境界，顾名思义就是思想上升的高度。境界有大有小。世间的大者，远远超乎我们的想象;世间的小者，也同样远远超乎我们的想象。因为真正的大小不仅仅在眼界之中，还在人的心智之中;它绝不单纯是一种文学描写中的境界，更多的时候，它表现的为生活里面很多实用的规则。简单地说来，大小就是人的思想的宽度、深度和广度。一个人的境界高低反映在他的志向、他的思想、他的生活上，而这些总总决定了他的觉悟、他以后人生的道路，也必然决定和影响着他的一生成就作为。
在童话世界中，《丑小鸭》是我们耳熟能详的故事。丑小鸭在一个养鸭场破壳而出，因为生就一副丑陋的尊容，终日被其他鸭子嘲笑，被主人嫌弃。终于有一日，丑小鸭飞过篱笆逃走了。丑小鸭离家出走是被迫的，因为不仅周围的人不喜欢他，就连他的兄弟姐妹也欺负他。他在野鸭群中受排挤，又目睹了雁被猎人打死的悲惨场面，最后死里逃生。在农家小屋，他虽然也受嘲弄，也被人看不起，但已经有了一个可以生存的“温暖的屋子”，“有了一些朋友”，他应该满足了。我们设想一下，如果当时丑小鸭的境界是只要有一个可以生存的“温暖的屋子”，“有了一些朋友”，那么毫无疑问的，他就会留在了农家小屋，甘心当一只碌碌无为、再平凡不过的鸭子了，也就不会有了后来美丽的白天鹅。但是他偏不，他不愿意享受这种“安逸”，他要到更广大的世界里去。因为他的境界不至于此，他要去奋斗去实现自己活着的价值，他要证明自己的尊严。于是他走了，他可以按照自己喜欢的方式生活了，他见到那永远也不会忘记的美丽的天鹅了。后来，严冬到了，他虽然几乎被冻死，但当他仰慕的天鹅飞回来时，他不顾一切地朝他们飞去。于是，他发现，自己已经变成一只美丽的白天鹅了。试想，在已经有了相对安逸的生活以后，他如果不思进取，不再追求，他怎么能得到最终的幸福生活呢?
可见，境界的高低深刻的影响了人的成就。但独有高的境界也是不够的，拥有长远的境界也是很重要的。
中国历来有句俗语，是这样说的“宁可做鸡头，不可做凤尾。”意思就是宁可做鸡群中的领袖，也不去做凤凰群中的跟班。对于这句话，我本人是很不以为然的。在鸡群中与在凤凰群中的境界本身就是一种质的区别。试想，一只鸡，它为能在鸡群中做领导而沾沾自喜时，它本身也就注定是可悲的。于是它终其一生，兢兢业业，保有自己在鸡群中的地位，但无奈它尽管有着在鸡群中显赫的地位，但从本质上来说它还是一只普普通通、平凡到不能再平凡的鸡，永远都逃脱不了被人按上砧板的时候。也曾看过这样一个故事：一只小鸟掉了队，误打误撞跟上了一群凤凰。它发觉本人从未飞得如此之高，从未那么靠近日出的灿烂，日落的余晖。于是它的境界变了，它决心要做一只凤凰，它开始努力拍打着翅膀跟上凤凰的队伍。不久之后，它惊讶的发现自己的翅膀长硬可，羽毛也变成火红色的了。地上还有人指着它说：“看，凤凰!”许许多多人都渴望成为凤凰，不过又能有多少人能坚持起初在凤凰群中的卑微。于是许多人宁可选择了高傲的鸡头，将自己的境界一再的放低，于是不管他们之前的身份是什么，最终他们都通通沦为一只庸俗的“鸡”。从表面上看起来，似乎是做鸡头当领袖要远比做凤凰的跟班这种境界高得多了，但从长远上来说，这种自以为是实在是太愚蠢了。因为在凤尾之中，人有理想就会在竞争中慢慢让自己进步、成长，于是终有一日他也能成为一只高贵骄傲的凤凰，永远脱离了被人当下酒菜的命运，能够走上了一个崭新的人生舞台。
通常在人类社会上崇高的成就，其本身成就的缔造者的境界更是深不可测。马克思一生参考了各国古典哲学史、古典经济学史、唯物辩证学史，呕心沥血数十载写成了《马克思宣言》，发起工人运动，领导世界工人武装。即使因此多国的反对人士都对他憎恶不已，几欲除之而后快，同时生活面临穷困潦倒，但他也是从不曾放弃的，甚至到了他生命的最后一刻。正如于丹曾说过“人生至高的境界是一种灵魂生活，这种灵魂生活是主善的。”是，最高的境界成就了崇高、不朽的作为，灵魂早已超脱了肉体所要达到的求真境界，这是一种永恒、一种真善。

