相信自己做到勇敢。大多数人都可以做到自信。但有时在遇到困难时，便急着否定自己。认为这是不可能完成的。我一定做不到。“万事开头难”，困难是必然存在的。但只要我们迈出勇敢的第一步。也许我们就会发现。一切是那么的顺其自然。一定要相信自己。困难来了就迎难而上。坎坷来了就爬起来，继续向前走。有些事只是想想都难。但坚持下去。敢于挑战。愿意承担失败的勇气。回过头来。这是一段多么宝贵的经历啊。

自信是种能力，自负是个包袱。但自信并不是一个可以无极限增值的东西。一旦自信得到了界限。就会转为自负。相当于背了一次沉重的包袱。这可能会让我们变得沾沾自喜。看不起比自己差的人。那么在平时我们获得多数赞赏时。便要常常检查一下。看自己是否背上了这个包袱。如果有一定要及时放下。认清自己有几斤几两。努力的提升自己。这样才能有更加自信的资本啊。

并且，相信你自己，便不要轻易被别人左右情绪。自信带给我们的力量。定不会被他人所轻易影响。相信自己吧，别害怕未来要经历的。你觉得难只是一个设想而已，都还未出发，未经历未尝试。怎知我们不行呢?

还有一次，我们学校举行运动会，当时我在由于自己是否报名，有许多同学建议我别去。这时，我想退缩，但是一股莫名的力量在我心里告诉我，不能放弃，要相信自己，一定能够胜利的。终于，我选项饿了相信自己，在比赛中，我超常发挥，最终胜利了。

生命是我们最宝贵的东西。这是我们的未来。如果我们失去了它，我们将失去一切。生活是最容易被忽视的东西。我们把生活看得太平凡，我们常常忘记所有我们习惯的东西。所以，人们原则上知道生命的重要性，但实际上却经常做一些浪费生命的事情，比如抽烟，酗酒，不注意卫生，小学生上网等等。有很多人忙于虚荣心，却不愿意花时间让生活快乐，做一些事情来实现生活本身的价值。往往是在我们的生命真的受到威胁的时候，我们才珍惜生命，生命是不可替代的。
