同学们，晚上好!
前些天，来龙山校区看望老师和老朋友的时候，偶遇xx同学，得知xx荣任学习部部长，心里很替她高兴。随后在聊天中得知学习部准备举办学习经验交流会，她邀请我和同学们见见面，聊聊天，但怕我工作忙没时间。我随即表示不管工作再忙，也要抽空回来，因为我始终无法忘记的是，安庆师范学院是我的母校，我的根在安师院，同学们就是我的亲人!
首先，我要祝贺一〇级的同学们进入安庆师范学院学习，在这里你们即将开启新的人生，并快乐地渡过四年。同时，我也提出两点希望，一是希望同学们迅速转变角色，从高中生转变成大学生，性格上变得更为成熟，想问题变得更为周全，做事情变得更为细致。二是希望同学们寻找到前进的目标，在高中阶段的学习目标很明确，就是高考，到了大学，同学们需要确立新的目标，主动地学习和实践，求索和应用。
既然来了，就有必要说些有意义的事，不然总觉得对不起同学们。书本上的条条框框留给同学们自己研究，今天我要说的是发自肺腑的个人感想，对同学们来说有意义的事就是解决同学们实际生活中的困扰，因此现在我和同学们交流的就是“如何在学习中实践，如何在实际中学习”。
谈到这个问题，我们首先要问，在大学里究竟要学会什么?我认为大家要掌握三项本领，学会做人，学会做事以及学会思考。做人就要做干干净净、抬头挺胸、不卑不亢、乐于助人的人，我始终认为人是感情动物，你以真诚的心对待他人，他人也会对你真诚，反之，别人有难时你落井下石，有朝一日他也会对你乘火打劫，因此我劝同学们要做心胸宽广、热情待人的人;做事就要考虑周全，认真细致，遇到困难决不退缩，勇敢地面对挫折，古人说：“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人”，往往成功的人都是经过了众多磨难的洗礼，佛像和台阶都是大理石所做，有一天台阶对佛像埋怨说，为什么材质一样，你受世人敬仰，我却受世人践踏，佛像说，那是因为你横竖左右四刀完成，我却经过了千刀万剐!所以请同学们切记，做事不要怕难!除了做人做事以外，同学们还应该学会思考，带着怀疑和好奇心去独立思考，在大学里希望同学们开动脑经，处理问题的时候，多从几个角度思考，总会有解决的办法。
知道了“学会什么”，那么怎么去学习与实践呢?我送给同学们5句话，一是要读万卷书，二是要行万里路，三是要阅人无数，四是要名师指路，五是要自己领悟，这五句话是有层次的，而且一层比一层重要。读万卷书就是要求同学们多读书，读好书，因为书本知识是前人经验的总结，广泛深入的读书才能丰富自己的知识;行万里路就是要求同学们多多参与实践活动，我在这里强调一点，实践需要从小事做起，从周围的活动入手，所以希望同学们多多参加校园活动，此外实践还需要勇气，不能因为有难度就畏惧，如果你不吃葡萄，就永远不知道是酸是甜。阅人无数就是要求同学们搞好在校的人际关系，与人交流也是一种本领。名师指路就是指别人的成功之处你要学习，在安师院里不乏各行各业的高人，如果得到他们的指点，你将事半功倍。自己领悟就是不断总结，积累心得，今天有没有比昨天更有进步，套用人人网的口号，希望同学们每天都在快乐的进步着。
以上便是我的一些看法，我愿拿出来和大家一起分享。临来的时候，写了一副对联，上联是“学习快乐交友快乐运动快乐安师院内无不快乐”，下联是“山也精彩水也精彩人也精彩大龙山下处处精彩”，横批是“将快乐精彩到底”，送给同学们，衷心地祝愿同学们在大学的四年里学有所成，学有所感，学有所悟!谢谢!

