埋首于通向成功征途，是必须真真正正埋下去的，这段日子需要休沉下来，静下心来，只有保持心静如水的状态，才能投入最后的冲刺。

我们好比是在乘一辆车前往目的地，沿途的风光很美，很诱人，但是你最好不要为了他们牵扯太多的精力， 而要使目光一直朝着终点的方向看，如果忍不住跳下车去欣赏暂时的美景，这辆车就开走了，也许你会看到另一辆车，也许最后你同样到达目的地，但那也不是你人生准点的时刻了。

摘下来，食之不甜，弃之可惜，所以还是等到收获的季节里再去品尝丰收的喜悦吧!

对于每个人来说，生命都只有一次。注意安全，是善待和珍惜生命的最有效途径。而在现实生活中，并非人人都具有较高的安全意识，甚至可能你还会否认它的重要性，因为虽然你已造成了许多次疏忽，而灾难刚好与你擦肩而过。因此，你就庆幸自己的幸运，甚至会得意忘形地说：“我是个幸运者，灾难和不幸都对我敬而远之。”但是，在你高兴之时，你是否注意到：在我们周围经常有许多人因为自己的疏忽而造成了不可挽回的后果。

下面这些令人触目惊心的例子，就是对我们最有力的警示：

一、中国儿童意外溺水调查报告令我们反思

在中国，意外伤害是0——14岁儿童的首要死因。平均每年全国有近50000名儿童因意外伤害而死亡，平均每天有近150名儿童因意外伤害而失去生命。儿童伤害死亡只是伤害的冰山一角，在每一位死亡者背后，还有着上百儿童因此而终身致残。意外溺水是儿童意外伤害的首要死因，10个因意外伤害而死亡的0——14岁儿童中，有近6个是因为溺水身亡的。当儿童溺水时，2分钟后便会失去意识;4——6分钟后身体便遭受不可逆转的伤害。

二、近来发生的多起溺水事故让人痛心不已

20xx年6月9日，山东省莱芜市，7名初三学生游泳全部溺水身亡;湖南省邵阳市5名小学生游泳全部溺水身亡;黑龙江省哈尔滨市7名学生在松花江游泳，4人溺水身亡。同一天中16名学生溺水死亡，令人十分痛心，为之惋惜。

平时绝大部分人都抱着一种侥幸心理，认为这种倒霉的事不会发生在自己身上，这种想法也曾在那些发生事故的人脑海里呈现过，但偏偏就在他们身上发生了。因此我们千万不要抱着这种侥幸的心理，为了安全起见，同学们应当做好以下几点：

一、注意游泳安全

1、无家长或老师带领不得私自下水游泳;

2、不擅自与同学结伴游泳，不到无安全保障的水域游泳、戏水;

3、努力学习并牢记下发的游泳安全和防溺水知识，遇到突发事件懂得科学求救而不鲁莽行事，增加无谓的伤亡;

4、接受学校和家长的教育，遵守所在学校或者其他教育机构的游泳安全和防溺水管理制度。如遇有人溺水，要找会游泳的成年人，打110或120进行急救，千万不要去盲目施救，学校坚决反对学生下水施救溺水人员。

二、注意校内安全

要注意课间文明游戏，不大声喧哗，不追逐打闹，上下楼梯不奔跑，不嬉戏，不在楼梯口玩耍;上体育课前要作好准备活动，运动时要遵照老师的要求，不剧烈碰撞，不违规运动，防止运动器材伤人，上完体育课，要排着整齐的队伍有秩序地带回教室，不得推搡碰撞;不乱动教室内的电源插座，不要用湿布擦电器开关;信息课上要按规定程序操作电脑。

三、注意交通安全

现在的交通发展比较快，马路上车辆来来往往非常多，在这儿特别提醒同学们，在上放学途中要注意交通安全，也要做好宣传工作，提醒并监督爸爸妈妈注意交通安全。

我们提醒同学们务必做到以下几点：

不在马路上踢球;不在马路中间行走，要走人行道;过马路不得翻越栏杆和隔离栏，注意来往车辆;在十字路口，要做到红灯停、绿灯行;不在公路上骑飞车;乘车时不向窗外招手探头、乘车须抓紧扶手、车上拥挤时注意锐利物品、车停稳后再下车;不骑电动车。

四、注意饮食安全

根据不完全统计，我国每年因溺水死亡的人数大约5、7万，这个数字实在令人吃惊，其中更令人吃惊的是这5、7万的人中，有将近68%是中小学生，可以说，溺水是造成中小学生意外死亡的第一原因。这个死亡数据仅次于自然灾害和意外事故，但是我们要知道的是，自然灾害和意外事故是我们不可控的，而下河游泳这种行为完全是我们可以通过教育和宣传达到有效制止的。在溺亡的人中，有绝大多数是因为相关的安全教育没有做到位。于是，近年来，我们国家有关部门在各个平台都加大了宣传力度，许多河边都有了写着“禁止下河游泳”的警示牌，以提醒人们注意安全。

同学们，比起父辈们，我们这一代的物质条件要更好，接受的教育也更加先进，但许多人对除专业学习外的其他安全教育却忽略掉了，一次次安全事故的发生也是提醒着我们不得不加强安全常识了。