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《安全自护》。
安全，这是两个熟悉的词！他一直在我们身边，因为安全是最美好的永恒，是生命之花，有了生命，世界才会变得多彩，安全是永恒的前提。
安全确实是一个环节，连接着方方面面，校园安全，交通安全，消防安全等等。因此，我们必须清醒地认识到“安全不是小事”。
可能有的同学会说“不要紧张，注意安全就好！”事实上，生活的道路上有许多安全隐患，各种威胁伴随着我们：食物中毒、交通事故、触电、溺水、抢劫等。那么，朋友，以上结果的根本原因是什么呢？就是我们青少年缺乏安全意识，自我保护能力差。
应该怎么做才能防止我们脆弱的生命像花朵一样容易枯萎？以下是我对安全和自我保护的建议。
一、饮食：
不要在没有卫生许可证的小摊上买食物，也不要吃发霉的食物。洗完就吃水果蔬菜，不喝生水或不卫生的水，养成良好的卫生习惯，饭前饭后洗手，加强体育锻炼，坚持早餐、午餐、晚餐吃好。
二、溺水预防：
游泳一定要大人陪。你不能未经允许就下水，或者一群学生可以在没有人知道的情况下在河里游泳。我们的大多数青少年死于溺水，所以我们在游泳时必须格外小心（由成年人陪同），如果我们发现腿抽筋或
如果身体不适，立即上岸。当有人掉进河里时，不要冲进水里救人，而是呼救或找一根更长的棍子把他或她拖上来。
三、交通安全：
永远记得在右边开车。夏天，尤其是中午，烈日炎炎。上学的时候自然会觉得很阳光，所以会骑到绿荫路左边，极其危险。放学后，不要和同学并排骑在路上，也不要追着玩，这样可以提高自己的交通安全意识。

一是增强计划性。“凡事预则立，不预则废”。我们的同学也要针对所剩的100天认真制定“百日冲刺计划书”，在这一百天，我该怎么学？如何学？对于自由支配的时间该怎样合理利用？哪段时间写语数外，哪段时间做物理化学，哪段时间看政治历史等，要做到心中有数，确保在规定时间内完成规定任务，以提高效率，保正实效。
二是加强反思和总结。这一点对于复习来说尤为重要。一轮，二轮复习的一个重要特点是要求同学们及时整理、总结所学的每一章、每一课或每一单元的知识，形成面，连成线，织成网，把握知识间的内在联系。对于单元练习和综合练习上的题目，特别是做错的题目，最好摘录到错题集上，予以认真的反思，领悟，并注意把它们与以前做过的题目加以比较，对照，以求举一反三，触类旁通。
三是把握每一个细节。细节决定成败，过程决定结果。我们要立足做好眼前的小事，用好每一个早读，上好每一节课，弄懂每一个题目，不放过每一个疑点，通过点点滴滴的积累，去登上中考成功的阶梯。
第三、希望同学们要有吃苦耐劳的精神和品质。有人把初三比作“苦难的天堂”，我要说，剩下的100天大家更要做好吃大苦的准备，要抛弃一切幻想，丢掉一切侥幸，排除一切干扰，埋头苦学，为了实现我们心中的目标，我们要鼓足勇气，迎难而上，苍天不负苦心人，大家最终一定会得到丰厚的回报。

戚大哥有着贤惠的妻子和一个上幼儿园的女儿彤彤。去年秋天，戚大哥的妻子带女儿到大西北去玩，同行的还有一对来自河北的母女，那家的女孩名叫柯涵，两个年龄相仿女孩玩在一起，像一对小姐妹。然而，在一处景区附近过斑马线时，一辆货车撞倒了柯涵和她的母亲，母亲当场死亡，柯涵身受重伤。在感到痛心的同时，让戚大哥夫妇担心的是，彤彤看到了事发全过程。
孩子当场没有哭，但好几天没说话。回威海后，彤彤常常在噩梦中惊醒。后来，夫妻俩带孩子看了心理医生，孩子才慢慢有所好转。几个月后，恢复了正常。
有一天傍晚，戚大哥要去接几位客户，之前还要去幼儿园接彤彤。一路上，戚大哥心里有事儿，过斑马线时是能抢就抢。正当他盘算着晚上的饭局时，女儿突然开了口：“爸爸，你过斑马线时为什么不慢一点?”戚大哥随口说：“爸爸一会儿有事儿，小孩别管。”彤彤的下一句话让戚大哥一下子愣住了。她说：“爸爸，当时柯涵和她妈妈被车撞的时候，那车开得还没有你现在开得快呢!”