尊敬的各位领导、同事：
大家好，今天很高兴能和大家分享我在美术教学方面的一些看法。作为一名美术教师，我才发现美术课要想上好，还真不是件容易的事。课前的精心准备，课堂的情境创设、环节安排、个性辅导、多样评价以及课后的反思等等样样都不可少。还要在短短的十几分钟时间内激发兴趣、创设情境、讲授知识、讲解技法，不能拖沓，更不能一带而过，美术课上每一分钟都要计算精确，这些都需要美术老师下足工夫来思考和推敲。一开始我在教学中也出现过这样和那样的问题，但我会及时向经验比较丰富的侯老师请教，并且不断的在实践中探索积累经验，后来我慢慢发现，要想上好美术课以下三点很重要：
一、分析教材，找出亮点。
美术这一学科不同于其他学科，它是汇集文学、史学、音乐等学科为一体的学科，如绘画中的明暗就是利用物理学中的光学；绘画中的层次变化就运用了音乐中的节奏、韵律；美术中的书法就与文学有着密切的关系等等。对于苏教版的美术教材来说，图片较多文字较少，因此我为了上好每一节课，提前认真的看教材，反复思考，从教材中找出亮点，也就是说从教材中找出学生比较感兴趣的知识点，进行搜集资料备课。八年级《蓝白之美》一课，在讲解蓝印花布的发展历史中我搜集资料引用一个传说，讲述古代用蓼蓝草汁也就是我们现在提到的板蓝根草的汁，残留在衣服上给人们的启发，继而发展成著名的蓝染工艺，这一讲解引起了学生们的注意。
二、突出重点，生生参与
一堂好课，我们做出的最基本评价，就是要做到教学目标明确，重点突出，更离不开全体学生的参与。在苏教版的美术教材中包含四个学习领域，涉及到具体问题要具体分析，如在“欣赏—评述”这一领域，我重点就是给学生讲解怎样欣赏美术作品？怎样在美术作品中发现美？欣赏美术作品的方法步骤等等，然后学生以小组的形式参与其中，完成学习任务；在涉及到“设计—应用”这一领域时，我重点给学生讲解相关的设计方面的知识，关键的时候为了让学生更直观的了解这一知识，当场给学生演示，激发学生的`学习兴趣，提高了学生学习的自主性，使学生能独立自主地处理问题，参与的同时尽量让每个学生都有相应的进步，有成功的体验。比如说《熟悉的物品》一课属于“造型—表现”学习领域，课题贴近学生生活，上课伊始就让学生欣赏不同绘画种类的经典作品，引出静物画，并提出一问题——画面都表现了些什么？简单一个问题却出其不意，学生们发现画面所表现的都是生活中熟悉的物品，这极大的激发了他们表达的欲望，学生主动的参与到课堂，在了解静物画的不同表现方法后，并尝试不同工具呈现的不同趣味，感受静物画的线条之美和意境之美，发现用画笔记录身边物品的乐趣。
而曾执教的《仕女簪花》一课，它属于“综合—探索”学习领域，则融合前三个学习领域，同时还与历史学科相综合，由于内容多，涉及范围广，教学时间又非常有限，因此必须把时间和重点放在美术学科上，为了更好的让学生参与进来，我收集了更多的古代及现代饰品图片让学生欣赏，通过饰品的种类，款式、纹样等让学生发现美，并通过讲授知识和技法到示范激发了学生创作欲望，最后学生都能参与，以小组的形式利用手中准备好的材料制作一款喜欢的饰品。
三、不断加强自身的修养和知识的提高。
我深知教师要“给学生一杯水，自己要有源源不断的水”，从而使学生得到更多的知识。尤其美术教学包括的知识面比较广，在教学过程中难免会遇到一些问题，这就需要在平时的教学中不断加强自身的学习。在教学过程中，对于每涉及到的知识点，我都是通过网络、书籍和相关的杂志等等搜集相关的资料，受益最多的就是《中国美术教育》这本杂志。
