法制建设一直在我国发展中处于举足轻重的地位，对被誉为天之骄子的学生来说，加强法制建设更是重中之重。为了加强XX中心小学学生的法律修养，展现我校师生的风采，让同学们能锻炼自己的语言表达能力和面向大众的胆量，在比赛中学习，在比赛中锻炼，在比赛中提高，XX中心小学学生风采，学校决定开展以“法制知识”为内容的演讲比赛。现将有关事宜安排如下：
一、活动目的：
1丰富同学课余生活，活跃校园文化氛围，体现学生风华正茂的精神状态。
2提高同学们的语言表达能力，开拓同学们的思路，提高演讲水平。
3增强同学法律意识，丰富学生法律知识，加强我校学生的法制风气，提高我校学生的素质，展现我校学子的风采，树立良好的社会形象。
二、活动主题：法在我身边
三、参赛对象：XX中心小学一到六年级学生
四、比赛时间和地点：
时间：20xx年5月18号下午14:00
地点：学校操场
五、比赛形式：
1、比赛采用抽签顺序制，参赛选手按抽签次序依次上台演讲。
2、演讲内容必须与既定主题相符，演讲稿要适合小学生年龄特点。
六、 赛事细则
1、选手确定
一、二年级1人，其它年级2人。各年级于5月12日前将本班选手名单及演讲题目送交到叶倩如手中，由叶倩如、侯丽萍负责参赛选手的抽签决定出场顺序，顺序表在第二天发到各个班主任手中。
2、比赛要求
(1)着装庄重整齐(2)要用普通话 (3)演讲内容符合这次比赛的主题 (4)服从工作人员安排
3、由学校男教师，在18日上午下课之后布置好会场、演讲台。(包括悬挂横幅)
4、各班班主任负责纪律的维护，其他科任老师必须全部到班协助班主任的工作。
5、所需器材：音响，相机，计算器，卡纸、笔、话筒、评分表、横幅。
七、比赛规则：
1、演讲为无命题演讲，内容积极向上，感情真挚
2、参赛选手到会场后在签到处签到,比赛正式开始后20分钟不到者视为弃权
3、参赛选手根据签到顺序依次上台演讲
4、演讲时间为3到5分钟，少于或超时均适当扣分，当选手演讲时间不足30秒是，提醒人员在台下示意。
5、要求选手用普通话演讲,语言表达生动流畅
6、比赛设有仲裁委员会，如果遇见分数相同，或突发情况将最终由委员会裁定。
7、本次比赛分为低年级组(包括一、二、三年级)设定4个获奖名额，其中一等奖1名、二等奖1名、三等奖2名，优秀奖若干，高年级组设定6个获奖名额，其中一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖3名，优秀奖若干。

8、比赛获奖选手将由校长及侯丽萍主任颁发奖状及相关奖品。
八、比赛流程安排：
1布置会场，接待评委嘉宾。
2主持人开场白后宣布比赛正式开始。
3参赛者按照抽签结果依次上台演讲。
4登记员算分数。后一个选手演讲完后，主持人宣布前一个参赛选手比赛结果。
5颁发奖品。
6整理物品清理会场。
九、评分标准：
(一)内容
主题(15分)：主题明确、深刻，观点正确、鲜明，见解独到
材料(10分):材料真实典型、新颖。反映客观事实，具有普遍意义。
结构(15分):结构完整合理、层次分明，构思巧妙，引人入胜
(二)表达
语言(25分)：包括语音的规范性和语言的流畅性
感染力(20分)：包括演讲本身的情感流露和演讲技巧的体现
形象(15分)：着装整洁美观，佩戴红领巾，仪态端庄大方，举止自然得体，体现朝气蓬勃的精神风貌，上下场致意，答谢。
(三)注：注意演讲时间。不足时或超时，在总分中酌情减分。脱稿演讲可适当加分，不脱稿也不扣分。

no other words were needed any more! i started practicing and rehearsing once again, paying special attention to those little things that i used to ignore. as a consequence, my overall performance was quickly elevated to a new high! without much trouble, in another singing contest held months later, i won!
what do i learn from this experience? never give up lightly! life's full of opportunities, and lots of them! to realize your dreams and fulfill your potential, you must learn to work hard and smart and steer your lifeboat wisely! as a li ling's sportswear commercial goes “everything is possible!” but not without sweat, devotion, and tears sometimes!

If we take into account the cost of living in Shanghai (including accommodation, transport and telecommunications), it would appear that the salary of these graduates is barely enough to cover their basic needs . The purpose of this article is to better understand the current unemployment of young graduates, beyond any proposals being put forward in the context of higher education reform.