中华民族自古就是礼仪之邦，世代相传的文明礼仪是我们的骄傲和财富。而现如今，随着生活水平的日益提高，一些不文明、不健康的现象时有发生。例如：随处乱扔垃圾、随地吐痰、公共场合大声喧哗、过马路闯红灯等等。勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。我们要于细微之处体现我们一小人的文明礼仪素质！
春天，小草发出绿芽；春天，垂柳抽出新枝；春天，小鸟叽叽喳喳把歌唱……春天是一篇美好的乐章。四月，正是春季踏青出行的好时机，但在快乐的同时，我们也不要忘记“文明”二字，在这里，我向全体同学发起倡议：
1、请不要在公共场所丢弃果皮杂物。即使需要走得远一点，也要不要将垃圾桶当成摆设。
2、请不要随地吐痰。随身携带一点卫生纸，吐在纸里再投入垃圾箱。
3、请爱护公共场所的公用电话、邮箱、报栏、座椅等等。它们不仅方便了别人，也方便了我们自己。需要我们每个人爱护。
4、请遵守交通守则。等红灯时不要越过斑马线，坚决不闯红灯、不乱穿马路，这很危险，更不文明。
5、请做到自觉排队。候车要排队，购物要排队，先来后到依次来。
6、外出游玩就餐时，要随身携带一个垃圾袋，把所有垃圾都带走，不要随意扔在草地上。
7、尽量少使用塑料瓶装矿泉水，用水瓶携带白开水是既经济又环保的好办法。
8、在公共场合不喧哗吵闹，不乱跑乱跳，举止文明，行为得体。
9、乘坐公交车时，要主动给老人和行动不便的人让座。
我想同学们在今后的出行中一定能做个文明的小市民，做个讲礼貌的好学生。让我们从现在做起，从自己做起，从点点滴滴的小事做起，养成良好的文明习惯，做文明学生，管住我们的口，不随地吐痰；管住我们的手，不乱扔垃圾；管住我们的脚，不践踏花草。让我们共同创造一个美好的校园。

with the further development of the whole world， the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important。 we are indeed from different nations， but we are the citizens of the same world， so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth。the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no。 what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture。 only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture。 only by educating can we preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us。

可如果你失去了文明，你就是彻彻底底的失败，因为你已经失去了做人的基本原则和道德底线。
文明涵盖了人与人、人与社会、人与自然之间的关系。它的主要作用，一是追求个人道德完善，二是维护公众利益、公共秩序。
说到文明礼仪，我想到了一个故事。有一次，列宁同志下楼，在楼梯狭窄的过道上，正碰见一个女工端着一盆水上楼。那女工一看是列宁，就要退回去给让路。列宁阻止她说：“不必这样，你端着东西已走了半截，而我现在空手，请你先过去吧!”他把“请”字说得很响亮，很亲切。然后自己紧靠着墙，让女工上了楼，他才下楼。在这里我不想过多地举伟人的例子，因为这很容易令大家产生一种错觉：认为文明礼仪只是伟人、名人才具备，那么我们将无需为自己或多或少的不文明言行而愧疚;或者认为即使践行了文明的要求，也并不因之成为伟人、名人。我们不但要有讲道德的大人物，我们更需要一群有道德的民众。
一个社会的公共文明水平，可以折射出一个国家的文明程度，一个人如果不遵守公共文明，小的会影响自身形象，大的会影响国家声誉。在清朝的时候，大臣李鸿章出使俄国，在一个公开场合，恶习发作，随地吐了一口痰，被外国记者大加渲染、嘲弄，丢尽了中国人的脸。这就是一个不遵守公共文明的历史教训。
我们从小接受文明礼仪的教育，很多同学都可以滔滔不绝地大谈文明礼仪。可是看见校园中随处丢弃的饮料瓶、食品包装袋，听着某些同学口中吐出的脏话，怎能不教人痛心疾首呢!明代大学者王守仁说“知是行的主意，行是知的功夫;知是行之始，行是知之成;知和行是一个本体、一个功夫。知而不行，只是未知。”我们接受文明礼仪的教育，自己却吝于履行、甚至反其道而行之，这跟从来没有接受社会教育有什么区别!