当然，每个人对教学的认识各不相同，每个人的经验也不相同。总之，在美术教学中要想上好课，就得根据美术课的特点，在教材中找到知识的亮点并结合学生的生活环境，让他们感受到学习和生活的各个方面艺术元素无处不在。使学生在课堂上做到生生参与，逐渐学会自己去感受美、欣赏美，由此产生创造美的欲望，最终接受和喜欢美术课。

尊敬的各位领导、老师们：
大家好！
今天有幸在这里和大家共同交流，我感到万分的荣幸，感谢领导和各位老师们能给我这样一次与大家分享机会。
回顾自己几年来在语文教学中的点点滴滴，感觉始终处在一种学习状态，跟身边的同事们学，跟学生学，跟视频上的专家学者学，甚至跟每一位家长学，学到的东西不少，但真正总结成的有价值的“经验”并不多，有的只是每位教师都有的尽职尽责的工作态度和力求扎实严谨的工作作风。教学工作包罗万象，包含的内容太广泛了，如果一定要给自己的工作总结点经验的话，我觉得应该是“学会利用过去”、“学会利用现在”、“学会利用未来”，以下是我自己在语文教学实践中的一些做法和感悟，算是抛砖引玉吧，请各位同仁多多指正！
我觉得在教学上我没有独出心裁、别具一格的教学设计，也不优于新颖独特、独树一帜的教学方法，而让我感到小有成就的是一直在致力于帮助孩子们如何正确的认识自己，前苏联的教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾经说过：“教育者的个性、思想信念及其精神生活的财富，是一种能激发每个受教育者检点自己、反省自己和控制自己的力量。”所以，在整个教育教学活动过程中，我都在努力地利用过去为孩子们树榜样，利用现在让孩子们找差距，利用未来鼓动或鞭策孩子们去行动。力求孩子们能自己教育自己，自己真正成为课堂的主体和掌握自己命运的主人，激发他们的内生动力，使其能自觉、自主、自愿的走到老师所期望的轨道上来。再多一点那就应该是身体力行了。具体措施如下：
一、三军未动，思想先行
思想情感教育（调动）是语文教学高效进行的基础和前提，语文教学是思想情感教育的补充和保障。思想情感教育是语文教学的目标之一，语文教学是实现思想情感教育的途径和手段。
有这样一个故事，大家一定听说过：
名不见经传的日本选手山田本一曾连续两次在国际马拉松邀请赛中夺得第一，当记者问他凭什么取得如此惊人的成绩时，他说了这么一句话：凭智慧战胜对手。人们对他所谓的智慧迷惑不解。
10年后，这个谜终于被解开了，他在他的自传中这么说的：每次比赛之前，我都要乘车把比赛的线路仔细地看一遍，并把沿途比较醒目的标志画下来， 比如第一个标志是银行；第二个标志是一棵大树；第三个标志是一座红房子这样一直画到赛程的终点。比赛开始后，我就以百米的速度奋力地向第一个目标冲去，等到达第一个目标后，我又以同样的速度向第二个目标冲去。40多公里的赛程，就被我分解成这么几个小目标轻松地跑完了。起初，我并不懂这样的道理，我把我的目标定在40多公里外终点线上的那面旗帜上，结果我跑到十几公里时就疲惫不堪了，我被前面那段遥远的路程给吓倒了。
山田本一说的不是假话，众多心理学实验也证明了山田本一的正确。当人们的行动有了明确目标，并能把自己的行动与目标不断地加以对照，进而清楚地知道自己的行进速度和与目标之间的距离，人们行动的动机就会得到维持和加强，就会自觉地克服一切困难，努力达到目标。每前进一步，达到一个小目标，就会体验到“成功的喜悦”，这种“感觉”将推动他充分调动自己的潜能去达到下一个目标。
