中国历来有句俗语，是这样说的“宁可做鸡头，不可做凤尾。”意思就是宁可做鸡群中的领袖，也不去做凤凰群中的跟班。对于这句话，我本人是很不以为然的。在鸡群中与在凤凰群中的境界本身就是一种质的区别。试想，一只鸡，它为能在鸡群中做领导而沾沾自喜时，它本身也就注定是可悲的。于是它终其一生，兢兢业业，保有自己在鸡群中的地位，但无奈它尽管有着在鸡群中显赫的地位，但从本质上来说它还是一只普普通通、平凡到不能再平凡的鸡，永远都逃脱不了被人按上砧板的时候。也曾看过这样一个故事：一只小鸟掉了队，误打误撞跟上了一群凤凰。它发觉本人从未飞得如此之高，从未那么靠近日出的灿烂，日落的余晖。于是它的境界变了，它决心要做一只凤凰，它开始努力拍打着翅膀跟上凤凰的队伍。不久之后，它惊讶的发现自己的翅膀长硬可，羽毛也变成火红色的了。地上还有人指着它说：“看，凤凰!”许许多多人都渴望成为凤凰，不过又能有多少人能坚持起初在凤凰群中的卑微。于是许多人宁可选择了高傲的鸡头，将自己的境界一再的放低，于是不管他们之前的身份是什么，最终他们都通通沦为一只庸俗的“鸡”。从表面上看起来，似乎是做鸡头当领袖要远比做凤凰的跟班这种境界高得多了，但从长远上来说，这种自以为是实在是太愚蠢了。因为在凤尾之中，人有理想就会在竞争中慢慢让自己进步、成长，于是终有一日他也能成为一只高贵骄傲的凤凰，永远脱离了被人当下酒菜的命运，能够走上了一个崭新的人生舞台。
通常在人类社会上崇高的成就，其本身成就的缔造者的境界更是深不可测。马克思一生参考了各国古典哲学史、古典经济学史、唯物辩证学史，呕心沥血数十载写成了《马克思宣言》，发起工人运动，领导世界工人武装。即使因此多国的反对人士都对他憎恶不已，几欲除之而后快，同时生活面临穷困潦倒，但他也是从不曾放弃的，甚至到了他生命的最后一刻。正如于丹曾说过“人生至高的境界是一种灵魂生活，这种灵魂生活是主善的。”是，最高的境界成就了崇高、不朽的作为，灵魂早已超脱了肉体所要达到的求真境界，这是一种永恒、一种真善。
是的，境界成就了作为。那么在学习、生活中，我们是本着中庸之道，寻求碌碌无为、平平淡淡的境界，还是寻求攀登高峰、永不低头的境界，答案不是很明显吗?

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是《安全自护》。
安全，这是两个熟悉的词！他一直在我们身边，因为安全是最美好的永恒，是生命之花，有了生命，世界才会变得多彩，安全是永恒的前提。
安全确实是一个环节，连接着方方面面，校园安全，交通安全，消防安全等等。因此，我们必须清醒地认识到“安全不是小事”。
可能有的同学会说“不要紧张，注意安全就好！”事实上，生活的道路上有许多安全隐患，各种威胁伴随着我们：食物中毒、交通事故、触电、溺水、抢劫等。那么，朋友，以上结果的根本原因是什么呢？就是我们青少年缺乏安全意识，自我保护能力差。
应该怎么做才能防止我们脆弱的生命像花朵一样容易枯萎？以下是我对安全和自我保护的建议。
一、饮食：
不要在没有卫生许可证的小摊上买食物，也不要吃发霉的食物。洗完就吃水果蔬菜，不喝生水或不卫生的水，养成良好的卫生习惯，饭前饭后洗手，加强体育锻炼，坚持早餐、午餐、晚餐吃好。
二、溺水预防：
游泳一定要大人陪。你不能未经允许就下水，或者一群学生可以在没有人知道的情况下在河里游泳。我们的大多数青少年死于溺水，所以我们在游泳时必须格外小心（由成年人陪同），如果我们发现腿抽筋或
如果身体不适，立即上岸。当有人掉进河里时，不要冲进水里救人，而是呼救或找一根更长的棍子把他或她拖上来。
三、交通安全：
永远记得在右边开车。夏天，尤其是中午，烈日炎炎。上学的时候自然会觉得很阳光，所以会骑到绿荫路左边，极其危险。放学后，不要和同学并排骑在路上，也不要追着玩，这样可以提高自己的交通安全意识。

一是增强计划性。“凡事预则立，不预则废”。我们的同学也要针对所剩的100天认真制定“百日冲刺计划书”，在这一百天，我该怎么学？如何学？对于自由支配的时间该怎样合理利用？哪段时间写语数外，哪段时间做物理化学，哪段时间看政治历史等，要做到心中有数，确保在规定时间内完成规定任务，以提高效率，保正实效。
二是加强反思和总结。这一点对于复习来说尤为重要。一轮，二轮复习的一个重要特点是要求同学们及时整理、总结所学的每一章、每一课或每一单元的知识，形成面，连成线，织成网，把握知识间的内在联系。对于单元练习和综合练习上的题目，特别是做错的题目，最好摘录到错题集上，予以认真的反思，领悟，并注意把它们与以前做过的题目加以比较，对照，以求举一反三，触类旁通。
三是把握每一个细节。细节决定成败，过程决定结果。我们要立足做好眼前的小事，用好每一个早读，上好每一节课，弄懂每一个题目，不放过每一个疑点，通过点点滴滴的积累，去登上中考成功的阶梯。
第三、希望同学们要有吃苦耐劳的精神和品质。有人把初三比作“苦难的天堂”，我要说，剩下的100天大家更要做好吃大苦的准备，要抛弃一切幻想，丢掉一切侥幸，排除一切干扰，埋头苦学，为了实现我们心中的目标，我们要鼓足勇气，迎难而上，苍天不负苦心人，大家最终一定会得到丰厚的回报。

Youth
Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often existsin a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.
Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul .Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .
When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

Hold fast to dreams， for if dreams die， life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams， for when dreams go， life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends， think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is， pick it up and make it alive from today.

The cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. But again, the cynics are wrong. We care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth.
Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.
As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish.
I believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. We are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. I believe in our future.

I’m sure that there are many people in this world are very easily affected by weather or surrounding environments.This kind of people is every emotional, they maybe meet occasionally ineffable sadness, even cannot tell a reason.
I think of a few solutions to this problem. First of all, when you find out that you are not in the mood to do anything but feeling sad, the first thing you have to do is keep yourself busy.Listening a cheerful song would be helpful, at the same time, find something else to do, like cleaning the house, go out for a jogging. Just put yourself in a cheerful and bright environment, nurture some flowers in your room, or keep a pet, the vibrant plants or animal is always a key to open a happy door.
Second, think in a positive way. Many people are tending to think the problem in a bad way, but in fact, things are not always as bad as they think. It is been proved that if people think in the bad side, they are unlikely find the way to solute the problem and feel worse. We should see the bright side while we are in the bad situation, which make us ensure everything is possible, and everything will get better. Then our mood will not be effected by the predicament。
In a world, to be a positive person is not that difficult, since we can master our mind, we should choose a positive over passive. Then life will be better.
