生活已经没了快乐，没了健康。以前，小精灵们在时，他们的天空是光明的，是明亮的，可是现在没了小精灵们，他们的天空就变得暗淡无光;以前，小精灵们在时，他们饮用的是雨露，可是现在没了小精灵们，他们就只好喝肮脏的河水;以前，小精灵们在时，他们可以吃到煮熟的鲜美食物，可是现在没了小精灵们，他们只好吃生的食物。
人们很想挽回这件事。可是，小精灵们都已经走了，树也已经被砍了，还有什么办法呢?
于是，人们决定，派出一个人去找小精灵们。这时，一个叫乐乐的小男孩自告奋勇地说：“大家让我去吧!”可是，人们却有点不相信这个小男孩乐乐的能力。就在人们争论时，乐乐的妈妈说了一句话：“我想……小精灵会相信乐乐的。”村长也说：“那么，就让乐乐去吧，我们应该相信他。”经过村长一说，人们也就答应了下来，并让小男孩第二天出发。

it’s necessary, that you get the losers out of your life, if you want to live your dream. but people who are running towards their dreams, life has a special kind of meaning. when you become the ‘right-person’, what you do is you start separating yourself from other people you begin to have a certain uniqueness, as long as you follow other people, as long as you are being a ‘copy-cat’, you will never ever be the best copy-cat in the world but you will be the best you can be!
i challenge you to define your value.
everybody won’t see it, everybody won’t join you, everybody won’t have the vision…it’s necessary to know that you are an uncommon breed. it’s necessary that you align yourself with people a-n-d attract people into your business, who are hungry, people who are unstoppable a-n-d unreasonable, people who are refusing to live life just as it is a-n-d who want mo-re!
the people that are living their dreams are parting with winners, to attach themselves to the a-n-d the people who are living their dreams are the people that know that if it’s going to happen it’s up to them!
if you want to be mo-re successful, if you want to have a-n-d do stuff you never done before then i’m asking you to invest in you! someone’s opinion of you does not have to become your reality. you don’t have to go through life being a victim. a-n-d even though you face disappointments, you have to know within yourself that ‘i can do this, even if no one else sees it for me, i must see it for myself!’
no matter how bad it is, how hard it gets, say to yourself, i’m going to make it!
i wanna represent an idea. i wanna represent possibilities. some of you right now, you wanna go to the next level. you wanna be a civil engineer, you wanna council, you wanna be a doctor.
listen to me: you can’t get to that level. you can’t get to that level until you start to invest in your mind.
i dare you to invest in your mind.
i dare you to invest time. i dare you to be alone. i dare you to spend an hour alone to get to know yourself. i challenge you to get to a place where people do not like o-r do not even bother you anymore. why? because you’re not concerned with making them happy anyway. because you’re trying to blow up. you’re trying to get to the next level. because you’re investing in your mind.
if you’re still talking about your dream a-n-d your goals but you have not done anything just take the first step.
you can make your parents proud, you can make your school proud you can touch millions of people’s lives a-n-d the world will never be the same again because you came this way. don’t let anybody steal your dream!
after we face a rejection a-n-d a “no” o-r we have a meeting a-n-d no one shows up, o-r somebody says “you can count on me” a-n-d they don’t come through, what if we have that kind of attitude that cause reposes, nobody believes in you, you’ve lost again, a-n-d again, the lights are cut off but you are still looking at your dream, reviewing it everyday a-n-d saying to yourself: it’s not over until i win!
you can live your dream!

大多数人整日里只为养家糊口而奔忙，庸庸碌碌了此一生，他们放弃了成长和自致的机会，放弃了施展才华、挑战自我的可能。很多人因此而满腹牢骚、怨天尤人，可他们不愿意有所作为、改变现状，大部分人没有实现梦想的斗志，为什么?
一是害怕失败，“如果到头来一场空怎么办?”
二是担忧成功，“如果到时候我做不了呢?”
他们都是看客，不是冒险者!
你用了太多的时间去跟随别人，花了太多的心思让人们认可你、喜欢你，你对他人的了解胜过了解你自己，你会琢磨、探究他们的心思，你想跟他们聚在一起，你只想跟他们一样，因为你在他们身上投入了太多，你都忘了你自己是谁，你能不能自主支配你的时间?
把失败者赶出你的生活圈子，这样你才能更好地去实现你的梦想，对于追求梦想的人来说，他的人生意义与众不同。当你成为了这样的人，你会开始脱离其他人的生活轨迹，开始展现自己的独特和个性，如果你继续亦步亦趋地跟随他人，甘愿做一个盲目的模仿者，你永远没有出人头地的时候，反之，你可以成为最好的你!
我建议你界定下自己的价值，其他人看不见这个，他们也不会加入你的人生，因为他们看不到……你要知道你不是普通的看客，你要招引志同道合的人携手同行，你们追求梦想的脚步无可阻挡，你们拒绝满足现状!追求，永不停歇!勇于追求梦想的人是未来的成功者。他们知道成功与否只在于他们自己。
如果你想取得更大的成功，拥有或者从事前所未有的事业，那么我建议你对自己投资! 旁人对你的看法不能成为你迁就的理由。
你不需要一辈子被旁人所左右，即便你自己遭遇种.种挫折，你要确信，我可以克服，即使没有人看好我，我自己要清醒看到!不管过程有多么的曲折、艰辛，你都要对自己说，我会走到终点!我想实现自己的想法、探索各种可能性，你们在座的有些人想进入更好的层次：有的想当律师，有的想成为土木工程师，有的想当医生。我想说，你进不了那个层次，除非你开始投资你的头脑。你要投资于你自己的头脑，你要投入更多的时间，你要学会与自己相处，每天花一个小时来了解你自己。你要去他人不喜欢或打扰不到你的地方，因为你将不用再费心去取悦他们，你要力争上游、进入更好的层次，你要投资给你自己的头脑，即便你每天大谈自己的理想抱负，但你什么也没做。

my great pleasure to share my dream with you today. my dream is to become a teacher.

I dream that one day， I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life。 With my favorite fictions， I lie freely on the green grass， smelling the spring， listening to the wind singing， breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last。 Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction。