学习也一样，如果能在身边周围，给孩子们找一些具体可感的，而且他们稍加努力就能够得着的榜样目标，我们老师只需在实现目标的这个过程中不断地将这一目标加以反复，我想对于我们思想并不复杂的学生们来说，一定会有一种无论老师如何苦心专研教学设计都无法达到的便捷而永不枯竭的力量，至少在六年级毕业班小学高年级是这样。魏书生：“抽打自己的鞭子要掌握在自己的手里，在漫长的`人生道路的每一步上，都要经常鞭策自警，万不可以为有过一两次抽打就可以沿途平安了。“自新应似长江水，日夜奔流无歇时”。另外， 榜样法也是德育最常用的方法之一。所以，我觉得我们老师的首要任务就是不仅要让自己努力成为孩子们学习的榜样，而且也要善于为孩子们在生活中树立榜样，通过充分发挥榜样的作用，让孩子能够自己教育自己，从思想上达到自律。
而我的孩子们所要学习的榜样，所要追崇的目标，大多是来源于他们的身边周围，过去六年多的工作经历，孩子们给我留下了太多让我难忘的点点滴滴，他们当中有善于做笔记，善于总结梳理所学知识，不放走任何一个学习机会的张舒楠，有如饥似渴读书，几乎每篇文章都坚持做读书笔记，文思如泉涌，不仅自己读，还将好书借给同学们读，求的只是同学们读完跟自己交流一下读书的体会的彭玉蕾，有一边通过每天串珠子恢复弱视视力，一边认真学习，学习比赛两不落下，无比坚毅的小姑娘刘若曦，有聪明懂事，体贴关心父母，自觉料理家务的马晓岚。这些就实实在在的发生在以前我的班上的真实的事例，我喜欢利用课余时间把这些留在我记忆中的点点滴滴拿出来与学生分享，让他们在潜移默化中收到榜样的影响，知不足，学方法，明方向。
我喜欢在每节课课前利用三到五分钟的时间统一统一思想，哪怕有一个学生心不在课堂上，一张座椅不在该在的位置上，我们的课都无法进行，“磨刀不误砍柴工”，必须让孩子们在潜移默化中养成“什么时间做什么”的好习惯。否则，我们老师精心准备的一节课，就像面对一片沼泽去朗诵一首热情洋溢的小诗一样，毫无生机而得不到共鸣，而且在且行且止中让学生得到默许，日后的课堂行为有可能会变得一发不可收拾，那样影响的不只是课堂的一时，而是学生的一生。
在日常生活中我喜欢帮孩子们寻找差距，来到石竹，我就一直把同年级的其他班级学生的情况作为，我班孩子们应该学习的榜样，子曰：“三人行必有我师焉”，我们成绩下降比成绩，成绩提高比纪律，纪律改善比礼仪，比完整体比个人，与别人比完与自己比，时不时的拿出来比一比，增强了学生学习的动机和紧迫感，时时营造一种你追我赶的氛围，保证学习状态不走样，好学心理不变形。

20xx年，我从来宾一中调入到宣威五中，我感到既欣喜又惆怅，怀着一颗忐忑和放飞理想的心，从事5年初中英语教学工作的我开始了崭新的高中英语教学之路。我感觉到从未有过的压力，但我全心地投入，浸润了多少个值得回味的日子，难忘的岁月。八年里，刻骨铭心的日子，忘不了……
20xx—20xx年任教高一126、128班的英语课；20xx—20xx年任教高三17班、20班的英语课；20xx—20xx年任教高三16、19班的英语课；20xx—20xx年任教高一196、202班的英语课。仅在这八年的时间里，我送出了四届毕业班，走过的路上洒满了我的汗水、艰辛，经历了我奉献于教育的步伐。现小结一下这八年来的心得体会。
（一）沟通感情，勉励关怀
学生是学习的主体，要想使之发挥积极主动性，需走进他们的内心，激发他们学习的热情。针对学生不同的情况，我鼓励他们发奋图强，力争三年后跨入自己理想的大学。高三补习班的学生，有的丧失了自信心，深感前途迷茫，有的则破罐破摔。通过我不断接触和仔细观察，综合各方面的信息，给予他们指导，力所能及地打动他们学习的欲望。“亲其师，信其道”，学生对学科、对老师的好恶等非智力因素对学生的学习有着很大的影响。渐渐地，很多学生开始喜欢我授课，无数次的心灵交流，使我们的情谊日渐深厚。