2、班级宣传：通过在全校范围内召开班会进行班级宣传，加深本次活动的影响力
3、校园广播：活动前期，运用校园广播对本次活动进行全面细致地宣传
4、网络宣传：在校园网以及院会网站刊登本次活动的通知、流程、以及合作伙伴等，可以引起全院师生的全面关注。
5、海报宣传：在各个宣传栏内分批次的张贴本次活动的海报，公布比赛的进展及结果。

演讲比赛活动策划(篇四)
一、活动目的
为了提高系广大学生的口才修养和综合素质、扩展学生的业余文化生活。更是推动我校素质教育，营造浓厚的学习氛围且为大学生提供一个学习和交流的平台，共同进步。校方决定举办“青春无限好”主题演讲比赛。
二、活动主题：“青春无限好”主题演讲
三、参赛选手要求：
（1）在校学生，性别年龄不限
（2）主题由承办单位选定后，题目自选，要求内容积极、健康、向上。
（3）如有背景音乐，则自带光碟。（4）自备服装和道具
四、参赛人数：
选拔赛自由报名，每个系2—3人
五、时间及有关场地安排：
时间：20xx年3月28日中午12：00报名截止（逾期作弃权处理，通过电子邮件形式报名以收到确定邮件为准）
4月1日公布录音选拔赛名单
4月3日录音选拔，根据报名情况分批进行
4月5日上午公布录音选拔前12名名单，同时，中午12：00进行演讲抽签，公布命题演讲题目（地点待定）
4月9日交演讲稿（电子版，打印版）、电子版照片到联系人处
4月11日星期四晚7：00（演讲比赛）
地点：广播站（录音选拔）2楼报告厅（演讲比赛）
六、比赛环节
比赛分为两个环节：录音选拔及演讲比赛。
1）录音选拔：
录音选拔出英语发音纯正、有英语演讲才能的人，其前12名参加演讲比赛。
2）演讲比赛：
（1）比赛流程：
比赛由二部分组成：
a、先进行命题演讲（限时3分钟），命题演讲结束后，评委提问1—2个问题，选手回答限时1分钟。
b、即兴演讲（选手准备30秒，回答限时2分钟）；其中命题演讲是参赛者围绕我们的主题在比赛前选好文章进行演讲。即兴演讲是现场抽题现场回答。评委们用英语提问，可以是与主题有关的或是演讲者在演讲过程中涉及的问题或是评委感兴趣的问题，参赛者用英文回答，这考察了选手们的应变能力和对英语的运用能力。
（2）评分标准：（满分100分）
●仪表形象：（20分）1）着装整齐，大方得体。（10分）2）姿态自然，动作适度。（10分）
●演讲内容：（50分）3）主题鲜明，符合主题内容。（25分）4）内容充实，事例动人，贴近生活，富有鲜明的时代感。（15分）5）行文流畅，用词精练，详略得当。（10分）
●语言艺术：（30分）6）发音标准，流利。（10分）7）节奏处理得当，技巧运用自如。（10分）8）表现力、应变能力强，能活跃气氛，引起高潮。（10分）
（3）评分规则：评委明确给出每部分评分（评分为整数），由工作人员进行最后加总，去掉最高分与最低分，取平均分为选手比赛成绩，按成绩排名分别获一、二、三等奖。最佳台风奖和最受欢迎奖由评委票选得出（如票数相同则得分高者获奖）
七、奖项设立：
一等奖1名（同时获英语之星称号）二等奖2名三等奖3名鼓励奖若干名
同时在此比赛中设立最佳台风奖，最受欢迎奖各一名。（此奖项与上述奖项不冲突）
颁奖：比赛结束后，颁发获奖证书和奖品
八、宣传准备工作
1）3月18日将此活动通知各院系分团委研分会，希望各院系协助组织有此方面特长的同学报名参加，每个学院推荐2～3位同学。
2）通过我校团委、学生会向学院团委、学生会发邀请函，协助报名。
3）3月19日起将张贴“青春无限好”主题演讲比赛海报在BBS上发贴，宣布大赛报名正式开始。报名截止于3月28日中午12：00。
4）做好宣传工作。
5）3月28日左右将再一次张贴海报
6）4月3日左右进行初赛。
九、主持人的选定（组委会负责）
比赛选男女主持人各一名
十、评委和嘉宾的邀请：（组委会理事负责）
1）邀请7个评委参加比赛的评选工作，其中最好有一两个外教，其中一个外教在比赛后做点评
2）邀请相关院系领导或辅导员，校学生会主管领导做出席大赛嘉宾
3）嘉宾和评委可做颁奖人
4）所有评委和嘉宾在11月8号前确定
十一、比赛内容和资料
1）录音选拔赛的资料由总策划收集整理并审核确认。
2）决赛即兴演讲资料由总策划收集整理制作，
3）为保密起见，不能让其他人知晓。
4）录音选拔资料在11月2号前确定，决赛现场抽题资料在11月9号前做好。
5）以上两人如果参加比赛，则另选人负责。