I think of a few solutions to this problem. First of all, when you find out that you are not in the mood to do anything but feeling sad, the first thing you have to do is keep yourself busy.Listening a cheerful song would be helpful, at the same time, find something else to do, like cleaning the house, go out for a jogging. Just put yourself in a cheerful and bright environment, nurture some flowers in your room, or keep a pet, the vibrant plants or animal is always a key to open a happy door.
Second, think in a positive way. Many people are tending to think the problem in a bad way, but in fact, things are not always as bad as they think. It is been proved that if people think in the bad side, they are unlikely find the way to solute the problem and feel worse. We should see the bright side while we are in the bad situation, which make us ensure everything is possible, and everything will get better. Then our mood will not be effected by the predicament。
In a world, to be a positive person is not that difficult, since we can master our mind, we should choose a positive over passive. Then life will be better.

我是一只乌鸦，那个冬天是我第二次生命的开始。我不明白，白色的季节为什么赐予我黑色的羽毛，茫莽的阴影搁伤了我的喉咙，“呀——呀”的叫声混淆着空气变成哭泣。
不过单调的生活很快让我习惯自己。
也许我的命运很糟糕，但是我一直过得很真实、纯朴。并整天整夜如此乐观地歌颂我自以为了不起的生活意义，尽管我的歌声使我狼狈——人们把我视为倒霉之物，把我的忠告听成诅咒——如此狼狈。
而我知道，这不过仅仅是黑色的奉予罢了。

树下面有位老人，是乞丐，老人蜷缩在树边，挣扎在生命线的最后。生命是一条线段，有两个端点。起点很欢悦，但终点不一定。几道寒风的镂刻，老人终于在颤抖中死去，但身子便不颤抖了。这是伤悲里的幸福么?我在老人上空盘旋了几圈，然后哀鸣：“呀——呀——”随即下面走过的路人说：“该死的乌鸦。”
其实，我何尝不是在哀悼老人?
我依稀听见星星的歌唱，歌唱老人的轮回。
那些星星的影子，摇曳在老人的明眸里，最后坠落于他的轮回，老人目光呆滞。
这是我的第二轮回，只是还没走到尽头，我懂得这叫浓缩，浓缩在一颗闪烁的星星里。

秦皇岛有一望无际的大海，戏水乐园是最好的观海地点。那儿有金色的沙滩，沙滩上有一些贝和螺，不过这儿的人们见多了，都不去理睬那些贝和螺，这些贝和螺只好寂寞的躺在沙滩上。站在沙滩上远眺，海天一色，分不清何为海，何为天。在远远的海天一色中飘着几朵白云，还飞着和云一样颜色的海鸥。海水不停地拍打着沙滩和礁石，像是温情的母亲用她那细腻柔软的手拍着将睡未睡的孩子。她一点儿也不觉得累，永不停息，永远那么纯洁，永远那么深情，永远那么鲜明，只有自然才有这样的力量!赤脚走在海滩，任海水抚摸，任海风吹拂，脚下软软的，脸上柔柔的，心里爽爽的，没有一丝夏日的炎热。
秦皇岛有蜿蜒陡峭的山峰。联峰山是由三座松林覆盖的山峰组成的，除了山顶的一些亭台楼阁外，这里没有多少人工的点缀，只有峭拔的山岩，缤纷的花木，一望无际的林海。而它并不单调，四周峰峦叠起，百鸟啼啭，让你为大自然的鬼斧神工惊奇不已。站在山顶，海滨的秀丽风光，尽收眼底。

秦皇岛有刺激的娱乐项目。娱乐中心有滑沙和滑草，这两项是秦皇岛的特产游戏。滑沙地点高四十四米，滑沙的速度较慢，在滑的过程中，会溅起很多细沙，真是好玩极了。滑草就不一样了，速度很快，仅仅几秒钟，滑板风驰电掣地滑下来，心里头除了害怕还是害怕，只觉得滑板快要翻了。滑板已经平安地滑了下来，有惊无险，心还在突突地跳，真是又刺激又好玩。
秦皇岛也有历史。秦皇岛因秦始皇来老龙头拜海求仙而得名，老龙头是举世闻名的长城入海处，万里长城的东部起点。老龙头气势恢弘，清朝康熙、乾隆、嘉庆、道光等皇帝均多次来老龙头观海、赋诗。 秦皇岛的景物美不胜收，在秦皇岛的两个星期里，我每天都仿佛在梦幻之中，秦皇岛的点点滴滴都感染着我的心田，我醉了，被秦皇岛的沙漠、碧海、山峰、公园、娱乐、历史而陶醉了。

If you find yourself giving in to negativity, you are selling yourself short. The moment you feel the slightest pain of a negative thought, stop and remind yourself how powerful you are. Do the intentional work of keeping your thoughts positive. Because whatever you always think is where your life will surely and steadily go.

when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

The cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. But again, the cynics are wrong. We care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth.
Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.
As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish.