（二）因材施教，务实“双基”
从第一次的测试中，我发现大部分同学听、说、读、写的基本功很不扎实，需加强“双基”训练。同学们浏览新教材后，也感到他们即将面临一个新的“学习高源”。
备课中，我参考教参及一些“双基”教辅材料，结合所教学生实际，采用一些独特的做法。
1、变考前集中复习为课上天天复习
高中英语知识总量较之初中英语成倍增加，课时却相对较紧。我所教的学生中，中差生居多。如把复习集中在期中或期末考前进行，势必挤占平时教学课时，影响课文的透彻讲解。因此，我对教材中的每一个重要语言点都尽可能做到：以新带旧，深入浅出。课堂习题浓缩精选，先放低要求，待务实巩固后，再循序渐进，逐步拔高。这样就变课前集中复习为课上天天复习。
2、强化词汇、句型、语篇教学
在词汇教学方面，坚持分单元集中讲授，适度扩展，并要求学生熟练掌握构词规律。在课文教学方面，强调句型和语篇的有机联系，要求学生以句子为单位，有选择地背一些重要句型，这样既可减轻学生过重的学习负担，又可达到提高书面表达能力的效果。上阅读理解课时，经常围绕中心大意，常用句型和篇章结构等几个重要环节展开。精读、泛读相结合，对不同的阅读课文采用点拨、启发、提问、讲解、展开和深绎等教法。
上语法分析课时，我从不抠语法，而是把重点放在英语词汇的习惯用法、短语固定搭配、惯用句型和中英文表达方式的差异上，让学生充分掌握借助语法，提高实际运用英语的本领。
上书面表达课时，着重讲明常见体裁的写作要求和技巧。要求学生注意格式、词语的固定搭配、人称、数、时态及英语习惯用法，学会用适当的句型和学过的基本词汇来表达复杂的意思。
3、巧抓阅读，促进写作
到了高中阶段，在进一步提高听说能力的同时，要侧重培养学生的阅读理解能力。阅读既是一种能力，又是语言学习的一种重要方法。广泛阅读可以帮助学生理解和吸收书面信息，巩固记忆，有助于扩大词汇量，丰富语言知识。从某种意义上说，阅读能力的强弱直接关系到学生高考笔试成绩的高低。上好阅读课，对学生运用英语常用句型、写好英语短文大有裨益。因此，我常鼓励学生尽量根据上下文猜测词义，使之逐渐提高阅读速度，获得独立阅读的能力，更好地配合课堂教学，巩固教学成果。
（三）指点学法，重点突破
针对弱项，对症下药
每次大小测验之后，我总要将学生们的成绩进行分析，找出他们的弱项，以便在今后的教学中作为重点加以突破，为全面提高学生的应试能力奠定坚实的基础。通过平时的教学观察，我发现他们丢分多是因为语感不强，词汇量普遍较少，阅读理解能力不强。
短文改错主要是不注意语言现象。想要提高改能力，有赖于平时足量的练习和实践。短文改错设计灵活，压分度高，综合性强，学生往往辨认不出行文逻辑的错误。解题时遵循三部曲：首先通读全文，初选错误；然后二次阅读，攻克难关；最后重读全文，仔细核对。
回首这四届学生的高考，我所任教班级的学生英语成绩都名列前茅，但这已成为历史，这不是终点，而是一个全新的起点。漫漫教学路，执着、热爱自己的教学是真实的写照。未来我会不断创新，不断充实和完善自己的教育教学能力，不断取得良好的教育教学效果。教育教学工作是一种虽然辛苦但也充满快乐和享受的职业，笔者会继续努力，做一名受社会肯定、让学生尊敬和喜爱的优秀教师。

大家好!能有机会与在座的各位交流、共同探讨高三英语复习的备考策略，我感到既荣幸又紧张。在座的都是经验丰富的老师或者是研究高中英语教学的专家，所以我今天也就是和在座的各位共同探讨高三英语复习，交流教学经验，从一线老师的角度和大家一起回顾我校在20xx年高考复习备考中的一些做法。希望对各位20xx年高考备考有些许借鉴和帮助，有待改进之处敬请在座的各位给予及时的批评和指正。