近年来，溺水的相关事故仍然频繁发生，而纵观这些事故发生地点，无一例外都是水塘、水库、水坑、河流等场所。事发中有不少人其实是了解到下河游泳的危险性的，但或许是抱有侥幸心理，或许是对游泳稍微有点了解的，如果是前者，我建议不要拿生命去做赌注。如果是后者，根据相关数据表明，每年溺水的人群里，也有着不在少数的人是会游泳的，因为人的力量毕竟有限，在面对一些突发情况时是完全没有反抗的力气的。

一、关于游泳我们要严格遵守“四不”：

1、未经家长老师同意不去。

2、没有会游泳的成年人陪同不去。

3、深水的地方不去。

4、不熟悉的江溪池塘不去。(当然，也不能到河塘捞鱼摸虾)

二、溺水原因主要有以下几种：

1、不会游泳。

2、游泳时间过长，疲劳过度。

3、在水中突发病尤其是心脏病。

4、盲目游入深水漩涡。

三、如何防溺水：

游泳，是广大青少年喜爱的体育锻炼项目之一。然而，不做好准备、缺少安全防范意识，遇到意外时慌张、不能沉着自救，极易发生溺水伤亡事故。

为了确保游泳安全，防止溺水事故的发生，必须做到以下几点：

1、不要独自一人外出游泳，更不要到不摸底和不知水情或比较危险且宜发生溺水伤亡事故的地方去游泳。选择好的游泳场所，对场所的环境，如该水库、浴场是否卫生，水下是否平坦，有无暗礁、暗流、杂草，水域的深浅等情况要了解清楚。

2、必须要有组织并在老师或熟悉水性的人的带领下去游泳。以便互相照顾。如果集体组织外出游泳，下水前后都要清点人数、并指定救生员做安全保护。

3、要清楚自己的身体健康状况，平时四肢就容易抽筋者不宜参加游泳或不要到深水区游泳。要做好下水前的准备，先活动活动身体，如水温太低应先在浅水处用水淋洗身体，待适应水温后再下水游泳;镶有假牙的同学，应将假牙取下，以防呛水时假牙落入食管或气管。

4、对自己的水性要有自知之明，下水后不能逞能，不要贸然跳水和潜泳，更不能互相打闹，以免喝水和溺水。不要在急流和漩涡处游泳，更不要酒后游泳。

5、在游泳中如果突然觉得身体不舒服，如眩晕、恶心、心慌、气短等，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

6、在游泳中，若小腿或脚部抽筋，千万不要惊慌，可用力蹬腿或做跳跃动作，或用力按摩、拉扯抽筋部位，同时呼叫同伴救助。

7、在游泳中遇到溺水事故时，现场急救刻不容缓，心肺复苏最为重要。将溺水者救上岸后，要立即清除口腔、鼻咽腔的呕吐物和泥沙等杂物，保持呼吸通畅;应将其舌头拉出，以免后翻堵塞呼吸道;将溺水者的腹部垫高，使胸及头部下垂，或抱其双腿将腹部放在急救者肩部，做走动或跳动"倒水"动作。恢复溺水者呼吸是急救成败的关键，应立即进行人工呼吸，可采取口对口或口对鼻的人工呼吸方式，在急救的同时应迅速送往医院救治。

树下面有位老人，是乞丐，老人蜷缩在树边，挣扎在生命线的最后。生命是一条线段，有两个端点。起点很欢悦，但终点不一定。几道寒风的镂刻，老人终于在颤抖中死去，但身子便不颤抖了。这是伤悲里的幸福么?我在老人上空盘旋了几圈，然后哀鸣：“呀——呀——”随即下面走过的路人说：“该死的乌鸦。”

其实，我何尝不是在哀悼老人?

我依稀听见星星的歌唱，歌唱老人的轮回。

秦皇岛有一望无际的大海，戏水乐园是最好的观海地点。那儿有金色的沙滩，沙滩上有一些贝和螺，不过这儿的人们见多了，都不去理睬那些贝和螺，这些贝和螺只好寂寞的躺在沙滩上。站在沙滩上远眺，海天一色，分不清何为海，何为天。在远远的海天一色中飘着几朵白云，还飞着和云一样颜色的海鸥。海水不停地拍打着沙滩和礁石，像是温情的母亲用她那细腻柔软的手拍着将睡未睡的孩子。她一点儿也不觉得累，永不停息，永远那么纯洁，永远那么深情，永远那么鲜明，只有自然才有这样的力量!赤脚走在海滩，任海水抚摸，任海风吹拂，脚下软软的，脸上柔柔的，心里爽爽的，没有一丝夏日的炎热。

秦皇岛有蜿蜒陡峭的山峰。联峰山是由三座松林覆盖的山峰组成的，除了山顶的一些亭台楼阁外，这里没有多少人工的点缀，只有峭拔的山岩，缤纷的花木，一望无际的林海。而它并不单调，四周峰峦叠起，百鸟啼啭，让你为大自然的鬼斧神工惊奇不已。站在山顶，海滨的秀丽风光，尽收眼底。

秦皇岛有刺激的娱乐项目。娱乐中心有滑沙和滑草，这两项是秦皇岛的特产游戏。滑沙地点高四十四米，滑沙的速度较慢，在滑的过程中，会溅起很多细沙，真是好玩极了。滑草就不一样了，速度很快，仅仅几秒钟，滑板风驰电掣地滑下来，心里头除了害怕还是害怕，只觉得滑板快要翻了。滑板已经平安地滑了下来，有惊无险，心还在突突地跳，真是又刺激又好玩。

It is been proved that if people think in the bad side, they are unlikely find the way to solute the problem and feel worse.