高考听力一直是我们学校的软肋，但在20xx高考中，英语组顶住了压力，相较之前，取得较大进步。听力成绩的取得首先得益于校领导的高度重视。学校多次召开会议，大家集中反思以往的经验教训，分析高考听力的特点，探讨英语听力教学的有效方法。在讨论中，大家一致认为高考听力词汇覆盖面广，口语化、生活化的表达多，有些对话还涉及了英美国家的习惯和风俗。每个英语教师对于听力教学目标有了更加清楚的认识，一改以往听力只是放录音的做法，认真备课，进而激发学生认真对待每一次的听力练习。听力训练从高一高二抓起，脚踏实地，以听带动读和写，以读写促听。从高一开始，每周一次，进行全年级集体听力练习，教师及时批改，向学生反馈练习情况。分析听力材料中的难点并在次日的早读课上布置相应的诵读任务，鼓励学生将听力中学到的词汇和表达方式运用到写作中来。同时，有选择性的处理课本中的听力材料。删除过难的部分，精听和泛听相结合。在这样的听力训练中，学生不仅提高了听的能力，还培养了语感，积累了词汇，促进了读写能力的提升。 团结一致，在高三集中突破。
进入高三，听力天天听。利用好百朗英语听力风暴，对听力材料进行整理归类，让学生熟知常见语境下可能出现的相关词汇。组织学生间的听力经验交流。在训练中，我们发现有些学生英语成绩并不突出，但听力却取得高分数;相反，有些学生英语读写能力强听力却薄弱。让学生相互取经，回顾自己做听力时的每一个细节和过程，在交流中每一个学生都有所收获。此外，在临考前十天，我们还对学生进行了听力的集中强化训练。高三英语教师集体在充分考虑语音尤其是语速的前提下，精心挑选听力材料，统一时间进行高三年级的模拟高考听力训练，使用机读卡，及时反馈成绩，张榜听力成绩优秀人员名单。每次听力考试后，及时发放听力原材料，要求学生大声朗读，将听和读理，备课组也精选基础题，对照往年高考单选出题顺序和考试要点，对学生进行了专项的训练。专项训练后，教师全批全改，及时分析，帮助学生巩固词汇，建立知识网络，扫除知识盲点。在单选讲评中，尽量少讲多练，充分发挥学生的主体地位，让学生先讲解题思路，老师再做修正补充，确保学生对于主要语法如定语从句，非谓语动词等真正理解，学会从句意上去判断分析，提高学生的语言运用能力。
高考试题中，语篇考查所占比重极大，除单选题之外全是语篇在二轮复习过程中，我们始终把“阅读”能力放在重要的位置，有目的地筛选阅读材料。备课组仔细分析了近几年浙江高考阅读特点，其篇幅长，词汇量大，涉及题材广泛，B篇一般属于先看试题然后快速找答案的跳读类阅读试题;D篇一般为文学性文章。对于阅读的训练，除课外，我们利用课堂时间对学生进行完形与阅读限时训练，培养紧张思维。阅读材料的选择以那些具有浓厚时代信息的、具有英语语言文化特色的、话题覆盖面广的或与实际应用联系较紧密的文章为主。针对高考阅读理解词汇量大、语篇结构复杂、生词量大、行文跳跃性大、隐含信息多等难点，我们在日常训练时主要是加快学生的阅读速度;加强语篇意识，精读泛读相结合的方法以加大语言的输入量，培养学生理解文章的主旨和作者的意图的能力，以及推断文章的隐含意思和猜测词汇的能力。课内做完，当堂分析，讲清学生的错题，对于主旨性题目有争议的，展开讨论，让学生在文章中找出依据，锻炼了他们组织语言的能力，也加深了对文章本身的理解，在分析题目时，也加强阅读策略和解题策略的指导，提高训练的有效性。
3.做好高考前的最后准备
专项训练结束后，再进行NMET的适应性训练。这时的试卷选取显得尤为重要，我们借鉴了各个学校的模拟试卷，严格控制难度，在最后的考试中训练学生审查试卷和填涂答题卡的习惯，养成良好的适应考试的能力，使学生在考试中能够发挥正常水平。
在备考中，学校和县市教研室的几项举措让我们英语备课组获益良多。
一、引他山之石，攻我校之玉
只关注本校，只会固步自封。为了扩大视野，学校鼓励教师积极参加省市的教研活动，到其他兄弟学校参观学习。为了搞好听力，我们特意到衢州二中取经，和三中的交流也让我们受益匪浅。学校还专门派出老师到杭嘉湖、金华地区的学校参观学习，了解其他学校的备考情况。县教研员詹彩春老师特意邀请杭外、上海外国语大学、浙师大的专家教授为我们开设讲座，开阔我们的眼界，让我们意识到自己的不足之处。市教研员郑纪川老师到我校调研，为我们备考献计献策，让我们了解周边学校的情况，也帮助我们树立信心。东阳教研室朱江平老师的到来，为我们带来了高考的最新动向，让我们心中轻重分明，明确最后冲刺的方向。
二、 注重临界生的辅导，加强与学生的沟通
我们继续沿用了我校的临界生辅导制度，将临界生责任到人。要求临界生面批面改，全面了解他们的学习生活和心理状态，帮助他们树立信心，改变自己的这项弱势科目。以临界生辅导为契机，加强老师和全班学生间的交流。在学习上，多鼓励学生提问题，对一些错题要及时弄懂，多给学生进行面批。高三这一年，根据校领导的指示，每天晚自修第一节课，我们高三全体英语教师几乎每天都给学生进行面批，如：作文写作错误分析，学法指导，解题思路等，达到了很好的效果。二是指心理上，多给学生鼓励，增强学生的自信心。与学生多谈心，适时地缓解学生的压力，并在学习和生活上多关心他们。老师的一句鼓励的话语，一个信任的目光，一次耐心细致的谈话等，都会使学生感动不已，使得他们在喜欢老师的同时，喜欢英语。事实证明，对于学生，1句鼓励要胜过10 句批评， 一味的埋怨、加压都是无济于事的。
临界生的进步，不仅使得重点人数增多，更为其他同学树立了榜样，鼓舞其他同学的信心。
借此难得的机会，我也想提一点自己的备考困惑，恳请各位老师和专家的指导。
在高考中，我们最先知道的是英语听力的成绩，因而高考听力倍受关注，英语老师的压力就可想而知。为了听力的30分，我们投入了大量的时间和精力，尤其是临考前一周，我校课中课后都进行听力的训练，老师和学生都付出极大努力，都非常辛苦。但有时投入和收获并不成正比。20xx届的两次听力考试，第二次明显较难，不少学生虽然付出大量时间，但成绩却不如之前，所受打击不言而喻。怎样的听力备考才是最有效的?怎样才能将最后备考的效益最大化?有些其他学科的老师认为这些时间还不如花在自选模块或其他学科的提高上。另外，在第二次听力备考中，教师在指导大部分同学听力训练的同时，怎样为不再参加的同学提供有效的引导?在播放听力的同时，让满分的同学自己看书多多少少都会有影响。让他坐到其他教室自习，监管上又难以到位。
20xx匆匆而过，我们又将迎来了20xx年的高考。总之，高三的教学重点就在于通过第一轮对基础知识的系统复习、归纳、整理、深化，第二轮的专项训练和第三轮的模拟训练，完成由知识向应用能力的成功转化，使学生具备参加高考的能力和取胜的信心。英语复习是一个系统而庞大的工程，需要付出百倍的艰辛千倍的努力，但是我相信只要大家方法科学，以“ Hard Work”为前提，以“Ambition”为导向，以“Persistence”为保证，以“Practice”为保障，多对自己的进步说“Yes”，就能做到“HAPPY”备考，不断激发学生的学习英语的兴趣和激情。最后，预祝20xx年各校在高考中取得优异的成绩， 祝愿衢州教育的明天会更好!谢谢大家!
